Wasnt too long of a wait even when they were busy. When they are not busy you fly thru. Food has never been bad and employees always very nice.

We had to pick up a large order for a party and they worked with us last minute. The food was good and unlike many other fast food restaurants, they didn't forget to put anything in the bag. Everyone pitched in to make sure we weren't waiting forever for our food. Great service and food!
The person who took my order today was very professional, courteous and accommodating. The thighs were very moist and tasty and the Mac and cheese was very cheesy and the biscuit light and fluffy. Been here a few times and they have never disappointed. Was really wanting KFC today and they came through A+++ again today. Thank you. 🙂

Haven't had it for years....stopped in to pick up a quick dinner, and its was Great! Pot Pie, delicious, flaky top, perfect filling and not salty at all...It was super filling. Ckn tenders were Great, fries yummy, crisp/seasoned. Biscuit very fresh and light. mac and cheese creamy😋
I tried something new here the other day. The spicy chicken is just that. Very spicy. I like spicy food and if you do too this is the place for it. The only thing I never understood is the mashed potatoes. They are okay, but could be made a little better. Still giving them five stars. Service was fast and the food is good. A nice switch from burgers for lunch.

This location is warm and welcoming. Manager and employees have exemplary customer service skills. the food is made on the spot and served hot and fresh. the location is very well kept even for towards the end of the night. David, the general manager is really thorough and precise. you can tell that his staff has great respect for him. i could definitely see him managing a full district.
Got one order wrong
Expect a long wait. This is not fast food. Its good but if going to drive thru make sure you have a full tank of gas. I believe the chickens are hatched then cooked. It seems to me it takes forever.
Seating availability made much smaller since remodeling which gives off an unfriendly vibe. Food is always delicious but they keep changing menu and taking off popular items. Electronic menu boards are hard to read and hard to find what you want which can totally turn people off and have them choose not to come back. Drink choices very limited.
The food is ok. My boys enjoyed it. The service was great. The young lady that helped me was very nice. We went today.
It's KFC it's going to be good but this place is always slow seems understaffed and I asked 3 times for all white meat even said I will pay whatever extra it is. Manager said no problem don't worry about pain and I get my food and half dark meat half white meat.

Ordered 8 piece bucket. Asked for legs and thighs only, received mixed bucket with two tiny wings. Also, had to wait a few minutes in parking lot after ordering. Also, noticed that the employees are not wearing gloves while handling the food. I am not sure if this mandatory or not, but in a pandemic society this should be standard.
Service was slow, at this location. They need another person working to either take orders or expedite making up the orders. I would love for KFC as a brand to come up with a recipe that is lower in salt. & also would like It if they would offer a fresh side salad or Apple slices to break up the salt that every other menu item is loaded with. The expeditor had cars backed up at the drive thru. A customer was still waiting for his take-out order after I'd already received my order. The one positive note was receiving an extra poetics of chicken because they'd run out of biscuits.
The restaurant appears clean and the employees were very nice. However, my past experience has tainted my response about this particular KOC. The counter help consistently screws up your order and you need yo always check what they give you BEFORE leaving the restaurant.
One of the last few KFC's left before this entire company goes under. KFC frequently re-heats unsold food from days prior. There's no consistency as a result. You may get fresh or old ASF re-heat and it's insanely expensive to boot. Enjoy it while you can before this whole franchise should be gone soon.
I hate leaving average reviews, but today it is deserved by KFC in Lynbrook. It is hardly a fast food or a good service if you have to wait 15 minutes for chicken nuggets, then come back for missing sauce and don't even get a hint of an apology.
The chicken at this KFC is cooked fine. However some of the workers are sloppy and oftentimes do not get the order placed correctly. They are also confused and lack communication and coordination.
When we came to the drive thru, we asked if they would do 3 different transactions and they told us no. We had to make 1 transaction at the drive thru then went inside to make the other 2 which was annoying. Attitude rude won't go there again plus I ordered a combo bowl and they had to the nerve to tell me I can't use barbecue sauce that's only got nuggets hell no

