Good service, prompt and quick, just like the way it should be. The guys who work there rock. The chicken sandwich i ordered was delicious. Will go again if I get the chance. Strongly Recommended!!

The only Arbys location I’ve found that came make my sandwich right! Extra extra cheese please.

Updated 6/19/24 I regrettably have to take one of the stars back. I don't know the exact date that this locations hours changed but they're different now. Used to be 24/7, now it closes at 10 pm. One of the best things about this place was you could have Arby's any time of day or night and have plenty to look at while your eating it. ------------------------------ Original Review 3/??/23 One of the few remaining Arby's within a 150 mile range from the Bay Area. Being situated in a Loves truck stop makes for easy parking with plenty of interesting stuff to look at while eating your food, besides your phone. Add the fact that it's open 24 hours and has the cheapest local gas prices puts it over the top as a winner.

Arby's has a great track record for thinly-sliced roast beef sandwiches. Their "meal deals" include your choice of crinkle or curly fries plus the standard selections for soft drinks. Portion sizes include standard, double and triple for meat, fries and drinks. The Avenue 17 store has a quick drive-thru lane and ample parking. The adjacent truck stop and auto fueling areas provide many services also. When you want that famous roast beef sandwich, stop at Arby's.
The steak is decent, somewhat dried. Very strong smoke smell. It's on the expensive side. $30 for 3 items. The meat burger was loaded. It's okay.

Food quality is fine for the most part. Check your orders before you leave, we have had 3 separate occasions of missing items and it's quite far out of town to have to go back. Be sure to ask for sauce here, unlike most Arby's, Arby sauce seems to be by request only.
Food is overpriced for the small portions served. We got the $7.99 box and it was basically a kids meal size. Just wish the burgers were not so small. Customer service was great though.

So I occasionally go out to Arby's. My experiences with this particular location has been difficult. In the past my orders aren't completed correctly. Today my wife and I wanted Chipotle but they were closed due to cleaning. We opted to go here and go inside for the meal since my in-laws have us a gift card for the place. We go in and order, as we are trying to pay the system keeps rejecting the gift card as valid payment. So they call up the manager and he tells us that the "system" isn't online. Yet when I Swipe my bank debit card the transaction is completed. Sounds a little Sus to me. It would be appreciated for this Arby's location to fix this clerical error with their "system".

Was helped by a lady at the cashier she was amazing. After that the experience took a bad turn. Called my name as I was paying. Simply asked if I was the correct Joe. "You're the only Joe" ok. Started eating and drank all my coke. Went to ask lady for a refill because their machine in the lobby was down. They said to go fill it up at loves. Ok went to fill it up. But shot clear liquid out so definitely not come. Went back and said the coke is out over there. Lady looked at me and I repeated that. Then she turned around and started talking with the other 3 employees that were in a huddle gossiping. People don't laugh that much when talking about work. So I spend $15 dollars on a meal where I had to throw half away because I had nothing to drink it with because they fill the cups up so much with ice. A trucker that always has to eat Arby's cause of loves. You'd think they wouldn't mind using another cup so I can drink some coke. Pathetic restaurant at this loves location.
Shift manager Alex, was very unprofessional and lacked customer service and rather respect. Charged for full price meal deal, and yet items were missing and stated they couldn’t replace unavailable items. Stated “we don’t do that”. How can you charge full price or not give substitutes if items are unavailable or missing from a meal deal and charge full price??…

My bf went to this location. It was bad from the jump. The staff didn’t know he was in the drive thru bc they don’t wear their headsets. They didnt ask what drink we wanted with the combo, so if he didn’t say anything, then it would’ve been random or they would’ve asked at the window. Fast forward to the getting the order, both sandwiches were wrong. Both items were brisket sandwiches and were missing the onions. Truly disappointed bc of lack of attention to detail… do better.
Appreciate it if you would enforce the laws regarding non-service animals in the eating area.. I did not ask for a filthy animal with my meal
Lady at the window told me to not come back as I was driving off. because I refused to go park and wait for my food. Very rude. Food always cold. They don’t use the right buns for the proper sandwich
The Food is good and we eat there all the time. But I was very disappointed when we bought two classics for $7.00 (that was advertised on both the outside drive-through menu board and the side of the store window in big letters). When we got to the window to pay, they charged us $5.69 a piece. When I asked about it, the manager said the special ended “last week” and they could not honor the special price. I let him know that it is false advertisement and he said he couldn’t change it. How many people are being duped by this?
Avoid at all costs! Read on. At almost lunch time "They had no roast beef, cause they forgot to put the roast in the oven??!" Curly fries were cold? My last visit about 3months ago, the roast was cold, hard and tough as were the curly fries. They either need a new manager, or just shut down!!!! Avoid at all costs!
I grew up on Arby’s. There were many fast food places but always chose Arby’s in San Jose, Ca. I learned there was this Arby’s 8 minutes away so we went. Bought the Arby’s roast beef with Cheddar and Fish sandwich with cheddar. We got home and dug in. The fish sandwich was cold and a bit slimy. Took one bite and tossed into the garbage. The roast beef looked like it was made many hours ago. The bun was smashed and crust was pealing. Had a few bits and tossed that one in the garbage. I’m so disappointed in the quality of food. Gross!
Beware! This Arby’s closes early. It states 10pm on Saturday, we arrived 3 minutes before 10pm in the drive thru and nobody would take our order. We even honked our horn but no luck! Ugh
We use the drive-thru, ordered one roast beef and cheddar with extra sauce, also ask for sauce on the side received none the sandwich was dry 😭

The food was disgusting and honestly I don't mean this to be rude but this is the second time I've been to Arby's and I've had the same result as the first. (Graphic words ahead be warned) I've had major diarrhea and nausea since eating this food. I feel so weak from how sick I feel and it's honestly the worst experience I've had as far as fast food. Wish I had better to say but I will not be returning to Arby's ever unless it was maybe a soda.
