Perfect for a quick beer or a glass of wine. Very friendly. I'll look into it further!
Very welcoming, good tapas, and a good menu.
The food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is excellent. The daily menu costs €13.50.
The food is always great, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly, especially the owner.
Went with family and stuff. I got a pasta carbonara as a first and beef as a second. Plus bread and mandarins. Good service, fair price, good food, and most importantly, thanks for including something an Italian like me could enjoy in the fixed menu...
Good
This bar is a pleasant place to spend time with friends or colleagues after work. The decor is modern yet welcoming, with warm lighting and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to linger. The tapas are decent, nothing spectacular, but well-prepared; the ham and small sandwiches are fresh, and the beer is perfectly poured. What I liked most was the staff's service—very friendly and attentive to any needs, although when it's busy, there's a slight delay. The terrace is a bonus, perfect for sunny days, although it can fill up quickly on weekends. In short, it's a reliable bar for a drink, with a good atmosphere and reasonable prices, though I wouldn't call it the best in the area.
I liked it. We don't usually sit on their terrace because it's always packed, but today it wasn't very crowded and the people there were just average. The quality was good, the price wasn't bad, but the drinks seemed a bit expensive and the €1 portion of bread in a basket was pricey. In short: 6 beers, a portion of marinated dogfish, patatas bravas, and the bread, all for €33
Ok
Regrettable, 1 for 1 coffee with a bar and a glass of milk for €8? I didn't even ask for the price list, so I won't go back. Plus, the waiter is holding his phone in one hand with music blasting and the other in his pocket, staring at the horizon as if he were seeing a landscape. You tell him what you want and he doesn't understand. You tell him three times, like a statue, and he clearly doesn't understand and gets it wrong, and vice versa. Well, you'll have to do it right again. We've been twice, and both times it was bad, and on top of that, it's very expensive, and the quality is pathetic. The bread is chewy, the only quality is the olive oil because it's packaged. There won't be a third time.
I've been to this bar several times, and unfortunately, the experience doesn't improve. The waitresses seem poorly trained or uninformed; they often misunderstand orders and make mistakes. Furthermore, the staff is constantly changing, which affects the quality of service. The owners aren't exactly friendly, and there's a noticeable lack of professionalism in their interactions. The overall service leaves much to be desired. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the management desperately needs improvement.
No pienso volver.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. The waitresses were clueless, and one of them even drank more beers than I did, and they were alcoholic too! They didn't even offer appetizers. After an hour since we ordered, two of us left without food after a three-hour wait. The service couldn't have been worse. We asked for a complaint form, and they went to the bar next door to get one; they didn't have one. I won't be back.
Terrible place, they force me to order something else because they tell me that I can't order coffees at 8:33 in the evening because I have to order rations at that time and not a coffee when in one hour I order 3 coffees and there are people who order water and are there for 3 hours, ignorant, ridiculous if you are in Vallecas not in La Moraleja, thanks!
