Increíble atención muy amables y atentos, ojalá todos los restaurantes atendieran con tanto cariño como estos

Hoy 2 de febrero dia de mi cumple, me regale un almuerzo super bueno y riquisimo. Un lomo negro que venia con tajadas y queso, y la sopa de costilla demasiado buena y bien contundente con platano, yuca, jojoto, costilla. Y de postre un pie de limon demasiado bueno. La atencion super esmerada y el local muy bonito, bien decorado y la musica de ambiente magnifica que provoca seguir comiendo.Coincidi con Alberto Casillas y de veras que lo recomiendo altamente, que seguro volvere

I was at Rafael Hotel for a convention Ibercon, for 5 days. Senhor Alberto and his restaurant were the best spot in this whole trip! Delicious food with a full and amazing menu, the desserts were amazing, and the juices were super (I was even offered Sugar Cane juice by Mrm Alberto). I even tried the soup and it was so filling and delicious. But also the kindness Mr Alberto and his whole team received me and my friends every time was mind-blowing. Caring and dedicated staff, always ready to make our meal special. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to whoever visits the Atocha area. Thank you for all the care!

Amazing food and wonderful service. We went here for breakfast and dinner, both were amazing. Everything is very good and its the best coffee I've had in madrid. The orange juice was fresh and the paella was incredible. It's a little far from down town, but if youre in the area i definitely recommend getting something to eat! If you're a tourist they have an english menu.

As someone with a Colombian background, I was delighted to experience a taste of home through your delectable offerings. My visit began with the simple intention of grabbing a coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised when I ended up ordering a delicious corn arepa. The flavors transported me back to fond memories, and I truly appreciated the authenticity of the cuisine. Moreover, the ambiance created by the music playing in the background added another layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. The rhythmic tunes enhanced the atmosphere and made the meal even more memorable. I must commend your team for the excellent service provided throughout my visit. In a peaceful neighbourhood just near the madrid main bus station. The owner speaks English and was really friendly. Would love to visit again. If you are looking for rice options then I would recommend the chicken and the seafood rice for 2 people. It is really good and has a combination of shells, octopus, squid, prawns and chicken. Worth it.

This place is so underrated but it's a must try!! We came here two days in a row for their amazing Venezuela food (not so much for spanish dish). Their chapas to pasta dishes are all good😊. It's both family and couple friendly so it's a must try. The staffs are so friendly and makes helpful suggestions with the menu.

Delicious Food, friendly service and cheap prices!!! We decided to start our dinner with some Emanadas, the stuffed dumplings was keept very simple. The fresh made empanadas was served with a tasty minty dip. For main dish, we desided to order the Cachapa "Colonia Tovar". This was the best decition, I haven't eaten anything that good in a long time!!! The soft, little bit sweet, corned baced Cachapa, combined with the baked bananas matches perfectly with the salty pulled beef, black beens and the cheese. The dish had a perfect size and we were full after it. The service was very friendly, but the conversation in english was a little bit difficult. After a little confucion everything has worked. The prices were reasonable, and we were totally satisfied. If we will come back to Madrid, we will definitely will come back!

un menu gigantesco de opciones. el señor Alberto es tremendo host, y le dio muchísima personalidad a la visita. mi favorito de todos los platos fue el Tres Leches, hecho de forma casera y que me llevó directo a Venezuela. recomiendo ir por el menú del día, ya que de resto los precios son bastante elevados

Muy buena opción de comida venezolana aunque también tienen opciones españolas en su menú. La sopa de mondongo buenísima, cáchala con cochino y el pabellón exquisitos. Ambiente acogedor y su dueño el Sr Alberto lo mejor en la atención. Recomendados!!!

If you are exploring a new area in a place you may or may not have been before and you feel hungry or thirsty, what do you do when you come across somewhere that would satisfy those needs? Well La Taguara is such a place, nothing to attract the eyes, no thrills, just smiling staff and a large board outside to say what they had on offer, the menu appealed to me as well as the price. So I went in, although every one else were at outside tables. The meal of fish wasn't disappointing, but the chips could have been cooked a little longer and with less oil. But that's the way they like here in Spain. The staff were pleasant at all times and the food was generous in size. So if you want to eat or drink in a relaxed environment with no fuss, then this is the place for you. Disfruta

The beef rib soup was very tasty. It was part of a huge daily menu at a good price. It included the soup, “asado negro,” a drink, and dessert for less than 20 euros. The “asado” was a bit dry, but the quesillo tasted like home. The restaurant’s menu is very varied—I saw the cachapas they served, and they were huge. Everything looked delicious. The only reason I wouldn’t return to this restaurant is because it’s very noisy. The server was on the phone with Uber Eats, and you could hear the conversation throughout the restaurant. But the worst part was the owner. Although very friendly, he approached the tables to talk about the political situation in Venezuela without knowing if you want to discuss politics with a stranger in the middle of your meal. The tone of voice of the entire restaurant staff was quite loud, which made the place very noisy even if none of the customers were talking.

