Mister Chen Mamaroneck Reviews
Most Authentic Chinese in the village. Very good, fresh dumplings. I am upset that they discontinued outside dining. It was great to sit outside with the dog for the lunch special! Bring it back!
Great service and food, so much flavor with a great environment. The people there made me feel right at home, definitely will come back!
All the foods are very tasty and authentic !! The beef chili pepper and the roast pork lomien was amazing and the pork soup dumpling was really tasty.. all the dumplings are home made, so if you are a fan of dumpling this place is worth to try.. I give this place extra 1 star!! So 6 stars for Mr Chen :)!!
Food is excellent with a nice vibe. With just 2 other tables occupied the server clumsily interrupted what was clearly a heartfelt, romantic conversation between my girlfriend and I during a pre-Valentines day dinner. Still recommended and 5 stars but that still bothers me.
I’m Chinese, and I know my dumplings, Mister Chen has the best soup dumplings I’ve ever had. Everything is great, love the minced pork over rice and shacha beef noodle as well. Definitely recommend!!
Best Chinese food in Westchester! We had an early birthday dinner last night with my brother and SIL from Virginia (first get-together in over a year) and everyone throughly enjoyed a scrumptious meal. We had hot and sour soup, salt and pepper calamari (a tad greasy though), excellent soup dumplings, beef chow fun (perfectly seasoned), prawns in garlic sauce (slightly too sweet), and our favorite, beef with chili peppers (spicy and SO good!). Overall, the meal was extremely tasty and even my very picky 85 year old mother was highly impressed. Our server was friendly and cheerful even though she was very busy and the busboys were attentive. Thank you, Mr. Chen, for my delicious birthday meal!
This was an amazing restaurant. The best food and the best atmosphere. I truly loved my experience and will definitely be going back!
I threw a 30th birthday party at our house for my wife and we catered from Mister Chen. I dealt directly with Paul the owner who was responsive over text message from his personal cell phone. He helped me choose the menu items and decide how much food would be proper amount to serve 40 people. The food arrived on time and as ordered and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. High quality Chinese food! We will continue to eat there. Thank you Paul!!!
I have to start by saying wow. Me and my boyfriend were craving some Dim sum and what a relief that the experience has not been discouraging. From the service to the taste, everything was incredible. One of the best Chinese food restaurants in Weschester. The place is very clean, good music, and also you can have a live experience of how the dumplings are prepared. We will definitely be back!
I’ve tried a handful of items and I must say, all delicious! The salt and pepper flounder was tasty, I really enjoyed how delicately fried it was. The scallions and shallots were a nice finish to this dish. The lettuce cup with chicken was wonderful, loved the pine nuts. Beef scallion pancakes were tasty. And the dumplings 🥟🤤 so good! They are made in house and so delicious! The crab meat and pork soup dumplings are by far my favorite. The pork buns are fun too.
Simply the best. The dishes are a cut above the rest, no contest. The soup dumplings are delightful, the honey glazed ribs are finger licking good. There's this chicken dish(forgot the name) that is out of this world amazing. It's spicy but so good my kids bear the burn b/c they can't resist the urge to eat more.
Come here and try their crispy beef Asap
Wonderful addition to Mamaroneck's dining scene. The food is delicious and service is friendly. Awesome for take out too! Just be careful, the prices are higher than typical "American style" Chinese take out. Well worth it though.
Had a fantastic meal at Mister Chen's! The beef and string beans, General Tso's chicken, chicken and broccoli, steamed dumplings, and honey ribs were all delicious. We're definitely coming back for more. Great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This place has the best soup dumplings and General Tsos chicken I've ever had, made with pure white meat. But the soup dumplings are really reason enough to visit. The leeche martinis are also exquisite. It can be a little loud and annoying with a bunch of kids during family hour before 7pm, but they usually clear out after that time.
Was in the neighborhood and stopped by Mister Chen because I heard about the Soup Dumplings and the restaurant didn't disappoint. I liked them better than the ones in NYC or Flushing. Delicate skin, flavourful, juicy, and came out piping hot. Try the crab and pork soup dumplings, delicious. Also ordered hot and sour soup and diced chicken with hot peppers and neither disappointed. Chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and most and juicy once you got into it. The servers were attentive and accommodating to my requests. All in all had a great meal.
