I was coming off a fast and needed something light. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Which I could always count on to be fresh and crisp.
Nice and clean, with friendly and efficient staff. Food is always fresh and to order. A bonus is the soda fountain that has what seems to be at least 100 types of beverages. It's fun to try drink flavors you can't find anywhere else including dozens you've never even heard of before. A definite draw.
I’m giving this Wendy’s 4 stars and I would give them more if I could. I had an issue with my order and Chris Tucker the manger resolved it. He was courteous and professional and really took care of my situation.
Everything ordered from this particular Wendy's always comes out well especially the spicy chicken sandwich and my all-time favorite cheese fries...yummy! The cleanliness of this establishment is a plus, however, I mostly utilize the drive-thru.
They forgot to give me one of my items but I called after I got home and they said I could pick it up whenever I can. No receipt or anything required. They always fix their mistakes and drive thru is pretty quick

Food was how you would expect fast food. Meh. But at this specific location, there was a very kind and careful worker there named Kurt. He did well making my food as well as leaving me with goof recommendations. Kurt absolutely stands on business and should win employee of the month. Actually no, year. Tables were not clean and everything else was just alright. Just letting you guys know Kurt is the only thing keeping this establishment up. I love Kurt.
I have loved Wendy's ever since I was a young kid but today was an absolutely great day for me there. I like the food alot but even the workers were so kind. Kurt in particular was a really kind guy and got my meal made fast. He was really awsome when I was just small talking with him. The only complain I have was the dirty tables but otherwise, it was great. Shout out Kurt!
The service here is much better than in many places. The staff have a smile on their faces. The service is quick and efficient. You could hear the staff in constant communication about the orders which I think contributes to their effectiveness compared to some other locations. Meal was as expected from a great food restaurant. Order was on point.
I go to the middle school across the street and I go there all the time after school to grab food before drama club or cross country/track. The food is good and the employees are all very nice and friendly as far as I’ve met.

I have to say I have visited alot of Wendy's on long island. This location is a diamond in the ruff. Yup. No joke. Busy outside and inside but the manage so well that you don't mind. Today was a good day for them. Quick service with accuracy. The girl with the long hair had a hat on but it should also be in a net. The condiments area was clean asking work the floor and tables. Not crowded

A ridiculous wait time for "fast food" and not just at peak times. Staff were nice and apologetic which was appreciated, but waiting 20 minutes in a drive through for 5 Frosty's is a bit much. The wait time inside was way worse than the drive through which is why we drove through. They priotize the drive though customers (if you call waiting upwards of half hour for fast food prioritizing)
The 2 for $5 deal sure is popular since the line at the drive through was insane! Also the service was a little slow today compared to other times I have been there. Regardless food is always fresh and the app is user friendly. I personally like the special deals they offer when using the app.

It's Wendy's. It's fast food. Hard to give fast food more than a 3, but of the big chains, they have the best burgers (excluding the budget menu). The staff seem to work hard, but it's a pretty long unorganized wait.

It's another wendy's! This one gets very crowded during the dinner rush. The drive through wraps around the property. The line for food is long (one register) an dr the kiosk ordering added to the mix makes the crew susceptible to order mishaps. Lastly...they have one of those coke extreme cartridge based drink dispensers. These stink as you can taste other flavors in there that you dont want. I would only come here when it's not too busy...an d check your order before you leave...cause it's a long wait to get back to the drive through window. Ah....the circle oWendy's. Ah...another wendys. Just like all the others.