Nice owner/staff, but the food was unfortunately very disappointing: soggy cold fries, not completely cooked, burger bun almost fell apart, no sauce no seasoning and the driest saddest patty imaginable. Would have expected decent food judging from the reviews.

Que terrible tener que darle una estrella a este lugar (no merece ninguna), fui con las expectativas altas, había escuchado hablar bien de él y estaba paseando por Delicias y me provocaba comida venezolana, que decepción. Esperamos casi una hora por la comida, que lamentablemente de tan fea su presentación no pensé que sería necesario tomarle fotos, ahora lo lamento, mi hija pide un plato que decía en el menú en su descripción ser: entrecoté con patatas, aguacate y pico de gallo, y yo una cachapa, pasada la hora, llega el plato de mi hija, ensalada de lechuga, tomate y cebolla, patatas (congeladas) y un filete de ternera pálido con algo verde encima, muy finito, llamamos a la mesera y le dijimos que no era entrecote y no era el plato pedido en el menú, nos dijo que nos habíamos equivocado y mi hija le solicitó el menú, no había error ninguno, le dije que se llevara el plato que no era entrecote. La cachapa terrible, pero gracias a Dios el queso no estaba malo y quitando el resto de los ingredientes algo pude comer. A la hora de pagar el dueño se enfada, sigue diciendo que el filete, que mas parecía una radiografía de un pedazo de piel de “zombie” era entrecote. Aún así pagué por el zumo, refresco y la cachapa, pero no iba a pagar por un plato que no era ni de lejos el pedido. Las demás mesas se quejaban igual, recibieron comida horrible igual. A la salida una señora que había recibido un pan seco y frío, me preguntó por lo que me había reclamado el dueño, y yo le respondí, sigue porfiándome que esa pieza indefinida de carne es un entrecote, allí el hombre ha salido a los gritos a decir que lo hablara en su cara, a lo que respondí, que no tenía problema, y es cuando mi hija saca su teléfono y le muestra una foto de un delicioso entrecote y le dice, esto es un entrecote, nos grita lárguense, váyanse de mi restaurante… ni hacia falta gritarlo, porque a ese lugar no lo piso nunca más!!! Una pesadilla en general!!!

El plato navideño estuvo muy malo. La hallaca vieja y ácida, pan de jamón viejo y duro. El precio muy caro. No nos gustó para nada.

Muy mala la presentación de la comida, pedimos tres empanadas de carne mechada y una vino con muy mal aspecto, le dije al señor que me atendió que por que estaba asi, la sirvieron quemada, demasiado aceite tenia me dijo pues que así salió,de verdad esperaba otra cosa, mucha publicidad para lo que ofrecen, si así es como sirven las empanadas no me imagino lo demás, aparte creo que deberían de tener un poco ma de tacto con el cliente, cuando uno pregunta algo, en fin no supero las expectativas no lo recomiendo

No es primera vez que vengo, y anteriormente me había gustado (había probado el sancocho, empanada y patacones) pero ayer fui y siendo venezolana debo decir que es la peor cachapa que he probado en mi vida, la masa simplemente tenia sabor a mantequilla, tanto …que repugnaba, cero gusto a maíz, de verdad consideré dejar la comida y todo, es una ofensa su sabor. Además los patacones feos, se desmoronaron y se sentían muy fritos, y la empanada que era de pabellón la caraota (frijoles negros) sabían a recalentado, medio a ácido. Con ésta experiencia no volveré, qué difícil que es conseguir buena comida venezolana en Madrid.

El embiente es bueno, la comida es buena y el servicio es bueno. Lo que es inadmisible es que por ir a orinar y que quizá haya habido alguna gota fuera salga la cámara a quejarse y valorar eso como falta de respeto, a pleno grito delante de los demás amigos y clientes, después de pedirle sinceras disculpas seguía diciendo que no se respeta su trabajo. Chicos: mead sentados en este bar, o mejor, no vayáis.