Even though i only had take out, this was the best Chinese food i have ever had. Beef and broccoli Kung pao chicken Soup dumplings Thai curry chicken Flavorful because of seasoning and slow cooking. not from just putting sugar in the gravy.
A friend and I happened upon this restaurant shortly after they opened and we were not disappointed. It was fantastic. Although they have your typical Chinese restaurant fare, they also serve dishes you don't see around the area like braised pork belly and soup dumplings - both must haves. The staff was so accommodating when were there. We ordered one dish at a time, and asked for recommendations, and the waitress couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this restaurant
Love everything I've ever had here! Particularly a fan of the soup dumplings and beef noodle soup. Can't go wrong with dim sum!
We had a lovely dinner at Mister Chen last night. Across our group we ordered 3 different entrees and they were all delicious. The quality of the meat and chicken was excellent. All of the restaurant employees were very friendly. Great experience all around!
Probably the best Chinese restaurant north of Manhattan. Expensive, just simple decor, but an abundance of superb Chinese food. Not exactly a place for a night out, but definitely a foodies experience. Go early on the weekend and be hassle free Take out is also geat, but not the same as a kitchen fresh dish.
We order lunch here often for our staff family dinner. It’s always delicious. My family and I love the restaurant as well. Soup dumplings and peaking Duck sandwich is a favorite.
The food is authentic. The soup dumplings are fresh made as you order. Gives a feeling of home cooking and prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend anyone to come here to eat if they love soup dumplings or some home cooked meals (pork belly rice, beef noodles, scallion pancakes!) Glad to see something different in mamaroneck.
A great dining experience. The food was authentic and delicious. We walked in and we're seated immediately. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely try the dumplings made fresh while you wait.
Best food and the cleanest restaurant ever!!!
Thanks to Paul for giving our group a fine luncheon adventure.
Food was amazing. We placed an online pickup order at 5:49pm, and were given 35 minutes for the order to be ready. Almost 2 hours later the order was ready for pickup: my family wasted way too much time at the restaurant communication is key and your website should give a more accurate pickup time. It was also apparent that in all the chaos many other families online orders were not even fulfilled and were canceled when the customers showed up at the restaurant to pickup the food. You can do better . Thank you
Delicious food, good service. A must try in Mamaroneck
Light crowd. Wonderful food. Didn't have drinks however as was well. I would go back.
Food was pretty good! Took a little while to take our order but it was the dinner rush, food came out fast and everything was good!
Mister Chen’s is my new favorite Chinese food spot in Mamaroneck. Today was my first visit to this location and I was blown away at how authentic the food was. I am from Flushing, where the majority of restraunts are asian-based, but I would honestly choose this place over the ones in my area. They have a wide variety of Chinese dishes at Mister Chen’s, ranging from soup dumplings to noodle dishes and fried fish. The salt and pepper fried fish along with their fried rice was my favorite and paired really well. Not only was the food really tasty, the service and the ambiance was also very welcoming. I will be back again, for sure.
RUN don’t walk to enjoy a meal here. Well run to order for delivery because that’s what we did. We got steamed chicken & string beans with brown sauce, pork soup dumpling, pan fried chicken dumpling & orange beef. The soup dumplings were our favorite, the orange beef was spicy but we love spice, the chicken dumpling had corn in it which we didn’t expect but enjoyed. The dumpling sauce was fire just like the food. They did forget my brown sauce but I didn’t mind it because the dumplings were soul fixing! Ordered from door dash took less than 30min on a Saturday evening. BONUS!
This food is amazing. We literally cannot stop eating it. We over order so we can eat leftovers. I want to hug the chef and send them selfies of me making finger hearts. You won't be disappointed. Go in person and go early if it's a weekend!! Get the soup dumplings!! Make sure you learn how to eat them. I'm In love... Mr. Chen's was the American and Chinese place I've been waiting for. It's all the dishes we loved as kids, plus new ones, plus made to perfection. Give up your greasy take out place and go here!!!
Best Chinese food I've had in a long time. The soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, fried rice, and pork belly were all fantastic. I would say they are almost as good as Joe Shanghai's in China Town. Of you're looking for really good Chinese food and dont want to venture out to Chinan Town, this should be at the top of your list.
I came here for a quick bite with some friends as a recommendation. As we walked in, I immediately knew I was going to enjoy my experience. We were greeted instantly, and the gentleman was very polite and cheerful (a refreshing interaction I was very grateful for). The menu is large, so our server recommended a few things. I wanted an alcohol free mixed drink but it could not be done so I ordered a hot tea (I was very satisfied with my tea). Overall the food was delicious, the service was top tier and the atmosphere was very comfortable with an elegant air. I will be returning!