4 stars for the food 0 stars for the customer service Staff is clueless when faced with an issue, someone took my order and the staff were trying to figure what to do. Asked for a manager and the staff looked dumbfounded at the request. One staff member finally said remake the order. Got my order, or so I thought, I had to go back to get the remainder. This KFC should either retrain or restaff or corporate should automate this KFC.
The lady at the window was yelling at staff and was very dismissive at the drive through. She kept rushing me to finish ordering and the food took too long to come out. Had to park in a parking spot and wait for them to give me my food
Crowded parking lot and drive through line had me park on the street this Friday evening. Yes it was the dinner rush. The line was fast inside, service pleasant so no complaints from initial experience other than having to park on the street. When I got to eating the meal things changed. I ordered the $5 box of a chicken breast with mac and cheese, biscuit, cookie and it comes with a drink. The chicken was dry and tasted of ransid oil. I wondered if it sat for hours under the heat light. Surprising since it was so busy and the turn should have been high. The mac and cheese was also quite dry, not the usual creamy item I have come to expect from KFC. Likely also old or prepackaged many hours ago. The biscuit was OK. The fountain drink tasted off as well, likely due to the machine not being cleaned. I had tasted the Pepsi before going the the Raspberry tea. Both were similarly off tasting. The best thing was the prepackaged chocolate chip cookie for desert. It was chewie and seemingly fresh. I don't go to KFC often, but I likely won't go back to the one in Lynbrook anytime soon for sure. Change the fryer oil and clean the soda machine more often are my recommendations to management.
Staff was overwhelmed and not friendly, the guy at the counter literally threw my receipt. Some thing was a miss yesterday ( valentines day) no drive thru, wait time of 30 minutes at least. Terrible, one guy claim he was waiting for an hour!
Extra crispy was horrible, pancake batter over kill. Chicken looked old as if cooked yesterday. Mash potatoes looked like grits but tasted like cardboard. They forgot the gravy and biscuits, so i had to drive back thru two towns to get what was missing from my order. I asked for half of my 16 peice order to be original and the half to be extra crispy, I got only extra crispy. The young lady was very polite and helpful but the disaster was done. Unfortunately I do fast food places like this once a year and this is why. Yours truly a very Displeased Customer.

The website said they were opened until 12AM. I arrived at 11PM. They were closed. Correct the hours on the door and website or tell the staff to stay open. I'm hungry. When they are open the food is what you expect but a little bit better prepared or seems fresher. The staff, unless it was the one guy closing who wouldn't even acknowledge my knocks, is friendly. Neighborhood place. Not returning. Winter is coming and I'm not going out in the cold if the information is incorrect. I get grouchy when I'm hungry. Why get grouchy and hungry?
Service was relatively quick but the server forgot my drink and then asked me to move aside so he could serve someone else when I asked for my receipt. Of course the person behind me drove forward and no one came out to give me my receipt. Long story short, not returning.

All the employees are wonderful Manager named Stephanie she is the worst and most disrespectful person I've ever met we ordered some cookies with my daughter loves it she orders them all the time for me there they were hard burnt they were bad so me and my daughter asked if we could switch our cookies to fresher ones all she did was grab the cookie from my hand and just gave my daughter one fresh cookie after we bought 12 so she only switched one cookie out of the 12 and wouldn't even say sorry or anything never would go back
Bucket of grease, fries tasted old, the biscuit was gooey, and the soda tasted like water, and the worst part is I drove too far to nasty food, that tastes bad. The customer service was good and the restroom was clean.
Horrrible last few times same thing. Dont want to go back. This time they gave me over cooked small pieces of chicken. They didnt give me all my money back. They didnt give me a fork. Had to wait for the money they jipped me. Gave me a spoon that was opened already. I wasnt happy at all.