Meh experience. They seemed understaffed at such a busy time in the evening. 6pm everyone grabbing a meal to take home right after work. Waited 20 minutes to finally get our meal after ordering from the kiosk. The burger was okay but the chicken wrap tasted very bland. Borderline unseasoned. Don't get me wrong. I'm not looking for restaurant quality food but paying $35 for a meal. I don't think im asking for much.
I have mostly been happy with my experience at this Wendy’s. They’ve improved somewhat over the years. I used to drive 3 towns over to get better service and if they don’t fix what I went through today, I may have to do that again. I like being able to use the offers on my app in multiple transactions. I am currently unemployed and it helps for that once a week visit for my kids. The people at the register are always great, especially Fior. My complaint is that the restaurant needs to anticipate that surge of customers during lunchtime. I was the only one on the line when I came in and I had to wait because all the workers were busy filling orders. I don’t mind because I am an exceptionally understanding and patient person – I can personally attest to this fact – most people are not as nice. I’m very considerate of others, especially because I know I will need to do several transactions. I don’t want anyone getting mad at me. Unfortunately, by the time Fior got to me, there was a growing line behind me with several people. Me being so nice, my anxiety is up because I’m aware these people are going to get upset. Of course, they see her trying to scan my app, and because Wendy’s was apparently experiencing systems issues, the older couple behind me started to get upset and now suddenly I was the “bad guy”. This is all Wendy’s fault, but the customers behind me blamed me!!! I told them I had been waiting a while too. To the man (the older couple) that said he would pay for my food. No sir I came in here to use my app and it’s not my problem that Wendy’s is having trouble! I said under my breathe "people are so impatient". The wife (the older couple) said she was patient and that I was holding up the line. I wanted to ask her what her rush was – they look like retirees. Seriously? Anyway, I think that’s unfair that no one behind the counter spoke on my behalf to say they were having system issues and that it wasn’t my fault. I dislike that I had to deal with irate customers, and that I was a patient customer prior to them coming in behind me and now I was blamed for something that was not my fault. I didn’t have time to get into it with these people. This was not a good experience. This location needs to do better with anticipating that lunch time surge and opening additional registers would have alleviated this issue. If they can’t it together, I will go back to driving across town (to Franklin Square) like I’ve done in the past just to get better service. Do better. Thank you.

The drive through line took about a half hour, they did not have potatoes left, and I got a chicken sandwich instead of the burger I ordered. So disappointment all around. The workers were friendly and trying their best though.
They'll ask you what sauce you'd like at the drive-thru, then proceed to not put any in the bag..smh
Placed an order via app w/ set pick-up time. When hubby arrived our order was not ready bec. our large order was HANDED OUT TO ANOTHER customer without any verification check! So, had to wait 15 mins for them to make up another order; not a “fast” food run at all. Adding insult to injury, they had ran out of peppermint frosty (Large), so they exchanged it with chocolate. I was not happy, wld have preferred a credit instead. Otherwise, everything else on the menu was good—Bourbon Bacon cheeseburger, crispy nuggets & fries, chili, & pineapple mango lemonade!

Poor management.. mid day thru lunch rush the drive thru has long line. So I go inside to place my order, there is one cashier that takes the orders/ money. Then goes to get food ready. Many people need jobs so why not have at least two cashiers?? And why is no one helping her 😕?? Smh.
I work as a Grub Hub driver some times and I went to this Wendys for a order I received on 6/29/22 in the evening time and the person in the front needs to be RE-TRAINED! His service sucked, he was not helpful and kept forgetting things that I had to remind him of. Like come on. If a order is wrong some times we get blamed for it instead of the ones who's supposed to be blamed. I can't open or touch the actual food bc it is taped but at times customers will blame us. The guy at Wendy's so not helpful in this process. Please get it together. I wouldn't even order food from there bc the service was so annoying
No one knows what’s going on here. Walked in people were waiting for food even after we ordered for about 20 minutes. The cashier looks like he is disabled or on severe drugs. Had to actually stand in front of counter to get food! Once they noticed we were waiting that’s when they finally started our order. I would give the food a 7/10.
Got there one evening the drive thru line was not that long when we got there, we had ordered via mobile order. Unfortunately we waited nearly 45 mins to even be able to speak to someone. To make matters worse they claimed they didn't get our order even though our app has the exact address of their location with our orders and when we ordered. They were not able to provide our drinks we ordered we had to get something else to accommodate. Don't see myself coming back here anytime soon or rather at all as they were very disorganized.
this place frustrates me, I ordered food and ate there the other day, waited 15 minutes after ordering (the place was empty). the fries and nuggets were really good. everything else sucked. my chicken sandwich was ice cold, my double stack also cold. the soda/ice machine wasn't making any ice and the majority of soda syrups were out. I just don't understand how a fast food place could be so dysfunctional.
Most of the employees seem to be high. They struggle to get the order correct. Check your order before walking/driving off. They have poor listening skills and lack good customer service. What manager allows for their employees to work under the influence? Must be the manager that shows up to work in his pajamas
I came here on 11/20 at approximately 7pm and the person taking my order was beyond rude and aggressive. I asked a question about the burger and his response was, “sauce and drink” referring to the other items in my order. I repeated my question and he repeated his statement, only slower. The rest of the experience wasn’t great. I told him over the speaker that there was no need to be aggressive while taking my order. When I pulled up to the window, it was a different guy. He greeted me with a smile and said my total. I asked if he was the one taking orders, and he smiled and said “no”. I asked if it was the young man with locs who was standing next to him, and he just gave a nervous laugh. As someone who used to work in fast food, I understand moving quickly and efficiently, however I don’t appreciate paying my money to be spoken to that way. If I can avoid this Wendy’s, I do.
Do not order at the driver thru the employees act like they can't hear when they finishly stop playing you get to the window to pick up your order only to be missing items you paid for I will never use the drive thru at this location again from now on I will only be going inside to order