Came here for dinner and great food and portion sizes. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing food it’s so good. Well done with the food - it’s amazing.😃
Food was delicious and came out fast. Service was excellent.
The soup dumplings here are so good! Service is super efficient.
Food is always amazing! Service and the people here are nice!
Came here with my family, had a great experience, and food is amazing.
Great service, our server was extremely helpful and accomodating for our sons allergies
We have eaten Take Out from this place many times. This was my first time to dine in. Food came out quick and served hot. The Pork Soup Dumplings was amazing as usual. The service was amazing with friendly staff. Would dine in again.
Best dumplings. Good selection of authentic dishes too. Plus, if you just want fried rice, it's the best I've had! Spotless too btw.
The beef noodles are amazing. I also had 東坡肉, 小籠包 and椒鹽排骨。 The foods here are amazing. They are Taiwanese style foods. It's really hard to find in the east cost. The people here are really nice. I really enjoy dining here.
I absolutely recommend Mister Chen. The food is good and there are a lot options besides the ones you typically find at a takeout place. The staff is also friendly and attentive.
The food was spectacular. We ordered takeout and it tasted like we were eating it right in the restaurant. We ordered General Tso’s and it was crunchy, full of flavor and the chicken pieces were a really good size.
Our waiter and helper Chris and Vita were terrific. Busy night - Chris set the right expectation and then surpassed it with friendly prompt service.
Fast fresh hot food. A lot of food for the price. Takeout is packed nicely in multiple bags so nothing spills and it’s easy to carry. Dining area is kept clean. Good place for families and kids to enjoy a meal.
Love this place. Small authentic Chinese restaurant I’ve been looking for. All the classic dishes and dumplings I enjoy at a reasonable price. Don’t let the simple outside fool you. The soup dumplings are really good.
First time eating here. Food was hot and fresh. Don’t underestimate the look of the place because the food is actually very good. I learned that every Chinese restaurant has their own style of noodles. Would I order that same noodle again, probably not, but everything else came hot and full of flavor. I loved it.
Mister Chen in Mamaroneck is one of those spots you go to when you want Chinese food that feels a little more dialed in without being fancy or complicated. The food is always on point, tastes fresh, and the portions definitely hold their own. It works whether you are grabbing an easy dinner or ordering for the whole family. The flavors are familiar but still hit with enough punch to stand out from regular takeout. What really matters is the consistency. People order from here because they trust it to come through every time, no second guessing needed.
Mister Chen in Mamaroneck is a go to spot when you want quality Chinese food that feels a step above typical takeout but still keeps things easy and comfortable. The dishes are consistently well made, the ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are more than fair. It works just as well for a casual dinner as it does for a reliable family order. The flavors are balanced and familiar but still have enough depth to stand out. What makes this location important is its consistency and trust. Locals know they can order from Mister Chen and get solid food every time without overthinking it.
This place has some of the best chinese food. Seriously everything tastes great, portion sizes are really good for the price and best of all my orders have always been correct and complete.
Best authentic Chinese food in town. They offer a wide selection of food and my favorite part is their lunch menu. So worth it. The Thai curry chicken and sesame chicken were very flavorful. Their salt and pepper flounder was amazing. Ambiance and service were both outstanding. Will come back again and again
I always come for lunch, they have the best soup dumplings in westchester. service is efficient and quick. If you come you can ask for chris or oscar.
First time here. We waited a few minutes to be acknowledged but once the waiter got to us he was fantastic. The food was very good. Get the soup dumplings for an appetizer. From our seat you could watch them make the dumplings from scratch. Portions were just right. We had two small containers to take home.
It was a great and comfortable experience! I ate here two days ago and I highly recommend this to others as well. I ordered the pan fried pork dumplings, it came with six of them and they were so delicious. They had a nice crisp sear on the outside and then a soft chew. I also ordered the boneless spare ribs. They had a nice tender feel with a sweet but savory flavor. The service was amazing as everyone was very attentive. As soon as I ran low on water, someone quickly came and gave me another. Overall it was a very nice experience.
10/10 food and service! This spot is famous for their soup dumplings but their menu also features authentic dishes that other Asian restaurants don't offer -- like Dan Dan noodles and bao buns. Highly recommend coming with a group and ordering family style so you can sample and try a little bit of everything.
