macchiato was extremely amazing 👏 hands down best I've had in a long time

The gentleman with glasses was running the counter all by himself and still got me out in 5 min, even with a long line a+ service

It jas become outrageous and jave to ask for ice coffee with no ice or your cup isnt half full

I'm sitting in my car and have to write this review. I remember coming in here a year ago and,being upset. The place was a wreck. Counter dirty. Coffee leaking and messy. I was mad. Probably rude about it and...Bonnie called me right away. The very same young man waited on me today and has since then. He knew I wasnt happy. Hes a great kid. He stuck with it. Always treated me with respect and decency ..He knows my coffee. Hes very helpful, hes grown and matured and I love to see that with the youngsters, shout out to him. Forget his first name. He has red hair. Keep going !! 😊

I travel quite some. I have been dunkin... for decades. Now, this particular store does the nicest job of making espresso based coffees. The macch tastes like a macch, the capp like a capp. That's from northern new york to south texas. fr fr, no cap.

Most of the employees are absolutely awesome! There is one older man who works the register during the week and Everytime he has worked, he has been extremely rude to me. I'm there EVERY DAY with my 15 month old and he's the only one I have EVER had an issue with. Otherwise Orders are quick and always correct, and the rest of the staff makes up for the old man's attitude.

The staff here is normally very kind, but I was extremely saddened by the customer refusal to wear a face covering, and I was waited on by a gentleman who was kind, but who refused to wear his mask over his nose even after I asked him to do so when handling my food.

Needed to listen a tad better so it doesn't take twice as long for an order. Staff was pleasant though.

The chai tea I ordered didnt have the correct amount of spices in it and it was noticeable, but it was still okay

Service is fast. The same options are offered at this location as are offered at others but, the location and orientation of the building does not lend itself to having a drive through. Therfore, it less convenient for patrons. However, the store never lacks customers and is some times very busy. Products are offered with consistent Dunkin' Donuts quality.

The service is normally fantastic and everyone is friendly, and the coffee is great. Don't come at night. The coffee tasted burnt, there was no sugar and barely any creamer when I had asked for 3 of each. Hardly mixed at all. Never get coffee at night

My iced coffee was good but my croissant sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was not good. The croissant was way over cooked and it had no cheese, even my family members sandwiches had no cheese at all.

Stopped at the Dunkin on Manlius Center Road and ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. The egg and cheese were ice cold. Not like it sat out and got to room temperature, but more like our of fridge, put on warm bagel and given to me.

Worst dunkin I’ve used, my order is wrong at least once a week wether it’s not giving me the donuts I ordered, not putting the sausage in my sausage egg and cheese sandwich, or simply just not making all of the items in my order. use a different dunkin.

This dunkin used to be so good and consistent. I am not sure whats has happened in the last 8 or 9 months but my order is always screwed up. My coffee is either too light too dark, too much sugar or not enough. My wraps are either burned or rock hard. I walked in the other day and an employee some young women was cursing. Ugh.

This morning I went in with my family. The girl at the front counter was too busy texting to even notice our presence. As I ordered she continued to glance down and text. I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew (which is a drink off the menu), a medium iced coffee, and politely asked if they could mix some mocha syrup in milk since the cooler was out of chocolate milk. With attitude told me to get a chocolate milk out of the cooler. I recieved the iced coffee, an iced water and a second iced coffee with French vanilla syrup. I politely explained that is not what I ordered and told her the ingredients in the vanilla cream cold brew. She stormed away and practically pushed a drink into my hand and said "here" with a smirk and attitude. Once again it was incorrect. I asked another employee to speak to a manager who could not find one. She nicely enough fixed my drink. I know we all have bad days. I know some of us are not cut out for food service, but no manager in sight, and a restaurant full of young employees will always lead to a disaster.

I just got curbside pickup and this time they didn't put sweet foam on my coffee like I paid for. That's twice they have messed my order up and I didn't notice till I got home. My advice is to check your orders here, like I should've done! Today I ordered and ordered a strawberry refresher, which when I got there they told me they didn't have so I substituted it for a lemonade which is cheaper but they still paid for the more expensive refresher
