One of my favorite lunch spots. Pad Thai and Curry Drunken Noodles are delicious! Lunch comes with entree, soup, and two spring rolls. I leave full and happy every time.
This place really kind of exceeded my expectations, but once another hole in the wall place was really good. They aren't in the fanciest location, but the place was clean, had nice decor, with flowers on the table, the service was on time and new about the food, and the food was delicious. I got the curry drunken chicken and it was delicious, they have good Thai tea too, and their soup is really delicious too. Definitely would recommend to someone wanting Thai food.
I stumbled across this restaurant after driving over 3 hours for a job. I ordered from the lunch menu, Pad Thai chicken. It came with a cup of coconut soup and two spring rolls. It was a delectable delight! What a find! I would eat lunch there every week if it were closer.
Hello, me and my husband we came to dine in for a bowl of boat noodle and curry noodle. Overall my husband loved the boat noodle it was better then other places he try in MN. As for me I got the curry noodle (khapoon) I like how everything was put into that dish but 1 thing that failed me was the curry that put into that dish. I wish they would've use a regular curry paste instead of mixing the crab curry paste in it cause not all ppl will like that crab taste feeling. Im a curry noodle lover but I hope in the future they will change up their curry paste overall the service and wait was really good.👍
We came for the first time for lunch. If you love Thai, this is your place. The food is excellent and if you are a fan of good iced tea, you will not be disappointed. We had the Pad See Ew and Ginger entree with chicken. Both were delicious. Mim, who makes the iced tea, was our server and she could not have been nicer and more attentive.
It was surprisingly amazing experience. Quick and great service, excellent food and very reasonable prices… on arrival we were greeted with hot bowl of coconut soup which was super delicious . The order came in minimal time and of perfect quantities. The hosts were friendly . All in all really enjoyed our time there.
I always love it here. Fast, friendly, accurate service and delicious food. If you dine in, they even give you a little banana spring roll, which is a delightful bonus. Speaking of delightful bonuses, if you dine in, the plating/presentation is quite nice as well. I always enjoy eating here.
hai guys. i’m with my FRIEND, A DIFFERENT ONE!!! and i have ANOTHER FIRE review. now.. let’s talk about the prices—super GOOD!! i enjoyed the free soup because it was like free but im not really a fan of coconut. the pad thai was crazy good though 🤤🤤 i need more peanuts like in crazy for it. the spring rolls are fine, but like they weren’t bad just ehh.. but the salad with that tan sauce was FIRE. need more of that sauce i need more of the pad thai. omg loved the rose on the straw. would come back when i can drive. oh yeah; food came out fast and service was great :3
No. 8 Coconut noodle soup This dish stands out as a personal favorite, offering a consistently enjoyable dining experience. The atmosphere of this quaint establishment is equally noteworthy. Among the numerous exceptional eateries in Madison AL, this one consistently delivers impressive service quality, ensuring a delightful experience with each visit. The cuisine is consistently of high quality, much like savoring a beloved meal repeatedly. My best friend and I dine here frequently, valuing affordability. Although initially hesitant about takeout, the quality proved to be just as impressive.
I stopped in for a quick bite to eat with my husband. Atmosphere is great, staff is so friendly, food is QUICK AND DELICIOUS!!! The presentation of the meal is beautiful, and the appetizers are perfect sizes, and price is unbeatable. We ordered wontons and shumia for appetizers. Cashew chicken and chicken drunken noodle. For a quick date night it was perfect . We absolutely will come back again!
The coconut soup is delicious! I ordered the massaman curry with shrimp and my husband ordered the coconut soup with chicken. Fried banana roll was great too. I also got a Thai tea. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and everything tasted great. The music isn't too loud either. We will be back.
Very good place for Thai Curry in Huntsville. Welcoming environment with a great selection of food, healthy portions, and all at a very fair price! I left feeling full, but not heavy, all for under $15 (with tip included)! I ordered the Yellow Curry and it was heavenly! They started with Coconut soup (I think) which was such a wonderful symphony of exquisite flavors. I was pretty impressed as I haven't had very good coconut soup in the past and wasn't very excited for it. The curry was presented in a mouthwatering display with a cute little carrot flower on the rice (see pictures). It also had an amazing flavor and complimenting textures. They have even painstakingly shaped the straw wrapper into a cute little flower! Something I thought was a very nice touch that most will take for granted. It communicated to me just how far they go to make sure every detail is accounted for considering how fair the prices are. It's too bad I'm traveling for business, because I would absolutely make this a bi-weekly dining experience. It's also a shame I didn't get an opportunity to try the Pad Thai! Next time I'm in Huntsville, I will be coming here again. If you're looking for a good place for Yellow Curry, I can say with a high level of confidence that you won't be disappointed. Fair-priced Thai flair that won't leaving you feel like you have to nap the afternoon away.
I was in the area and found this place on accident. Boy am i glad I did it was delicious with a great friendly atmosphere. They are very serious about cleanliness here with hand sanitizer gel at every table to clean your hands. You will also see fresh flowers at each table in a small glass that was made it extra special. The menu was large with many different options for gluten free. I chose the padi with tofu and not grilled chicken this time. The portion was large with plentiful tofu and nuts to give it a tasty nut flavor I like. The one thing that makes this restaurant stand out is the owners wife hand makes each straw cover into a rose to top the straw. You will see it in my pictures. I have never seen this extra step in a dinning experience anywhere in the United States. It was a pleasant surprise and I liked it. The egg drop soup was on point with tofu in it too. Most egg drop soup doesn't have this in them. The restaurant isn't super big but very cozy with art work on the walls, fresh flowers on the tables , handmade straw covers in a shape of a rose, and hand sanitizer.
The average lunch plate is $10 and includes soup and and entree compliments. Drunken noodle (ask if you want legit spicy) and teriyaki box were hot, fresh, and very yummy. This place is an incredible value. I'm looking forward to my next meal here. 💚 Update (4/29/22): This place is still amazing. The restaurant is clean. The food is wonderful. The staff is warm and friendly. I still love you! 💜
I was happy with the quality and flavor of the food here. I am always searching for a good Thai restaurant in Huntsville and this place has made the list! I love Drunken Noodles and Panang Curry and they have both. The lunch specials come with a soup, spring roll, and salad. The portion size was perfect for me. The food wasn't spicy, but next time I'll just ask for more heat. The staff were attentive and friendly. I will definitely be back.
The food are great except their Pad thai is a bit sweet maybe because of Hoisin sauce , mostly noodles and nuts only. Some vegies are missing, too compared from than the real ones that we have years ago from Thailand. Please put some tamarind sauce and make it a little bit of spicy not sweet🥲 But overall, some food especially thier curry is a must try and service from friendly crew much appreciated.
So the food is closer to 3-3.5 stars. Its not like it was bad just somewhat bland flavors. Dont get me wrong, what flavor was there was good. The presentation was spot on! The place itself is beautiful. Menus are cool. Service was impeccable. Like hands down best ive had in awhile. Not to mention the people were super nice. Id go back. Now granted I only tried the teriyaki chicken and the orange chicken. My wife felt the same about the food. Id go back but idk if id expect too much out of the food. All in all it wasnt a bad dinner
Modernly updated interior with the extra little details that made the place pop. The rose top straws and small rose table decorations brought it all together. During the first visit, I was never sure who my server was as one lady took my drink order and brought my drink, a lady took my food order and brought my food, neither came to check on my during my meal. A guy did eventually come check well after I finished my meal to ask if I needed more drink and brought me my check. During the second visit, the service was better, except we still never got a refill.