Last time I was here we dined in approximately a year ago at the very beginning of the pandemic. Now just offering takeout seems to make this clean and pleasant restaurant lose a little off their fastball. The service is not as good as when they operate as a fully functional establishment. Food still good and worth the phone call. Work on customer service and the 5 star is yours for the taking.
Food is very good here. But the service is slow and the atmosphere is bare bones. Dishes we ordered: Pineapple fried rice Crab and pork soup dumplings Kung pao chicken Shredded beef with chili peppers Chinese broccoli Came here twice and both times the food was great. Again, service is slow but the food came out quick.
The best soup dumplings but everything else is just okay. We keep going back for the dumplings. I wish they had more Taiwanese dishes on their menu. Was hoping the minced meat with egg noodles was the Taiwanese noodle with meat sauce. It is not! It is a bunch of noodles with very little meat and half an egg. Definitely not what I was thinking of.
Take Out/Delivery - I'm not from around the area, work nearby 5 days a week. Tried most if not every Chinese restaurant, take out in Rye and almost all of them don't impress...especially at the prices they charge. When it comes to Chinese food, I found Mister Chen to come the closest to authentic. Great food, portions can be hit or miss but if only those prices could come down a bit. I understand where it's located is prime for Mamaroneck but sometimes I feel really poor after eating Chinese...and one shouldn't feel that way unless I was eating at a Michelin star joint.
It was a great experience. The decor was nice because the painting they had all over the walls. The food was good too. We order beef soup, salt and pepper wings, chicken pan fried dumplings. The staff was nice and friendly. Pork belly rice which was very interesting.
Absolutely enjoyed every dish that came out to the table. First dish out was Salt and Pepper Prawn. This was so nicely prepared and was note worthy. The seasonings were light and the seafood flavor truely came through. Outer crust was very crispy while inside was soft and succulent. Then we moved on to the 3 Cup Chicken. That was also delightful and flavorful. Then paired both with Shanghai fried noodles. Also taste and texture were amazing. Mister Chen is worth checking out.
Disappointed! The upside: the staff is outstanding: friendly, attentive, helpful. Some of the food was great (beef w/scallions, wonton soup, pan fried dumplings). The downside: the main entrees were average (grand marnier shrimp (bland, big disappointment especially after having Chin Chin's (Manhattan) signature version for years), chicken mango (blah), and BBQ pork ribs (not worth it). For the ~$100 ($85 food/$15 tip) we spent, I'd say it was worth $50 ($35 food/$15 tip) max. I plan to stay with Red Plum next door when we go out for Asian style food on the Ave. So if you decide to try MC (which you should), stick to dumplings where MC excels and stay away from the stuff we found disappointing. Also don't get a table near the door in the winter: repeatedly get blasted with cold air.
Disappointed in this place lately. Spent $100 on take out and most of it was inedible. The wontons in the wonton soup disintegrated on your mouth and had a terrible aftertaste. The spare ribs were all fat as tasted like old oil. The fried rice was underwhelming. The chicken and broccoli and pork buns were good but don’t think I’d order from them again.
Always late for delivery. Count on an additional 30 minutes on top of the 1 hour estimated delivery time.
The service was decent and the servers were nice. But I must say, their food is sliding more and more each time I visited. Today I had hot and sour soup. It was ok, nothing to write home about. I also ordered crab and pork soup dumpling, it's OK, not as good as when they first opened. Then there's the salt and pepper calamari. This was the most expensive dish and the biggest disappointment. The dish cost $14.95( for an appetizer), the few(less than 10) strips of calamari were coated with thick batter and I could hardly taste any calamari. Honestly, I don't think I will be going back any more, because I have been disappointed the last 3 times. Last time I went and ordered shrimp dumplings, some of the shrimp still had the tail shell on.....
This place is located in a prime spot. The food is delicious above average for those who love their local Chinese food and the prices are decent, similar to local Thai restaurant prices. The decor is nice, they have indoor and outdoor seating with an awning for those sitting outside. They make their dumplings by hand by the bar area for people to view the process. I thought that was pretty cool. When it was time to order I asked for plum wine, the waitress said they didn’t have it so I pointed to the menu and she took the menu with her. A few minutes later she came back with something that didn’t look nor taste anything like the plum wines I’ve tasted in the past. I didn’t like it and when I asked if I can have something else, the answer was no. That ticked me off, my family jokingly said she probably didn’t give me plum wine and I have a half a mind to believe that to be true. Also we ordered a side of Dumplings with our appetizers and they came out with our main meal instead. Other than those complaints, I enjoyed my meal I ordered meifun noodles with shrimp, it didn’t come with any vegetables but I had a side of broccoli that was sitting in a delicious sauce. I would totally recommend this place if you’re in the area.