When I first tried this place it wasn't bad since then the quality of food has decline, its either old chicken dried out, or undercooked..today I gave them my last..crispy chicken was old, the original was full of fat not cleaned, and the chicken little was undercooked and mayonnaise that was spread on it was warm,...yes a free laxative ..elmont KFC is better just further away....i hope this one gets itself back to being the place it use to be with better quality food or they'll be next to close.
Went there on a Saturday night at 1115 knowing they closed at midnight and was told there was no chicken left, they were busy and ran out of chicken. I think their new commercials should add while supplies last, or there there should be a number that you can call to see if they have chicken. Guess it's time to start going to Popeyes
The food here is subpar every time I've eaten here. Also my order has yet to be fulfilled properly. As I pulled out of the drive thru today I promised myself I would never spend my money at this KFC again
Chicken was deep fried on 500k miles engine oil, it was so bitter and smelled like burn tires. Any body who have a human dignity would not served it to a human being.
Horrible... Was told at the drive thru to park and wait for the food to be brought out to me. Waited 20 minutes, forgot my drink, gave me the wrong sandwiches but charged me for them, and then after giving me my drink, it was wrong and flat. I see why kfcs are closing non stop.
Speaker at drive thru wasn't working. Pepsi was flat. Forgot the most important thing for chicken and waffles: the sugary greatness known as syrup. Doubt I'll be going to this KFC again.

Ordered on Uber eats and the original driver stole our order… we REORDER the food and it gets cancelled by the KFC. Never again.
Got a three piece chicken wings for my mother in law and three piece chicken for my wife. I swear it was pigeon size legs and wings. Wife complained and they changed her chicken legs to a half a size bigger. Potato wedges was cold. We drove off and my mother in law said the chicken was hard and dry. If I wasn't on the Southern State Highway already, I would've turned around. Spend $30 for nothing.
Dry chicken never tasted so bad. Extra crispy meant extra dry. The staff couldn't have cared less. It was obviously just a 9 to 5 to these kids. Plus an 8 piece with 2 sides and 2 day old biscuits for $33.00. NEVER AGAIN ...... POPEYES MY BAD FOR NOT PICKING YOU!

French fries hard and burnt or stale, chicken hard and dry.. No flavor and smell like before. KFC is gone gone gone. Popeyes is better I call KFC the manager said sorry for the fries and I can go back for a replacement.. Quickly she had no problem about the fries.. Because she knew the fries was not good and she still serve it to me..
Chicken skin was the only thing seasoned in the bucket which included undercooked thighs. First time I ever had bad KFC. Aren't you supposed to get jelly with biscuits.
Food and service was great The only problem I have is with the app, every time I put my credit card in it would just turn off I tried maybe 10 times it just won't work and then of course you you don't get the good prices that are on the app. I have the same problem with the Taco Bell app exactly the same
My 10 piece bucket had 8 pieces and the gravy wasn't sealed properly and got all over the rest of the order and my car seat... KFC really needs to hire better help!!! What a disgrace for $35.00!!!
Horrible establishment. Used THEIR own app and went to pick up the order and not only did they not see it, but was very rude and refused to fulfill the order regardless of showing them the receipt and order number. An employee by the name of David was one of the most rudest employee i’ve ever came across and refused to help and showed no empathy for a mistake on THEIR part. Never ordering here again.
Been to many different KFC in different states and this one is by far the worse. I went on an very slow day. So I don't understand why I got preheated chicken cooked earlier that day and not a fresh batch. The chicken was chewy and just tasted awful. Worst KFC in the country avoid at all cost.
Horrible experience. Not only did they fail to get my order correct and forget a whole order of chicken tenders the staff were not all wearing masks as required. Completely disgusted and will not be returning. If you want good chicken check out Popeyes.
How you go to get a bucket of chicken for $10, the Tuesday special and they said they don’t have??? You’re a chicken place, how don’t you have chicken! The worst KFC on Long Island.. slow service /rude staff. The lady that packed the food threw food into the bag so forcefully that she ripped the bag.. and when I asked for bbq sauce she said they didn’t have any with an attitude. When I got home my large sides were only filled half way... a waste of time and money.... stay away.

The staff is very argumentative they just stare at you and make you wait a long time they don'teven ask how can I help you. The manager is nasty and argues with women... the customer service is horrible all of them should be fired.