Tonight was just another example. They just can't seem to get it right. Three orders of nuggets and NO SAUCE. Two orders of fries and no ketchup. One strawberry lemonade and no straw. Do not recommend visiting this location in the evening. Went there a couple of weeks ago and spent 27 minutes in the drive thru, the individual running the drive thru was incredibly rude did acknowledge me just took my money handed me change and food, no eye contact, no greeting, no nothing. At the time I just assumed they were short staffed last night and someone was just covering that isn't used to running the drive thu. Today I visited this location again, the line was half of what it was the last time I was here and it still took 17 minutes! I drive up to the window and low and behold it's the SAME guy running the drive thru as the last time I was here. Management needs to do something about the current night staff at this location because the service at this location has drastically decreased over the years.
11/7/2020 I went to Wendy’s in lynbrook around 4:15pm ordered 3 four for fours, when the manager who stated that she was, I think her name was Elizabeth, it could be a lie, however she was very rude in the drive through, she dropped my change on the ground and never apologized until I said something and when I did she sarcastically apologized, minutes later took forever for my food, when I ask for my money back she tried to give me back less then what I paid for. Telling me she was getting paid so she didn’t care if I waited in the drive through, disgusting person, I requested someone else and the gentleman was nice enough to refund me my money while she stood there laughing, she’s bad for the restaurant and attitude is pathetic! I will be contacting corporate!
So food was good until my fiance found a fly in his sandwich. I look to my right of the booth and there's a few spots that have black mold on the glass. I'm absolutely disgusted.