Mr Chen’s has been our go to Chinese takeaway for the last 5 years, we’ve really enjoyed many of their dishes. Unfortunately their standards are slipping and it’s time to try somewhere new. Our last 2 orders have shown a noticeable decline in quality. The first one we put down to maybe a different chef or training issue. But we’ve just had another disappointing meal: rice missing from the order; slimy sesame chicken with sesame seeds just dumped on about 2 of the pieces of chicken; beef and scallions that was almost entirely onion in beef sauce (good flavor, but almost no beef). I’ve gone through the reviews newest to oldest and it’s seems that other people are feeling the same. The restaurant used to get mostly 5-stars reviews. It still gets some but they are not the norm and the numbers of 1-3 star reviews seems to be on the rise. It’s still a credible option in Mamaroneck, but we used to consider it a treat to look forward to. Not so much anymore. Sad. Hopefully they can refocus and win us back.
Food was so bland. Soup dumplings were disappointing- could def use more flavor. We got the calamari which tasted awful. It was like a tempura breading but was soggy and didn’t come with any type of sauce. We also got the Szechuan beef which seemed to be okay until we got a taste of something awful. Tasted like coriander but it literally made our tongue numb & changed our whole flavor profile. 4/10. Lastly got the braised beef soup. Which was extremely bland. Like did they even use any salt whatsoever? 5/10. Beef was tender at least & the bok choy was a nice touch. Overall, do not recommend this place. Below average food quality & service. Feels like we wasted money on this meal honestly. 🫠
Everyone who was working in this newly opened restaurant were professional and attentive. The ambiance was ok, not too crowded, not too noisy—very nice. The shrimp pad tai—too salty, couldn’t eat it, I picked out the shrimp and left the rest. Soup dumplings—perfect. Boneless spare ribs—excellent. Calamari ok—not great. Tipsy taco’s calamari is MUCH BETTER. The cocktail—A Manhattan—outstanding very nice. All in all—not a great way to spend $100 for two people.
I went here when it first opened and really enjoyed it, however I tried to have lunch there today and I was shocked at how the quality has diminished. The food was edible but that’s about it. I ordered the beef noodle soup and what little flavor there was in this dish was unpleasant. My companion ordered the sesame chicken which was standard - points for the chunks of all white meat. The decor and outdoor dining option is great, but if you don’t mind dated decor, you will have a far better meal at Hunan Larchmont.
Service was okay, but I order a beef noodle soup, first when I got my food it doesn’t look like in the picture and when I was eating the soup the beef was fatty, dry and hard it tasted really bad. I called the server to let her know about the food and her answer was that other people order the same soup and they ate.
Dan Dan noodles was a disaster. They used Italian Linguini instead of the proper Chinese noodles. The Linguini was grossly overcooked. Instead of cooking the meat sauce with the noodles they just put tasteless ground meat on top of mushy noodles. This has to be the worst and least satisfying dish of Dan Dan that I’ve ever had. The two young wait staff were very nice. But that’s not enough to keep me coming back. Sorry.
I ordered food and this place is run by a bunch of teenagers playing and poking each other / when the food came it was a disaster I ordered shrimp but got fish and the rice was horrible so sorry but first and last time! Also I ended up paying $30 I think across the street they sell some good pizza from what I heard from the locals.
If I could give this food a 0 I would. Ordered chicken pan fried noodles bland dead and dry, shrimp and broccoli the shrimp was horrible quality the broccoli was so overcooked it was gummy and that sauce had an awful flavor. The white rice was old. Possibly from old oil used in cooking. Pork dumplings were ok but barely ok. Are my standards too high? others are giving high scores to this place which I can't understand.
We party of 6 had dinner 08/19/2023, seated at back side table, there are many flies wonder around attacking dishes, we had worked hard to keep them away, 1 big fly even landed on my guest’ plate. Waiter took plate away and asked “ do you need a new plate?” What a stupid question. Shall immediately apologize and do something to claim guests. Also I wonder how could the restaurant pass health department exam.