I wasn't thrilled with the Service! The chicken thigh was super greasy and parts of the skin was missing! Like where's the totally chicken. Took it back and got a refund! I guess it just wasn't a good time to buy a 2 piece with fries. Bummer!🤔🥴
They ran out of chicken wings...I thought they were in the chicken business, seems to me that they don't know how to order needed product. Also the exit to the street from the drive thru window is super dangerous for pedestrians walking on the sidewalk, huge blind spot. All in all, I will not patronize this place.
Don't waste your time going there. They won't get your order correct because it appears they are not aware of what a chicken thigh is verses a drum or a drum vs a wing. I've been to this kfc three times and each and everytime they have gotten my order incorrect. Just save yourself the frustration and drive on by this one. They are a disgrace.
I placed a large order ($113) on their app for pickup. I arrived at the time specified, but they made me wait another 20 minutes for my order. When I got home and opened the bags I realized that many items were missing. At least 1/4 of the order was missing as well as all of the sauces. Whatever food we did receive was cold. The biscuits were hard, chicken sandwiches were cold and rubbery, fries were soggy, and the tenders were dry and tough. We normally love KFC but I wouldn't order from this location again.
I would give half a star but it doesn’t allow me to. This restaurant never have what you order. Today I decided to go in person. Ordered original chicken, and once again they told me they have none, and it would be 15 minutes. So I left and came back in 25 minutes. They then tells me it’s another 25 minutes. In the meantime, another customer was complaining about them not having wings, even though they took his order for such. The whole time the manager (a short lady) ignored us and went into her office; then came out later to say she was off the books. I eventually had to request a refund because it was taking more than an hour to process my order. This restaurant is the pits. KFC cooperate should secret shop them; or maybe KFC doesn’t really care.
I don’t even wanna give this place any stars for the service. There is a woman that works there every night at the drive through, and she is both incredibly rude and impatient. She’s never been nice once. I’ve been here multiple times in the evening and she is either not doing any work at all, or rolling her eyes at me and the other customers. She’s clearly incredibly miserable, especially when she is actually forced to do her job while she’s at work (crazy). Aside from her, the rest of the evening staff is also lazy and they never pay attention to what’s going on. It’s a shame that the chicken here is actually decent, or I wouldn’t come to this location at all. They also need need to figure themselves out because every night I go there (including tonight) something is wrong with my order. I payed for an extra side and they only gave me one. Someone really need to shape this place up because it’s truly a disaster.
Hey people I normally like KFC. But I stopped by today in this place to get something to eat but I swear all of us who eat this food we got sick. Starting with the first thing when I asked for my receipt one of the lazy guy show me a picture where it says no receipt. Second I didn't even know why they changed me $62, for 8 peaces of chicken and 3 drinks that's why I asked for my receipt. And third, the food was horrible I ended up throwing out the food in the garbage. Please do not go in to this place you will get sick
God if I could give this place a negative rating, I would! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it had burnt char pieces all over it. There was no sauce or pickles either, just the buns and patty. The chicken also looked raw!! Pretty sure the sandwich gave me food poisoning because I was nauseous right after eating it and then threw up.
Used the drive thru to place an order. The Manager david was rude and very impatient. I called the store after to tell him that I'm calling the corporate office and he hung up on me. I called back and he did not answer. (How can the store manager behave in this manner) Also, the chicken was very greasy and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Thats $12.26 I won't see again. I spend over $45 dollars in food I paid for chicken strips and I received nuggets. The prices are ridiculous but still paid it and they can't give me my order that I asked for. The girl who took my order was great but the kitchen help can't follow a simple order my receipt says strips !!!

Went back inside and was told they didn’t even have the right food made... Could have told us this in the first place. We would have had to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook the correct order. LOL I ordered through doordash from this location. And coming to write a review here and seeing all the terrible reviews makes sense. I completely understand working a fast food job is tough. But taking your frustrations out on hard working customers that need something hot and quick to eat is sad. As soon as I noticed there was missing items in my order I called the doordasher. He explained how they were rude to him there and if I can give them a call so if he goes back they dont give him a problem. I politely called the store explained I was missing items and a girl on the phone decided to laugh at me and tell me to have a good night. And thats okay. Instead of just choosing to do the right thing she made the decision to share her misery. Nonetheless I feel bad for her, maybe she had a bad day. Regardless I hope the manager Jonathan and his team work on their customer service skills and really take this as a learning experience for growth. Since kfc workers serve people all day, a huge focus is on customer service. Also just be kind to people because you NEVER know who youre speaking too. ❤️

