Excelente local, servicio y comida.
Ordered take away so can’t truly judge the dine in atmosphere. However can only recommend 100% the food, our pasta were really tasty and full of flavor. Can’t wait to have dinner on site !
I’ve been seeing this place in my way to they gym everyday and finally decided to eat here. It was an authentic Italian restaurant and shop of Italian products! The food was exquisite and the ambience was really good. The service was good. Prices are maybe a bit expensive compared to other Italians but it was worth it
I really enjoyed my lunch time. Beautiful environment with great, super helpful and kind staff , extremely delicious food really left a big impression on me. This was a family trip for so we had feeling like we are at home. We especially liked pizza. Also observing people around I was able to noticed that they truly enjoy the place, food, wine.. So If you decide to visit Spain (not only Madrid) and do not miss to visit Just Italia restaurant.
Very nice authentic italian restaurant, super cozy, with nice staff. They offer a great italian food , like cheese, pasta, salads, pizza and wine tasting. We had an amazing burrata with truffle, truffle pizza and pasta. It was super delicious and we combined with prosecco and italian wine. Super recommended and even you can buy authentic food and wine there too!
This isn’t our first time visiting Just Italia. We first came a couple of weeks ago looking for a quick pasta and ended up discovering this amazing restaurant. It’s truly authentic Italian, they even sell imported Italian products, and you can also dine in. The Carbonara is one of the best I’ve had in Madrid, and the prices are great compared to other Italian spots. We’ve also tried the Pizza Diavola, which is really good too, but my personal recommendation would definitely be the Carbonara. I also have some Italian friends who’ve been here with their families, and they all say it’s super authentic, so I dare to say it’s “Italian Authentic.” The service is quick and friendly, and the place has a cozy, homey vibe that makes it feel like eating at an Italian house. I come here pretty often and would definitely recommend it!
🍽Food: 5/5 🤵🏽♂️Service: 5/5 🪑Ambiance: 3/5 📝Notes: The staff are very friendly. Even thought the restaurant is small, I would still come just for the cozy vibes 🥰 From the dishes that I ordered, I really like the food. I am a bit surprised to see what some reviewers have said about the food in the last few weeks. As for the ambiance, I do feel like the restaurant is small, but it has nothing to do with my rating. I just feel like there’s too much products around the restaurant, as well as the chairs are not comfortable to sit on. I would love to see why customers are not satisfied with the restaurant and would be happy to help out this restaurant :)
It's a small place, almost a cafe, without Wifi but pleasing customer service. I stopped off for a bite and ordered the Pasta arrabiata which came with a bottle of chilli oil but had a pleasant bite to it. I washed it down with a bottle or two of chilled Ichnusa, a Sardinian beer, which went great with the meal and also refreshing in the hot climate. Cheap no-frills eats place, I'll return again when I'm in the area.
Just an average pasta/pizza place that’s near to some hotels. The food is alright, but portions are a little small. Both the lasagna and the tiramisu were just “OK” and nothing to write home about. The meal cost around €18 in total but I didn’t feel full after the meal. It’s conveniently located and not crowded at all, but it’s not really worth the price. Service was alright, but not exceptional.
The food here was very tasty but the service could have been better. One of the waitresses was quite unfriendly because we didnt speak Spanish. But then a young lady decided to come to our rescue and was very helpful. We got the bruschetta which I found very bland…but the burrata salad with honey dressing was great! For mains, we had the truffle gnocchi…the BEST I have had! So fresh and creamy…a bit heavy because of the heavy cream sauce but perfectly balanced flavours! We also got The mushroom tagliatelle which was good too!
Started off as a nice evening in a cosy looking place. It was not busy when we arrived (Monday early evening) and it seemed like a nice place to have some good comfort food and a chat. We ordered Prosecco, the waiter didn't explain there were two different bottles on the menu and brought us whatever. The good started off nicely but it was impossible to finish the meal and enjoy a drink, as the restaurant started filling up with heavy smoke. At that point it was already full with guests. We asked the waiter if there had a fire in the kitchen or some burnt meal but she responded they were just cleaning the oven?! With a restaurant full of guests!! The smoke was initiating our eyes so badly we ended up "in tears", not mentioning the smell on our clothes and hair. Nice idea for a place but poor execution. You can tell lack of knowledge of management of a place and regular common sense is missing. If your guests end up paying over 70 EUR for a meal but you want to suffocate the them with smoke it's a joke.
I ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil, and the pasta very overcooked and of very poor quality. Also, the portion of the lasagna was not acceptable for a ‘taverna’, and it much better fit a bistro restaurant, without it quality… The atmosphere was traditional and authentic, the wine very well selected and fine. The place could do so much better with properly cooked Italian food and welcoming and warm service, which they did not show.
The experience leaves much to be desired. This establishment prides itself on exorbitant prices rather than quality or customer satisfaction. The menu boasts pre-cooked dishes at prices that border on absurdity. It is disheartening to see such steep costs for food that lacks freshness and flavor. Despite the high prices, the quality of the dishes do not match the expectations set by the menu. If you're looking for a dining experience that values quality and customer-centricity, I would suggest exploring other options.
