The staff was friendly and the wait time was quick considering we had a group of 6 on our order. All items on our order were correct. Most of the Taco Bells we visit do not do a very good job with the grilled option, but this location hit this spot on! The reason for the one star deduction is due to the bank of broken chairs in the lobby. They are marked as unusable, but this still takes away from an attractive dining area.

I deliver for Uber eats; took longer than usual for the order and after getting the order there was no code on the recipe to complete the order. I was inconvenienced at this taco bell for my first visit! Prob wouldn't make any quick stops at this location

I've been going to this Taco Bell since I attended college many, many years ago. The quality has ebbed and flowed over the years, and unfortunately, its not great right now - so much so that we will often go out of our way to go to another Taco Bell that's 10 minutes more away. On our most recent visit 9/2020, the order was correct (which isn't always the case) and the staff was kind, but the portions were quite small. We ordered the double layer tacos and the $5 Grande Nacho Box. As the pictures show, the filling was sparse and the nachos were half the size of the ones we had at the town center, with about half of the chips being crumbs. On top of that, much of the dollar menu items have just been discontinued and replaced with more expensive items.

I ordered my food. Got charged. They wouldn’t let me in the store and said they would only give me my food if I was in a car. Never got refunded for my food so I will be suing. Do not go here. Manager needs to fired. All the staff was being amazing EXCEPT the nasty manager.

Did not have a great experience last time I went. I normally don't have any issues with order and they get my order right, but last night the lady gave me the wrong order. She gave me a total, I told her it was a mobile order. She came back and gave me the wrong stuff. I told her it was not my order. She stop and stared at me and was beginning to get upset and she told me "It's your order" and began giving me stuff that wasn't mine after I told her twice already. I didn't want to argue so I took the wrong stuff and left because I was hungry. 0/10.

Normally the food is good but today a taste of chemical bite on my Mexican pizza shell. A real cause of concern to my health. I don't know if they're not rinsing off the surfaces where food is prepared but still this is not good!!!

Longest freaking time I have had to wait for "fast" food. Over 45 mins. Completely inept and clueless. Wish I had known was going to take so long and would have skipped the place. Completely oblivious to my wait too. No apology nothing. Feel like they were taking care of drive thru ahead of me. Only once no one in drive thru did they fix my order. Missed an appointment cuz of their incompetence. Just awful.

We ordered $60 worth of tacos ahead of time.... I got good poisoning and I only ate one taco. Stale. Old. And the dude looked pissed that i had a $60 order...... 90% of the food wasn't eaten meat was old and gross.

Both of my crunch wraps were burnt and didn’t have the crunchy middle part. Idk who is cooking right now but they gotta send you home. From the smell alone… you can’t tell me you thought this was fine.

Don’t bother going here you’re not ready to order. Told me not to come to the drive thru if I want ready. They also put tomatoes on my food which I asked them not to do. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Was serviced by Brandon T tonight and I must admit. He has the worse attitude and service imagined for a fast food drive thru attendant! You are the 1st in contact with a customer who is responsible for greeting customers respectfully and not sigh and rush a person during thier selections to place an order. Brandon not only continued sighing after each selection we made, when we got to the window he rolled his eyes. He was asked a simple question before payment of "is your freeze machine working" and he abruptly stated and rolled his eyes and raised his hands saying "Im not adding add-ons, you gon' have to get back in line again for a add on". The attitude was not needed nor called for when asked a simple question. All that was needed to say was a YES/NO. And if I did chose to add at that time, Brandon should have THEN said that add-ons aren't allowed at the window or something like that, but that did not occur. He raised his tone, raised and waved his hands aggressively and said what he is NOT going to do. He asked if we wanted any sauce, I asked for Original sauce and he smirked, rolled his eyes, then closed the window on us, re-opened the window to give us the food with absolutely NO sauce and just looked at us and said "have a good night then closed the window. Brandon needs training on his attitude and customer service, he lacks training and skills. From that experience and treatment from Brandon, I didnt even feel comfortable eating my food, I feel like he did something to it, so threw it all away. A waste of rime and money just because of poor service. I will NOT be visiting again and will NOT recommend anyone to this Taco Bell.

I ordered through Door Dash it appeared the dasher was driving around in circles after my food was picked up and I live less than a mile from Taco Bell but it took the driver an hour to deliver our food. So of course it was cold when it arrived. That isn’t Taco Bell’s problem however what is Taco Bell’s problem is my daughter ordered the Doritos locos taco and she said it was stale! I also ordered cinnamon twists and didn’t get any! Instead got a bag with a few tortilla chips in it! No napkins or sauce ( this part doesn’t surprise me though).

I know that the food you get versus the menu pic aren't going to look exactly like each other but this was crazy ridiculous. There was no 2x the meat like it says. I swear they only put 5 strips of lettuce on it. The while burrito was only about 1/2 thick.it Was like a pancake. Was not work the price.
