Salvador atiende de forma excelente: es muy amigable, sabe leerte rápido, entiende de dónde vienes y siempre acierta con lo que te recomienda. Eso marca una diferencia enorme. Además, los productos son accesibles y también tienen opciones saludables, lo cual viene genial cuando estás a mitad de un viaje o simplemente quieres comer bien sin gastar de más. Excelente experiencia en Giraffe World – Terminal 3 (zona aire) del Aeropuerto de Málaga Costa del Sol. Para ser un restaurante de comida rápida en aeropuerto, la experiencia fue sorprendentemente buena. El servicio marca la diferencia, y en especial quiero destacar a Alejandra, cuyo trato fue cercano, profesional y muy atento desde el primer momento. Se tomó el tiempo de recomendar platos según mis gustos y acertó de lleno, algo que no es tan habitual en un entorno tan ajetreado como el de una terminal aérea. La comida estaba sabrosa, bien presentada y servida con rapidez, pero sin sensación de prisa. Se agradece encontrar personal que transmita calma, amabilidad y ganas de hacer bien su trabajo. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable para comer antes de volar, y un lugar al que volvería tanto por la calidad como, sobre todo, por el excelente trato humano.

Pasé a comer en Giraffe World Kitchen y la experiencia fue muy buena. Pedí un entrecot con patatas y ensalada verde y me gustó mucho; la carne estaba bien hecha y el plato, en general, muy bien. El ambiente es agradable y tranquilo, perfecto para sentarte a comer con calma antes de un vuelo o a la llegada de uno, como en mi caso. Airport food is usually hit-or-miss, but we were pleasantly surprised by Giraffe at Málaga Airport. The menu isn’t huge, but everything we ordered, burgers, chicken Milanese, and hummus, was very good. The vegetarian burger was especially tasty, topped with siracha. It’s a large restaurant, so service can be a bit slow, especially when getting your order taken, so make sure you’re not short on time. That said, it was absolutely worth it to sit down and enjoy a proper meal before our flight.

Had a really nice experience at Giraffe Restaurant in Málaga Airport. The food was great, we ordered the BBQ ribs and they were absolutely awesome, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. What made it even better was the service; everyone working there was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely a great spot to eat while waiting for your flight.

We were to day served by Salvador. He is a fantastic man, with a great sense of humour and made us feel very welcome in thos Giraffe restaurant. Our food was served quickly and was very good quality. Yes the cost is a little higher at an airport, but still good value for money. If you are in Malaga airport, then I would recommend eating here.

All you'd need at an airport. The staff (Cristina) was friendly, funny and attentive. Many options on the menu. If I'd suggest an addition it would be a vegetarian "meat" burger as so far there's only a vegetarian chicken option.

I ordered the spicy bbq boneless wings, which were amazing. Very well seasoned and they were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The dish came with some vegetables and pineapple on the side which worked perfectly with the wings. The staff was very friendly, the waiting time was quite short and everything was relatively affordable. Would definitely recommend.

Typical airport prices but surprisingly good food! I had the chicken burger (Rodeo) based on my server Charlotte’s recommendation and she was spot on - delicious! Overall the service was very friendly and attentive, way above par what I’m used to at an airport restaurant.

Nice and relaxing airport restaurant. They have a dedicated gluten free menu. We got the sandwich with ham and cheese. One more thing that you can get that is not on the menu is the green side salad (lettuce, cucumber, avocado and seeds). Javi our server was very helpful with questions and our in feeling confident ordering. He recommended a drink called Aquarius (like Gatorade with no dye) which was really refreshing. We also asked if there was a table with an outlet (so few outlets around the airport). They were able to seat us at a table with one. We had our own international plug/converter. Kid fun: there is a robot that delivers larger orders and greets you at your table. My kid thought it was the coolest. You can even pet it's head and it will talk to you. So cute!

Un lugar agradable, comida generosa, un poco salada, mi novio se pidió el giraffe brunch y estuvo regular, unas cosas estaban ricas y otras no (champiñones no sabían bien, tocineta muy salada) el hash brown delicioso, al igual que el huevo. Yo por mi parte me pedí una tostada de aguacate que estaba bien junto con huevo revuelto. El aguacate es generoso. Pedimos 2 americanos y son enormes jaja, así que si quieren café, diría que con uno basta para dos personas. Los precios son los esperados para un aeropuerto. La atención estuvo excelente, unas chicas muy amables y 2 chicos muy atentos.

