My first time being here as a Turkish and I like the authentic athmosphere as well as the food. I had sunnyside eggs with beef gyro, appetizer platter(babaganoush, shakshuka, dill weed dip, black beans and hummus) it was very good! And then one piece of Turkish pistachio baklava and Belgian Waffle ( they have gluten free option as well). Also I met with the owner and I thank him for his hospitality. He was so nice and attentive. I would defititely recommend this place and will definitely come back again! 10/10!!

Turkish Bistro and Deli. The food is so good and service quick. The breakfast menu has something for everyone sweet and savory. The eggs and Sujuk were so tasty with just the right blend of spice. The Red Velvet pancakes were so tasty. Space is a little tight but the place has a neighborhood cafe vibe.

Stopped in for a pre-theater dinner and had a really pleasant time. The space feels warm and inviting, and the menu had plenty of good options. Everything we tried tasted great and was nicely presented. Service was quick, friendly, and right on top of things.

Authentic Turkish cuisine mixed in with American style plates. We both had specialty salads with add-ons and Turkish coffee. Everything seemed fresh, meal was tasty, and the portions were generous. Service was with a smile. I think this is family owned and operated. We definitely want to return for the bakery and dessert items. We were full after the main meal.

The food here is always great. For breakfast I love the Beef Soujouk Omelette with feta. It comes with salad and potato wedges. For lunch I recommend Legend The Roaster Panini. The Turkish meats are great quality.

This is a regular spot for me. The food is excellent, their meats and fishes are so well marinated and flavorful. The staff tends to be very kind and welcoming. Today Jimena was so great with us! We are obsessed with their omelettes, lamb chops, salmon and branzino!

This café has such a cozy and inviting vibe! The presentation of the desserts was charming—especially the delicious slice of red velvet cake and the creamy banana pudding. Both were rich in flavor and perfectly complemented by the smooth iced lattes served in cute mason jars. Great spot for a relaxed treat with a friend!

Such an amazing restaurant!! Great staff and owner. The food is something you don’t come around often, all made organically and mindfully. Very HEALTHY and fresh. NO SEED OILS are used here!!!!! Authentic Turkish cuisine! Delightful desserts and fun beverages. One of my personal favorites being the protector drink. Such a good cleanser.

Love this place. Food was seasoned perfect, tasted great, presentation on point. Service was fast and attentive to everything and everyone. Turkish latte was delicious. The tables and decor was interesting and tied right in to the coffee vibes. Wooden plates and bowls complimented the food. Loved everything about this place. Go here!

We literally googled the area and found this amazing place. Our first time and we loved every bit of it from the atmosphere to the dishes. we also purchased dessert to take home. We definitely won’t be coming back here to visit from New Jersey.

Having actually been to Turkey you would never guess that in the middle is Mamaroneck NY would be the most authentic and delicious Turkish cafe you could imagine! The coffee was rich and and strong, my fave. The orange juice was fresh squeezed which is always appreciated and paired excellently with the Turkish sunny side eggs and Soujouk. I was a big fan of the pita pairing with my meal, though I was also jealous of my friend who got the avocado toast. If that wasn’t enough….the pastry selection will blow your head off and if you’re a fan of baklava like I am, the honey walnut and the pistachio are a must HAVE!!

After went to my friend's baby shower, our group were still hungry and didn't want to go home yet. We found this cafe in small town on the way back so we decided to stop by here. It wasn't late for me as a New Yorker, but I guess people in town are already sleeping, lol. Looked like it was only us and waitress was taking good care of us. We order burger, steak, grilled Shimp salad and Tiramisu. Food was good. If you in the area and want a place to chill out, this cafe is a good one.

My husband and I had lunch here today. The place is cozy and nice. The selection of dishes is sufficient. We liked the serving and the tableware. My husband ordered fried eggs with meat, and I ordered lentil soup. To my taste, the soup was sour; perhaps they added lemon to it. I thought it would be more like a creamy soup with a creamy taste. My husband said the meat and eggs were ordinary. For dessert, my husband ordered tea with nut baklava. We liked the baklava. I ordered a Turkish latte and banana pudding. The coffee didn't seem special to me. The banana pudding was sliced, slightly darkened banana with soft cookies, all mixed with cream, not very sweet (I don't like sweet desserts), simple and tasty. The service was pleasant. The prices are above average.

Serving size is plenty. I always get the Chicken Shish Kebab, wonderfully tender and flavorful. Service is hit or miss depending on the server, but it doesn't stop me for going back because the food is delicious. I had an Iced Caramel Macchiato once and I liked it.

The Rooster Cafe and Bistro - a new spot I visited on Mamaroneck Ave. My husband and I had the breakfast wraps. He had the burrito wrap and I has the rooster wrap. It was filling and different with the sausage. The coffee was delicious too. We ordered the blueberry pancakes- gluten free. It was ok . I rather the regular pancakes. A lovely presentation with an orchid and fresh blueberries. Nice atmosphere, we sat outside and there were bees so be aware.

I visited Roasters in Mamaroneck today with a guest from Europe who was excited to try a traditional New York cheesecake. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment — thick, gummy, flavorless, and absolutely not worth the $7. It tasted industrially- and not homemade. The table water didn’t help either — lukewarm and with a chlorine taste. Overall, the quality is not what it once was. I used to really enjoy Roasters, but this time it was unfortunately a big dissapointment. That said, the coffee and the atmosphere is still very nice, which is a small silver lining.

It’s a cozy cafe but the service was very nice nasty. My baklava had a freezer burnt , rancid taste. I tasted only one bite , probably a third of it. I asked for it to be exchanged and my request was accepted but she pushed back on my claim, who would lie about rancid $2 dollar baklava if I just paid over $35 for my meal. Speaking of meal, the chicken is very basic, definitely a Chicken shawarma that grew up in the suburbs of the USA. On the upside they do give a large portion of salad but I would very much appreciate more rice instead. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place for good food and service. I heard the meat is halal although there is a drink menu so idk. The tables are too small for doing work on a WiFi as well.

My wife and I went there for lunch after jury duty expecting to have a good lunch given the fact that the place is always packed on the weekends. My wife ordered the lentil soup and it came out room temperature with pita that had a very peculiar taste. I was expecting to have a falafel sandwich but there was no such item offered on the menu. I ordered the falafel wrap and asked for it to be served in a pita. The falafel itself was long, flat, and flavorless. The salad accompanying the sandwich had no dressing on it and the french fries were limp and cold. The coffee was obviously sitting around and not very fresh. For this I had the pleasure of being charged an extra $2 for using my credit card. I would not recommend this place.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time with my wife and our one-year-old son. We specifically chose it over many others in the area because the space looked beautiful and inviting. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the setting. When we arrived, the dining room was extremely warm (over 80°F) because the air conditioning was not functioning. Our server mentioned she was very tired from a long shift, which immediately gave the impression that service might be compromised. We waited 32 minutes for one fig salad and one order of chicken fingers with French fries. The salad was fine, but the chicken fingers and fries were severely overcooked and had a burnt-oil smell. They were inedible and remained on the plate. When the server passed by and asked if everything was okay, I politely explained the problem and showed her the food. Her response was simply, “Yeah, okay, thank you,” before walking away. I asked if an owner or manager was available, but was told only the kitchen and waitstaff were present. As a chef with 16 years of experience, I rarely look reviews or write a review 🤦🏻 but this visit left me disappointed. The restaurant has great potential the space is beautiful but the food quality, service response, and lack of climate control made our visit unpleasant. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can have the experience we were expecting.
