Hopeless service, but the poor team were swamped on a new year's day, only 3 people working and so many customers. The stars are not for the employees but for the company understaffing on a busy fiesta day. Shame on you.

It says that they close at 2:30 ( info which was confirmed by the shop ) and I was there at 1:40, almost ONE HOUR before closing, and they were already closed. I would have understand if I would have come 10 minutes before. Very unprofessional

Dirty floor, very slow service. The fries they had put were cold. I think they should invest in good workers that really want to do the job. They were not very welcoming at all.

VERY DIRTY rude empoyees with no knowledge of english The toilet was the dirtiest thing in the planet with no Toilet paper When i asked them give me some they answered that they dont give any toilet payper They had not clue what we ordered ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN MADRID

I made the mistake of ordering gluten free burger. It didnt taste like burger bread at all and left a long bad after taste. Gluten free fries tasted the same as the usual fries. In fact I still wonder what are gluten fries.

The worst experience ever! I fell disappointed and cheated! I've order the "cheeseburger big menu" and the size of the meal was a shame, it was smaller than the slice of cheese. I've never seen this before in Burguer King in my whole life. And the waitress told me, it was ok🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't know why, but downtown BKs are so much more run-down than those far from city center or on the outskirts. It's the second one I go to downtown that has no supreme fries... Besides, two of the self-service machines took ages to work just to reach the end and say it couldn't process the order - one that could be barely changed, BTW, something that barely happens on "neighborhood" ones. Maybe because they want people to spend less time there? I don't know, but I don't recommend these downtown BKs at all. Well, I wouldn't recommend any, but the bad thing is their new veggie whopper just got me! Just wish the expand their veggie option to other sandwiches too!!

These guys are not good at their jobs. And like any American, I can appreciate a decent Whopper with the best of them. Horrible organization behind the counter. I almost felt sorry for the one guy who was giving it his best, but then he also put singular empty cups in singular to-go bags for every order.
