I had such an amazing experience at SolBol thanks to Alexis! I came in wanting an açaí bowl, and she went above and beyond to help me create the perfect one. She was super friendly, patient, and made great suggestions that really made my bowl taste incredible. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves happy. The açaí was fresh, the toppings were delicious, and Alexis’ kindness made the whole visit even better. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had—thank you Alexis and SolBol for making my day!

I remembered I should have taken a picture about half way through my green bowl with cookie butter but believe it looked great and tasted even better! I dont like fruit mixed in with my food but this was delicious. Besides that, the girl who took my order was friendly. Excited to go back. Oh, but pretty expensive.

SoBol is good on its own but the woman at the front does not look like she wants to be there and makes the ordering process difficult, she took one order and walked away when my friend and I wanted to order together… either quit your job if you don’t like it or give proper customer service.

I am rating Sol Bol it self the customer service is slow and terrible. You could wait in line for 10-15 minutes the staff if super slow. But the food and smoothies itself are awesome. I would probably rather go to another Sol Bol location.

So hot! Workers looked uncomfortable while working. Walked right out my kids couldn’t take it. Food is normally great though.

The smoothies are good, but if you close at 8, you should close at 8 - not 5 or 10 minutes before hand. I rushed there at 7:55 which I admit was pushing it, and they were all just standing around and said no to serving me. But what really got me upset was that an older lady eating Ralph’s ice said that they wouldn’t serve her before either. So I could only assume by the time she got her ice cream, that another five minutes had gone by. Even if I had made it by 7:50 they still would have turned me away and I think that’s poor business. They’re all young kids, but still, how much money does this company lose by no one watching them. I really won’t go back because it was frustrating watching them just “hang out” and run the clock out.