This Wendy’s was good years ago but has fallen in the gutter. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is so bad that the garbage containers spit it back out. Very seldom you will get a good fresh meal. Last night 11-10-23 I bought a chicken sandwich and fries, and had to again toss the whole meal. I ended up going to MCD to get a sandwich. My second complaint is the lack of hair mesh or covers. I think in a restaurant or kitchen, your hair should be covered. Don’t know about other Wendy’s, but at this one, there is all kinds of flashy big hair styles with zero cover. I guess hair is a part of the menu too. I would give zero stars if it would allow me to.
I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for almost 10 years. Like alot of people, I get home from work and dont have time for a home meal. within the last 3 years or so, this Wendy’s service took a major dip? In years past, there could be a line to the street and you would, maybe be there 20 minutes if you were the last car? The service was fast and courteous, what a great system was in place! It was a joy to visit. I went there tonight, figured im only two cars away from ordering, cant be that bad? I was just reminded for 20 minutes again, why do i still come here?? To top it off my sandwich is so soggy the bread is really wet, i did not feel well after, thinking about what my food looked like. I really, really hope whoever the manager in charge there is? can step up and lead in an efficient manner and bring back the quality that was there before.
Myself and 3 cars infront of me were told drive thru was not working and we had to come inside to order. Once inside staff was slower than ever. It took 10 minute to take 3 orders infront of me. Then we all waited 25 minutes for our food. All this time I'm watching car after car get there orders at the drive thru. I don't recommend going there if you don't have an hour to waste.
Horrible, got my burger order wrong twice an then the manager became disrespectful. Didn't trust them to re- do the order a third time, so I just requested my money back. Avoid Wendys in Lynbrook. Their customer service was / is without question is the worse. If you do chance it check your order before you leave. Will never go there again ☠
This was once a good Wendy's but something went wrong here in the last 2 yrs. I'm not sure if they got rid of everyone just to save money and hired young kids but this place is completely horrible now. Drive thru takes way to long and inside is just as bad. I went there one time and half the sodas were empty because they didn't fill it up. I'm done with this place. Corporate needs to come here to help clean up this mess
Horrible Horrible service. Rude staff. Burnt food. Excessive line both in drive thru and order in. Mangager on duty was insultingva customer because he wanted extra napkins. All this i observed 10/17/20 3:10 pm while waiting for my burnt pub style chicken sandwich. My recommendation is to renew staff and train a shift manager. Stress the importance of being politeness and courtesy. All problems observed today with a well trained and organized staff wouldn't of happen. Meanwhile its time to give burger King a try.
Horrible!!!! A bunch of teenagers working there who can care less about doing their jobs. They talk amongst each other and ignore customers. The bathrooms are disgusting and when you bring it to their attention they simply ignore. Food was cold!!! The worst Wendys I’ve been to!!! Won’t be back! Please fire and rehire!
Consistently bad service. I leave this Wendy's always praying that I will have a decent meal. It's mostly hit or miss more often it's a miss though. If I leave and I have a hot meal and non cardboard - tasting cold fries, I'm ahead of the game. Closest fast food to me so I wish they would improve but for now, expect to encounter a mediocre experience even for a fast food restaurant.
Absolutely horrible! The soda was flat. No ice in our drinks. Ridiculously rude staff. Kept swiping our card on a broke machine causing our card to decline because the bank thought it was fraud (maybe it was?) Do yourself a favor and stay for away.
This is the rudest Wendy’s I have ever gone to. Very rarely do you encounter a nice associate. They have horrible customer service and the young girls that work there are extremely disrespectful. I have had too many issues with burnt food or missing food and nasty attitudes in the drive-thru. So many other people I know have had the same experience. Today I had to get a refund because the breakfast was extremely over cooked and clearly not edible . This Wendy’s will NEVER get my business again. Extremely unprofessional people working their. The floor was filthy. We waited to order our food which took long, but waited even longer for the food. It was more than a half n hr before we got our food and it wasn't a big order. I had to beg for the cups I paid for. This poor woman was in the drive thru. She had to get out of her car because she paid for her food but when it was her turn to pick it up she was told they didn't have her order. Definitely won't be going back. This location has always been horrible but we were out and just wanted to grab something. Next time I will just go to taco bell next door.
If I could give zero stars I would. Always missing 50% to 75% of your order. They can never get anything right. Hey do you like bacon on a chicken sandwich that’s not supposed to have bacon. Well this Wendy’s will do that for you. Better yet how about they give you bag with fries and completely forget the main item of the meal. I have tried so many times to like this place.
If I can give this location zero stars I would. I’ve given them 3 chances to fix themselves but each time kept getting worse. Pay attention to your customers and don’t be rude. If you clearly can’t handle a fast paced customer service/food service job then leave and go somewhere else. The employees need to do better but management needs to do a lot better with who they chose to hire. Reevaluate yourselves.

