Baha new sub tastes great . Drive thru was slow while someone in the drive thru holding up the line talking for about 5 minutes. Finally got to the pickup window great place to go try something different

Average Subway location with typical service and food quality. Place was clean, staff courteous and somewhat fast. Many customers need to relax and simply wait their turn. Making a sandwich takes a bit of time when you're relaying your order to another person and not doing it yourself. The staff was no faster/slower than most locations.

It took almost 30 minutes to get a footlong and 6 inch sandwiches. When we finally got the order it was all screwed up

I have no words besides this location has gone downhill

The lady who took my order in the drive thru was really rude. I told her what I wanted and she just shoved it off and said she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I had to repeat myself three more times, then when I got to the window she took my card she slammed the window in my face. I finally got my my card back then I waited about ten minutes for my food.

Worst sub I ever got from subway. Bread was hard to eat. All of the veggies were underneath the sandwich. Worst footlong ever.

Subway over heated the bread. It was burnt the taste was bad. I love Subway but the over heated bread was a thing I couldnt forget. The workers knew it was burnt but still gave it out anyway.

Soup was cold and the employees didn't seem to care and were slow when they had no one in there or in the drive thru

My problem is that I ordered #30beast footlocker and I can tell you there was not a half pound of meat on the sandwich and alot of the things I asked for to be on the sandwich was not on there just disappointed that I didn't get what is advertised and didn't get what I paid for

Never enough meat on the sandwich

This whole experience was horrible, couldn't hear the guy over the speaker, then we didn't get the kids meal toy or drink and only got the chips because I asked for them.

My Sandwich was cold and I ordered extra meat which I did not get on my Sandwich I do not Recommend going through the drive through IRecommend you watch them make your Sandwich. Also several times I have been there they were always out of something.

I was not satisfied at all I just came threw to get a pizza sub and they put everything that a pizza doesn’t have on it and now they won’t answer the phone and I’m 7 months pregnant very hungry and now have nothing to eat so yeah thanks for making me pay for something I can’t even eat

Got there 25 minutes before closing and was told that they hadn't had any customers for a couple of hours so they were closed. I think any business should stay open until closing time.

The ladies that wait on us were great. Until the owner at came in fixed his self a sandwich, with no gloves on, then while his sandwich was heating he blew his nose. Then went back to finish fixing his sandwich. Now keep in mind he never washed his hands.

Went through the drive thru the other night and took them damn 15 to 20 minutes to get my order out. Took so long I was scared of what they were doing in there and they couldn't get the order right 1 sandwich which was basic sandwich.

I didn't want to be that person when they were busy so I just ate it. But I still paid extra for something I didn't get. If you want a sandwich made right to your liking you should probably skip on this location. Maybe it's better to go inside and be specific. But I've tried this location drive thru and curb side and the result was the same. They never get my order right.

Went to the Madison Square Subway in Madisonville KY, placed an app order to be picked up for a time about an hour and a half later than order time. I got there, about 15 minutes before pickup time and they hadn't even started fixing my order that consisted of 7 subs. They acted as if they had no idea there was even an online order until I said something about it. They should do a lot better than that mess I dealt with today. Subs look like they were hurriedly just thrown together and I'm sure they'll be a mess to eat as well! Updating to say that the food, as expected, was a mess to eat. They got toppings wrong on 2 sandwiches, plus very stingy with toppings. Will not be going back to this Subway, I'll go to Hanson or any other of the Madisonville ones over this one!!

My fiancé picked up my order and dropped it off to my work. I received what appeared to be a protein bowl. Definitely not a salad as it had maybe 5 pieces of lettuce in the bowl. Smothered in dressing. It was dripping and disgusting. I paid extra for sliced avocado and got none. I tried to call several times to see if they could remedy this order and no one answered. Just one more place in Madisonville that tops the charts as a horrible display of a chain restaurant.

Almost every time I come here I do a mobile order. I went twice today and they got the order wrong both times.
