Great lively baristas. It was a little slow getting our drinks. But the barista at the register gave us really good customer service and he was very patient. There was one barista who was rude and just shoved my drink on the counter and walked away but when I walked up to grab it a different barista said “thank you I hope you have a lovely day” so he made up for the others rudeness. I find there is always one obnoxious barista at every Starbucks! this locations seems very busy since it’s right off the freeway but we weren’t waiting forever for our drinks.

They recently renovated this location and it looks really nice. Gave the Baristas a lot more work space, unfortunately at the expense of seating but with this locations drive thru it's honestly not bad. The food and drink is on par with all Starbucks, the staff is really friendly and attentive though which makes this a great location to go to

This particular Starbucks tends to always be busy. It's the only one in Madera with a drive thru. However, in my experience they are always courteous and deliver with a smile. Had a mobile order drop waited over 20 minutes, yet they upgraded my drink and also gave me a recovery card for$4. I'm a happy customer. You can see they are all trying to be fast and yet get your order correctly.

The outside looks beautiful. The inside was decent. There was sufficient seating however it's geared more towards individuals who, for instance; want to work on their laptops, as opposed to a parent with children or a small group you want to socialize.

This is the second time I recieved a cold breakfast sandwich from this location. Plus my sandwich was blindly thrown into the bag and smashed in half. I would like to note that I did call and they offered to replace it on my next visit. The temperature problem may be a faulty oven, but the bad food placement should have never happened.

I’ve come to this location several of times, but lately the girls in the front have been disrespectful towards me and my sister. They packed up early outside when we were studying. When we’ve tried to making an order they just look at us and ignore us. Today both were on their phone while my sister was trying to place an order.

Went in to ask for a cup of ice water and was told I had to buy something. I had asked about it and the lady had said it's a policy now so I had to tell her my mom had went through the drive thru then got me the water then I said thank you but she walked away and didn't say anything to me so I thought it was rude to not say your welcome and just walk away. Last week I went there to get a cup of ice water and they gave me one without telling me to buy something so it's kind of weird that they put that policy into motion cause what if someone needs water on a hot day and they tell someone to buy something

Arrived at the store At 950pm ish I was next to the speaker For like 4 min Then the employee tells me Sorry we’re closed I responded You guys close at 10pm Sorry we’re short staffed. Just because you’re lazy and didn’t wanna help me I wasted my gas money And my time To get there before 10 because my wife Was craving Starbucks and I wanted to fulfill her craving

Very grumpy customer service. Not listening. Speeding. My drink was made wrong taste like medicine. I come here all the time. But seriously today the girl had a snotty look her face. I’ve never seen her here so, Maybe fire here.

The worst drink....they normally do well, but today...today ruined my impression of this store....I asked for cinnamon and it literally had 1/4 in settled in bottom and chunks all on the top. They must have opened the top and poured it in.
