Not good pizza at all was waste of my money ..

Ordered a pizza and some chicken 31.71 I was charged 3x the amount. Not reimbursed. They told me they would comp the order. Then I had to call and report fraud. He willing let out it's fraud committed by them he took fault did nothing. On top of the fact the food showed up ice cold. The manager here has no class. I'm not the first person they've done this to either.

I understand it’s Sunday, it’s game day and we’re right by Gillette Stadium but it’s hours after the game, we’re right on the road so we can see how little traffic there is and how FAST the cars are moving and I get told that if we want our order still we have to wait TWO hours because they don’t want there driver getting “stuck in traffic”…What in the world, what kind of delivery service is that?!? Never have I everrr. Maybe it’s because I’m from Providence and that’s something you never see but I’m actually flabbergasted. Never will I EVER try to order from here again.

I placed an order and when delivered the driver stopped on Rte 138 and wanted me to come and get it. Speaking over the volume of traffic zipping by I stated "it's not safe there for you, move down and turn into the mobile home park and then into my (empty) driveway at the address on the ticket." Somehow that equated to me threatening him! Um ah what??? I am trying to get my paid for order, correct? ✔️ This is my go to local best pizza, correct? ✔️ I'm here in Raynham in my forever home, correct? ✔️ Get this... Only the owner of the entire corporation can remove my undeliverable status!

Love dominos but this new 10$ any pizza any toppings deal is great and all but if its available to everyone it should automatically apply the discount to the pizzas you shouldn't have to go in and apply a discount coupon if its a discount that apply to everyone 2nd time I've accidentally ordered a pizza at full price because they have to have a coupon page you gotta go and search through the menu find it and click it

I order from this dominos often with no problem, however tonight something was way off. Several mins after i ordered online i received a call asking if i had cancelled my order which i replied no the person on the phone replied ok but seemed very confused. After thirty more mins passed i checked on the status on the website and it had been stuck in the checking order position for over 30 mins I called the store and then received another call from the delivery driver saying she couldn’t find my house again she was very confused I asked what town she was in and she responded Foxboro. I live in Mansfield miles away. Eventually I did receive my order after an elapsed time of 1 hr 20 mins I don’t want to be mean to anybody but it was a failure.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas - large Hawaiian & Pacific veggie. Both pizzas were not thoroughly cut and missed ingredients. After I called the store to complained and wanted a refund. The store workers said over the phone, they could only give a store credit. The store worker told me the credit for the two pizzas were under my name and needed to order in person for the next visit. My next visit - a few weeks later, I came into the store- in person @1:20 pm. Only 1 worker was on shift and no manger on duty. I explained situation of my 2 free credit of the pizzas. The worker told me she could not access the system for my credit. And the manager only has access to the system and will be in @7 pm. She said and will honor my 2 free pizzas and will make it right away. This was at 1:25 pm. She told me it’ll be about 20 mins. I end up waiting for 40 mins later and another worker told me that I cannot claim my credit until a manager arrives @4 pm. They cannot do anything. I explained to the worker that I’ve already wait over 40 mins and still no pizza. I was told my pizza was being made and will be done in 20 mins. After I tried to place an in person order and ask to honor the “50% off all orders promotion”. The worker said only online orders and they don’t have any codes in person to key in the system. That’s ridiculous and unheard of, how any workers in store have no access to the systems. After I even went on the app and placed my order for 50%, which should be 100% free credit pizzas. My account in my app, had no such credit under my name. I ordered 2 large - 14’ inch pizzas. I get home, open the box, find out to see the pizzas were small, smaller than 14’ inches. Total time I’ve waited in the store 1:30 . 1 hr and 1/2 Not only I was lied to, but also didn’t receive the correct product by your workers, they couldn’t resolve the issue, not at all. My last two visits were extremely awful. Not satisfied at all, not one bit. Absolutely absurd! Garbage. Terrible customer service. Walked again-I end up waiting for over 40 mins + , for another worker talking back and forth in their language and finally for them to tell me they couldn’t apply the credit and needed a manager; of course was not duty. Terrible operation having no manager on duty. I was told I’d get a call about the situation, never happened. Wasted time and just awful. Never again. If I could I’d give negative stars ! Can’t add photos of the order cause I never got it !

Pizza was seriously lacking sauce. Very dry and toppings/sauce weren’t evenly distributed. Pizza looks like someone made it with their eyes closed. Highly Disappointed Edit: Here we are almost a year later. This place still can’t get it together. Pizza is dry per usual. Ordered half cheese half spinach and mushroom and this is what I got….seriously!?!?

After an HOUR long "quality check" just look at the times in the photo. Think they would have noticed the burn chicken and barely sauced pasta. Luckily my food was cold, not even warm... Apparently that happens to food that sits for an hour. When I call the manager to express that my food is unacceptable for a meal I paid for I'm told that they are short staffed and I can have a free pasta dish and wings next time I order!?? They don't offer to replace my food since I'm obviously hungry, hence why I ordered. Why would I ever order again??? Trust me, door dash literally any other late night eats. I should have just burned 25 dollars. 1 star is far too gracious.

The worst customer service manager was so Rude my order was delayed and he’s used to much bad words when I asked for refund I don’t wanna wait that long and he’s said I can’t refund if want your order or not.