This KFC charged me twice for a $25 meal I never received. The staff refused to give me a receipt, claimed their system “wasn’t working,” and even after I showed the manager the charge on my bank app, he still insisted nothing went through and would not give me my food. I only walked out with a separate mobile app order I placed inside just to feed my kids. Later that night, I found a second $25 charge from this location. Now I’m fighting with my bank to get my money back and have reported this store to the BBB. KFC Corporate took weeks to respond and only offered a $20 dine-in voucher, which felt like a brush-off and didn’t address the $50 they took from me. Absolutely unacceptable service and zero accountability.
The disrespect! Never going back. I ordered 3pce Mikes Hot Honey chicken combo online. When i got home, i noticed that they gave me BBQ wings. They could have told me that they substituted the order, but instead decided to take it upon themselves to give me anything they so choose with my money. I dont know what is going on with KFC employees thinking they give whatever they want, but it has to STOP! What if i was allergic to BBQ sauce? They also gave me a very watery Lightning Mountain Dew. It doesnt even look like Mounrain Dew at all. Looks like Lemonade or something. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a mobile order from a KFC franchise. From now on im opening my order at the counter to make sure my order is correct. Too many online orders are rushed. People expect what they pay for. Do better please!
I stopped by today at 12:30 to get some fry chicken I ordered combo number 7 and the guy sounded like a person without principles He was yelling at me asking if I want brown or light chicken so to me when I ordered any combo it has to be as is showing in the menu If you want my recommendations do not go there Most of times they have people that don’t have any idea how talk to customers and they give you something that you are not ordering
Terrible service. I went in there and the staff didn't have a clue about their own menu. When I asked what are the differences between the meals the person told me that are the same and they weren't. I went to get my soda and when I pushed the orange soda root beer came out. When I asked if there was any orange she told me she didn't know because she is only helping out from another store. When I complained to the guy behind the counter he just looked at me shaking is head. When I said this is terrible service he preceded to come from behind the counter to approach me saying he wish he can come to my place and complain too. Staff is very rude which makes you question the management of this location.
Overpriced, greasy and flavorless chicken. Mashed potatoes are instant and taste really bad. The canned corn tastes like the can. And those biscuits are nothing but flour and water. KFC has gotten progressively worse over the past few years, when the cost greatly exceeds the quality. It’s time to for another fried chicken restaurant.
I just spent almost $50 on Chicken meals at this KFC for the nuggets, chicken little and all the meat was like rubber. It was disgusting. We couldn't even pull the chicken apart. We had to throw our food in the garage. Also the workers need to wear gloves. Who is the manger? Very unsanitary. From the register to touching the food. Unbelievable!

I went there for a pickup order and there was no one on the counter. Seconds later the girl working peeked. No greetings from her, no question if I'm here to pick up oder or to dine in, she was just staring at me. Feeling uncomfortable, I told her I'm here to pick up. Then without saying anything she walked away. That was awkward. About a minute later a guy came out and asked about my order. Anyway, this was by far the worst KFC's I ever had. It was salty, I mean too much salty, that I couldn't even finish my food. I have never had KFC this much salty before. Also, one of the chicken was undercooked I had to throw out half of it. To summarize, the food was disgusting and the service was horrible. I will never go to this specific kfc ever again.
I was getting the 8 for $10 bucket. I asked the manager to give me five thighs and three legs and he said he couldn't do it because he's not sure how to subtract thighs from legs so he declined my request and I walked out. The employees here are too slow to make substitutions or honor customer request. Fast food but slow thinking employees protecting Master's chicken at all costs.
It 930 and the lazy manager wanted me to walk back to get a car when it says dinning room closes at 10 and he refuse to sell me food cause I was standing there and the person cleaning early had told me to walk thru drive thu picture of him walking away cause he was hiding from camera inwas tryin to catch his face he should be fired asap
