This Indian food truck is an absolute gem! The tea alone is worth stopping by for — rich, aromatic, and absolutely out of this world. It’s the kind of chai that instantly comforts you and makes you want a second cup. And the fish pakora? Just wow. Crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside — every bite was a killer rockstar moment. Perfectly spiced, not greasy, and so satisfying. The Paneer Bhurji was absolutely delicious – perfectly spiced, fresh, and packed with flavor. The paneer was soft and cooked just right, making every bite satisfying. tried the Shahi Paneer with plain roti and absolutely loved it! The paneer was soft and fresh, cooked in a rich, creamy gravy with just the right balance of spices—flavorful without being too heavy.

Let me tell you I’ve lived in Madera all my life and this Indian spot is to DIE for , the butter chicken is out of this world , prices are affordable, and the worker is sooo humble and friendly, please please please visit this place for a tasty meal 😋

Rotiyan gol and perfect! I usually call ahead and my order is always ready on time. The staff is super nice and everything is consistently good. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

I want to tell everyone that this dhaba is very good and they work very cleanly. I had an omelette from them and came for fresh tea. One of the best things about them is that they serve the tea freshly made. I would advise everyone to eat this: their bread is very tasty, everything is available from them, everyone should come and eat good food.🙏❤️

Samosa with chutney and tikki were just right, not overly fancy but rich in taste. Loved the tawa parantha and aloo baingan. Chai made me reminisce of Gurudware ke langar ki chai! Must try place for comfort indian food.

Food was delicious, we had daal makhani and kadai paneer. Everything was hot and fresh and spice adjusted as per request. This food truck is next to a truck wash and across from a train track, kids had a great time!

Good Punjabi food alongside a highway and next to a truck wash. Freshly prepared food, and the taste is quite good. We ordered paneer makhanak, dal tarka, roti and chat.

Watch out for prices. Ask when your food will be ready before you pay. Ripped me off 2.61.

I hate to leave this bad review, but I come here all the time when I have deliveries around this area, the food good as always, but this time the service was bad. They hung up on me twice while I was ordering and to top it off when I receive my food I literally got three pieces of chicken in my butter chicken order basically all I got was masala smh