Un local grande y cómodo, decoración divertida. Los platos estaban mejorables, muy aceitoso todo lo frito pero los noodles no estaban mal. Servicio un poco despistado, no había mucha gente pero aún así se equivocaron con el plato. Al final lo cambiaron rápido. Para estar dentro de un aeropuerto no está mal, pero bastante mejorable.

Madre mía que experiencia más penosa 🤬 Siempre me gusta alabar el buen trabajo del personal pero en este caso no puedo hacerlo, servicio lento aun con el restaurante casi vacío hemos tenido que reclamar nuestro pedido en más de una ocasión, el personal no debe tener formación en servicio de hostelería, en atención al cliente y en “algo más”. Siento de corazón escribir esto, yo también trabajo de cara al público y ni le contesto a nuestros clientes y ni le falto el respeto. Deberían de mirárselo un poco 😞 Ojo hablo de mi experiencia

The gluten free pasta is just reheated pre-made and cost €11.50 and they just leave it in the packaging. With the range of gluten free pasta available on the market I would expect better than a microwave meal.

The worst Giraffe Breakfast " Giraffe Brunch" €17.50 , order with beans , came presentation ok , then started to eat and it was cold , the mushrooms disgusting taste and cold, fried tomato freezing , eggs dripping in egg white as not been cooked well. Toast well that wasn't toast just two slices of bread with butter and tried to say it was toast but states "toasted white bloomer". The baked beans came in a small dish which was also cold. I informed the staff member who changed it ,came back 10 minutes later and yep cold again and no beans. Instead of investing in a robot waiter going around with trays of food ,invest in traing of the chefs and better cooking equipment that keeps food hot. A breakfast like this should be hot. Unfortunately, despite asking and confirming multiple times that I need the burger without tomatoes, due to an allergy it came with it and now this have been the most expensive fries. They have been really good though, so I assume the burger might have been as well. Service was very friendly but still sad not to be able to leave out the tomato and burger sauce as requested...

We had dinner last night at the airport in Málaga. The restaurant looked nice from the outside. At the entrance, we waited for someone to seat us, but no one paid any attention to us. After almost 10 minutes, a waiter finally seated us. We ordered several small plates, prosecco, and water. They opened our prosecco at the bar, but it foamed over completely and spilled out. Then they brought it to our table, and while pouring it, the waiter spilled it all over my suitcase and clothes — and didn’t even apologize when I pointed it out. He poured it so poorly that there was about half a centimeter in my glass and maybe 3 cm in the others. 🙈🤷‍♀️ We had to top up the glasses ourselves. The spilled prosecco kept dripping onto our belongings from the table, and no one from the staff cared. Later, we received the food — the grilled chicken wings in BBQ sauce still had feathers on them. We sent the food back — again, without any apology. Even after 30 minutes and a reminder, we still hadn’t received our water, so I had to go to the bar and ask again. At the end, they charged us for two bottles of water instead of one. Again, no apology — just eye-rolling and annoyed expressions from the staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The food was below average, the service was terrible, and the price-to-quality ratio was poor. The staff’s behavior was absolutely unprofessional.

I recently bought a sandwich for €8,10 and was really disappointed. I’ve attached two photos – one showing how it was presented, and the other showing what it actually looked like when I opened it. As you can see, the sandwich was nearly empty and nothing like what was advertised. For the price, I expected something much better.

Ever wonder what it’s like to dine next to your food instead of with it? Now you don’t have to. If you’re into performance art where your meal plays the role of a neglected prop and you’re cast as the unpaid waiter, this place nailed it. We watched our food sit alone on the counter for a solid 10 minutes, slowly losing the will to be delicious. Eventually, we walked over and picked it up ourselves. No one noticed. Not even a raised eyebrow. But it gets better: when we were ready to leave, we had to recruit someone to take our money. Imagine going to a restaurant and doing both front-of-house and back-of-house work for free. We’re one shift away from applying for employee benefits. Food might’ve been great — wouldn’t know. By the time we got it, the will to enjoy had left the building. Add this place to your list if you’re into immersive theater or culinary escape rooms.