We all were called for our money and now these places prices are outrageous. The one thing they could do is give us nice service. Also I spent over $30 and not even half of my food was in the bag. I know I should have checked. But you would think they will have responsible people doing their job.
I ordered 3 sandwiches 2 fries a small chilli and potato. One sandwich was to get everything on it. I thought that was a simple order which could not get screwed up but the staff working the drive thru proved me wrong once again. This branch does not cate about their customers because this not the 1st negative review they have gotten regarding their service. So sad in this day and age. Terrible is a gross understatement! I live close by and it's horrible. Always a line food is always greasy even the packaging. It's disgusting. Every so often I forget how bad it is and go back and i am always disappointed. The line is always ridiculous the food is never hot. But the worst most ridiculous thing is when you show up and the drive thru is closed at 7:30 at night. Or they decide at 9 there closing the drive through for the night. So not only are they slow and the food is not up to par with other wendys but they randomly just close the drive thru whenever they feel like it!
Didn’t go through the drive thru because they seldom get my order right so went inside to give my order. Cashier was hard to understand because she spoke in a low voice. When I asked for large chili she abruptly blurted out “No Chili”but it still was on the menu. The other items I ordered were small and mushy. With no chili and mushy burgers I have no intentions to return to Wendy’s to eat.
This by far is the worst Wendy's I've ever gone to. The drive-thru is horrible and the workers are unprofessional and ghetto. Some of the staff wasn't wearing any masks and/or gloves. I've never heard of a restaurant where you can only place two orders at the drive thru. Secondly, the girl tried to tell me I told her I was ordering three separate transactions when I never said anything close to that. Why would I have three separate transactions/ orders when I'm paying on one debit card. Help make sense of that! I requested to speak to the supervisor twice to discuss the unprofessionalism and communication with the girl at drive thru and the supervisor was equally ghetto if not worse. I will never come to this Wendy's location again.
Not sure what's in the air but everyone from the cashier to the servers have an attitude. You hear a voice in the drive thru greet you like someone doesn't want to be at work. I mean no one is being forced to be there. Go home if that's the case. I would not go there again. Then I get my baked potato with literally a pinch of cheese. You can't make it up. It's laughable. And no lemonade. Never again.
We just left Wendy’s where the drive thru is not working so we went inside where there was bags of garbage and leaves all over the restaurant floor. While waiting on line we were told to use the kiosk which BOTH were out of order. The lady in front of us placed an order and only after she did so she was told there was no change! She left and the manager came to void the order telling the cashier “don’t call me for nothing again”......once it was our turn to order we were told half the items we ordered they did not have so we walked out.....there were plenty of people on line who also walked out! People you should really keep up on your businesses, especially during a time where everyone is trying to rebuild after covid. We definitely will NOT be patronizing this Wendy’s EVER again, and I will work on making sure if I go to another Wendy’s it is not owned by the same unprofessional owner!!!
Drive thru experience was the worst. Poor customer service. Food was cold, no pickles on my sandwich. Drinks mixed up. Rushing to close the order before making sure customer is done. Ended up pouring the drink into the sink and dumping my chicken sandwich into the garbage. I wanted Coke. Nephew wanted sweet tea.
On 3/30/23, I visited Wendy’s @ 580 merrick rd in lynbrook… One of the staff member working there very rude and disrespectful, screaming at customers…. be aware…. I was really in shock to see the kind of behavior in this place that the main responsibility is to cater to the public in a nicely manner. I personally was screamed at on Thursday night by a young lady there that proceed to show me her degree of screams after I ask her not to scream or raise her voice at me for ordering 2 baconator fries and she gave me the wrong item. This kind of behavior is unacceptable as she called her self the manager of the place she wears glasses and dark skin. I must say that there is another young lady with curls that address the issues and provided me with my exact order. To her Thank you for your kindness. We need people to respect and help others. To management please find someone that is up to the job.
We went for dinner last night, and it was a nightmare. I was standing for more than 10 minutes for some one to take my order. There was only one girl taking order, and she had to go back and forth to the back to prepare the order. There were like 5 people in the background but nobody was helping her. The place was so dirty, we had to clean up our table to be able to sit down. The trash can were overflow. Don't planning to go back.