It was the worst experience ever. The food was ok, except there was no chicken in our Eggplant w. Chicken and it was no meat in our Beef scallion pancakes. The waitress couldn't resolve it, so we asked the manager to come. After 20 min of waiting we were told, that manager is busy with other customers and can't come. After 20 more min, when he finally came, we didn't get any apologies, but were listening his caps lock voice instead. So, we ended up not paying for non existing chicken. Service: zero out of five. Definitely- never again.
The food was acceptable but the service reached comic levels. There were people waiting to be seated and nobody receiving or assigning the tables. After a long waiting and some self-organizing, we were seated and we ordered right away. They brought the soups, with no spoons!? The beverages never came, and after 3 attempts they finally brought them, with the wrong juices! We asked for soy sauce, that we ended up taking from another table because they never provided it. I have never seen that level of service. Too bad!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM. I ordered food today and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I got there, I was told to wait 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later, I was told they were working on it, but somehow lost the ticket, and that it was really backed up in the kitchen. All the while there a number of takeout orders just sitting in the counter. And every time another one showed up it wasn't my order. At that point, I was told by Chris that to cancel my order and get a refund, it would take 1-2 days for them to process the credit by the manager. For food I had never received. During the time that I was speaking with Chris my order came, so I took the food that I had been waiting 35+ minutes for. Unfortunately, at home it lukewarm soup buns and cold calamari. The rest of the food was ok, but you can tell it was just sitting there for who knows how long. Very disappointed by this experience.
Prior pandemic, my my coworkers and I used to order or went to the restaurant for lunch. The experience was nice, a little pricey but the food was good. After two years working from home, we finally can go back to the office and decided to order from Mister Chen, it was a big disappointment. I ordered the Mapo tofu lunch special and scallion pancake. I know everything is expensive nowadays and I don’t mind pay more money for good food, but I can’t believe it when I saw the $8.50 scallion pancake, not to mention the quantity (1 pancake cut into 6 small pieces), it was dry and hard, no flavor at all. I was thinking I could order two slices hot pizza with nice toppings with the $8.50. Don’t order the scallion pancake when you go there.
I ordered delivery and was told it would take 55 minutes. After an hour I called and was told it was "5-7 minutes away." After another 25 minutes, I called again and was told it was "5-7 minutes away." After another 10 minutes, I called back and was told (you guessed it) it was "5-7 minutes away." I asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold and the call was then "disconnected" after 5 minutes. I called back and was told that the manager would call me back "within 10 minutes." He never called. The food arrived after 2 hours. No surprise: it was cold. I have no idea how it would have tasted if it had arrived hot and on time. My advice: do not order from here.
The food was extremely bland with no flavor at all. The drinks were even worse. The bartender was rude and couldn't make a drink to save her life. The waiter just started working there and was clueless about the menu. It was a truly horrible experience, and I will not be returning to the restaurant.
I brought my dear young grandson to Mister Chen for dinner. His beloved blanket slipped under the table onto the floor. I paid the bill with a nice tip and left without it. Then, instead of saving Abby, the cleanup crew swept it up, along with a few food scraps, and threw it into the bin of kitchen waste. Despite repeated requests when we returned to the restaurant just a few minutes later, the wait staff “could not find” Abby. Until his mother insisted they look in the waste bin. The blanket came home in a plastic bag and straight into the wash.
Went last night & there were rats running around this restaurant I can’t imagine how contaminated the food must be and how dirty the kitchen is. Do not come here. very very big disappointment!! The owner is not a good person either. Instead of responding to people’s reviews, I’d worry about fixing a restaurant
Ordered fried rice didn’t get fried rice. Manager wasn’t even available to fix my order so I spent 77$ on bland white rice with n old egg
Ordered takeout last Sunday. Nothing tasted right. Only taste in egg drop soup was corn. Cold noodles incredibly salty for some reason. Steamed chicken dumplings not cooked. Boneless spare ribs were OK but burnt. And then found a hair in chicken and broccoli. Called about the hair and was told we’d be receiving a refund (didn’t ask for it, wasn’t expecting anything), never got it. Stay away.
Placed my order on seamless an hour and 45 minutes ago. Still has not arrived. Was super expensive. I called the restaurant. They said it would be here in 10 minutes. That was 25 minutes ago. Now they’re not taking my call. I’m never ordering from this place again.
