The best place in Coslada. The set lunch menu is spectacular. For 25 euros, you enjoy an exquisite and generous first course and a variety of freshly prepared and delicious rice dishes. The sorbets for dessert are perfect for digesting your meal. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 24, and at first, organizing the rice dishes was a little confusing. The waiter was experienced and helped us sort it out. The starters were exquisite, and the rest of the meal was also delicious, both the rice dishes and the separate meat and fish courses. It was a bit crowded, but given the size of our group, they accommodated us very well.

The food was good, the rice was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the ribeye carpaccio was rather bland—the pine nuts overpowered the meat's taste, and in my opinion, the meat needed more aging. One of the croquettes in the center was a bit cold, but they were tasty. What surprised me most was that you have to make a reservation; they don't tell you it will be on the terrace (which is well-heated). But the issue that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that they charge a supplement for terrace service on all dishes, even though I didn't request it in my reservation, and they never mention this.

Super friendly and attentive staff. They offer a varied menu, specializing in all types of rice dishes, but I personally love the pullet with dried apricots and prunes. For dessert, they offer tiramisu with coffee. Reasonably priced. We've had them again and will.

Excelente opción para comer un arroz en Coslada. No suelo salir mucho de la M30, pero valio mucho la pena. Menú ejecutivo a un precio muy bueno (eligiendo primeros y segundos en la carta) en relación con la calidad de los platos. Primeros ricos y arroz meloso muy bueno. Recomendable.

Vinolio is a real find. I'd been searching all the way from Cañaveral for a good place to eat rice dishes, which I'm a huge fan of. This place in Coslada is fantastic; both of the rice dishes I've tried so far, along with the burrata salad, have been superb. I've had the "señorito" and the rib and secreto varieties. Impressive!

Restaurant with a great atmosphere and service. The price might seem high, but the set menu we chose included all drinks. All the rice dishes we tried were excellent, especially the black rice and the "señoret" (a local rice dish), although it's not the usual way to serve them—they leave the paella pan and you serve yourself. The desserts were perhaps a bit underwhelming. But overall, everything was delicious, and the waitress who served us was very attentive.

Fuimos a comer para celebrar un cumpleaños y fuimos porque nos lo recomendaron por sus arroces. Los camareros eran bastante majos pero la comida no nos gustó demasiado. El solomillo era caro para la cantidad que te ponen y el arroz insípido y se les paso de cocción. Una lastima porque íbamos con buenas expectativas pero no volveremos. Los camareros están atentos pero la comida debe de mejorar. Pero de todas formas gracias por la atención.

Pedimos calamares de entrantes y un arroz al señoret. La comida es MUY DEFICIENTE. Los calamares congelados y el arroz no le comimos. NO RECOMENDABLE. La atención muy buena. Como colofon, entro la tuna🤦🏻 Si queréis una comida de calidad y tranquiloa, NO vayáis. Eso sí, pagas bien pagado la comanda