I went through the drive thru today requesting a salad without cheese because of a food allergy (as I have been doing at any Wendys establishment I’ve ever visited) and was refused because the salads are “made in the morning”. As a former fast food manager I KNOW this is BS. Yes the salads are prepared prior but if a customer requests something to be taken out especially for a food allergy it is your job to do so regardless of anything. The attitude was atrocious and the customer service was a complete zero. I left because I won’t be subjected to less than I want to eat when I’m paying for food and not asking for it for free.
Not only are the Rude and dirty they gave my order to the wrong person then gave me an issue remaking it then remade it wrong and missing stuff this was hands down the worst Wendy’s on the island. The manager needs to be let go and staff completely changed. I have never in my life seen such poor customer service and food preparation. They should be ashamed of themselves. I get its fast food but that doesn’t mean shitty service. I will NEVER EVET GO THERE I RECOMMEND NO ONE DOES.
Absolutely the worst fast? food place in existence! Wendy's food is delicious, but go to a different location as the inside service is rude and ridiculously slow because they cater to the drive thru customers. It's been like this for years...what a shame!!!
Why shall they must fire my day 1 and home boy KURTTTT. He was the best worker by far and so kind. He respected everyone at the Wendy's and wanted me to come and have a smile on my face every day. Bring back Kurt because that is the only reason i would come to this location. #We Want Kurt.
I wanna preface this with I have worked in the food industry for 21 years. More importantly I have worked in numerous drive thru locations. I used the drive thru because the inside was closed. I forgot to order a simple item which was a ceaser salad. I asked at the window if I could add it and was told no, go back around. I know for a fact that items can be added at the window, so why be difficult. I go around a second time, and after being handed my items the girl shut the window. I needed to quickly ask something else and she just ignored me. She was too busy hiding (not well) her phone and texting. I wouldn't make a scene, that's not who I am. But people need to know. It's ridiculous
They mess up every order. Doesn’t matter how little or big. Every order. In drive thru and mobile orders. It’s quite ridiculous. Last time I come to this location.
I never write a review before but I feel compelled to do so today. At approximately 8:15 AM, I placed my order through the drive through, I requested to change lemonade to orange juice and pay the difference, the man at the window had such an attitude by making hands gestures and facial grimacing. That is very unprofessional, he obviously doesn't like his job and is uncapable of dealing with decent human being. I didn't want to scoop to his level, clearly he has issues. He is a nasty and rude person, that was the second time I encountered this man and his behavior had remained the same. That is the last time I will go to this location.
Consistently the worst fast food restaurant around … unfriendly and always inaccurate with their orders. Take a few tips from the Taco Bell across the street … they are friendly, professional and rarely get an order wrong.
Ordered on DD twice got the order wrong twice. There won't be a third time. Its beyond me how a print out in front of your face can be screwed up...twice.
I waited for 5 minutes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. The manager I dealt with freaked out on me when I asked him if he could check to see if my order was ready, which it was. Then he has a very strange reaction and gives me attitude. I will never go back here. I will go to the one in East Rockaway.
I normally don’t give bad reviews, but the guy working at the drive thru today 06/28 around 9pm gave such a bad service. He was upset because I got confused with the frosty type I ordered. I kindly said sorry I got confused. He only needed to add Oreos in it, simple as that. When he came back I said thank you but he didn’t even answer….like come on if you are working in customer service you have to know how to treat people otherwise stay in the back. Besides that, the frosty was too soft, the consistency was like shake on both my orders.
Today we visited Wendy's at 580 Merrick Road in Lynnbrook, Long Island, receipt enclosed. This Wendy's had all guys working tthe front end this Saturday including it's Manager. Sadly, they couldn't handle it. They got most orders wrong, people inside and at the drive thru complaining. The place was filthy, no one had clean the tables, floors or bathrooms in a long while. Our food was cold, my baconator fries which they so proudly advertise as hot were extremely cold, and the Jr. bacon cheeseburger in the $5.00 biggie bag was horrible along with the nuggets. Oh and only one soda machine was working, but it had no Coke. "DAVE WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO YOUR BUSINESS"
I ordered from this restaurants twice and each time they have forgotten something on my order. I asked for a Summer Strawberry salad and I got a salad with chicken and bacon( I removed the bacon online) NO Strawberries. I call to get it corrected and they answer then hang up or no one answers at all. Unless you are going to go inside do not order from WENDYS in Lynbrook!!
