Horrible experience! young woman took our order gave our donuts and left to the back. Two gentlemen in the drive thru laughing, the girl came back to the front and did not give us our HOT chocolate. Standing there and clearly NO ONE asked to help us or did she ask did you need anything??? I guess they figure adults just like standing by the counter. We stopped coming due to bad experience since it's closer to us came back to give it a last opportunity. Whomever owns this place it’s known for BAD service, and coming from Chicago where we love our DD. Teach the staff customer service. 12/29/25 1:30 PM. Drive to another DD now I know why my husband prefers to go to the local Donut shops own by Asian old ladies. They don’t speak a lot of English but it’s packed.

I have visited many Dunkin locations for coffee and Donuts, Today I stopped in this one located in Mansfield Texas. Nice newer looking store, wasn't busy at all since its late morning. I ordered just a 6 pack of Donuts to take home, Total was 9.00 for 6 donuts, Nothing fancy, 3 glazed and 3 powered. All 6 of these donuts and hard, dry, and stale. Must be a week old already. For 9.00 my expectation is they are fresh, not dry old crap you cannot eat. Last time I purchase from this location. Corporate needs to monitor these stores since they are charging a Premium for crappy products.

This places was dirty and nasty, it’s in desperate need of new management. we first went to the drive through and we couldn’t hear in the speaker, so we just decided to go in. The customer service was horrible and the food was awful the place was dirty. I can’t even describe what we experienced.

It took 30 minutes to receive my order with only 2 other cars in line. I could see numerous cars leaving and honking behind me. When I got to the front I was given no excuse or apology and had to still wait an additional 10 minutes while being asked what I ordered numerous times. Also I received my order and the coffee was horrible and the grilled cheese barely had any cheese. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Donuts wree old cold with no flavor, taste like dry bread. Ordered 4 Donuts glazed Donuts and the charged me over $6.00 I couldn't eat them. So I stopped at another place 4 glazed donuts $1.50 Wouldn't recommend there donuts stay away.

That was a waste of money literally… my sandwich was extra toasted and hard my donut was extremely dry and hard as well the glaze looked like it was old it was not fully on like I’m used to it being… I’m like a huge Dunkin fan but this location really made me sad… I hate I even spent money the only thing that was good was my bottled orange juice… I hope this location gets better one day.

Worst experience you could ask for. Putting items I didn’t order on my order. Resulting in me having to wait a few business days for a refund. I have been here probably around 10 times. Every single time something is messed up. Do not go here. It’s not worth the hassle.

DUNKIN FROM HELL. my gf has has the displeasure of having to rely on this dunkin with her internship. tldr; RUDE staff, LONG wait, INCORRECT orders. my poor gf was waiting at the speaker for over 5 minutes without a single word or response from any of the FOUR workers present. after finally pulling up, despite having a mobile order, they didn’t start on her food until after she paid. additionally, after she received her order she luckily noticed they completely forgot her wrap. after she informed them, they only THEN started to heat it up (it was still cold when she got it.) during this whole encounter- not ONE sorry was uttered, with the cherry on top being a single “here u go.” i have ZERO IDEA how this location is still in business, as you can tell from other reviews. please do not give a single dollar to this hell hole.

If you're looking for a good start to your day, do not go here. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like an idiot when they get your order wrong, this is the place to go. Absolutely disgusting horrible service and brainless individuals. I reached out to corporate to try to get compensated for all of my incorrect orders and horrible service, and all they did was tell me they need proof or they can do nothing for me. Customer service is dead.

Good lord I'll never go back! I got a burnt grilled cheese like it was a rock I had a large drink but didn't fill it up and burnt yet soggy hash browns...and y'all knew how it all looked and still gave it to me... terrible !! Now I see why they have such a low rating. Y'all don't waste your money here

There's a reason I don't get donuts at Dunkin Donuts and I was reminded of the reason this morning when I purchased a dozen assorted donuts that weren't fresh. You expect freshly made donuts in the morning these look like they were left over from the previous day. I won't make this mistake again.

This place is ridiculous. Last time I came here I ordered an iced latte and it looked like pure milk. When I questioned it, I was told “that’s what lattes look like” by employees who clearly had no idea. I thought that maybe it was a one off and hoped it was poorly trained employees. Today, I ordered a hot latte and as I was driving home, realized it too tasted of pure hot milk. I’m not a fan of hot milk by itself. When I got home, I poured it into a cup to see if there was any coffee…..nope. I was right, all milk (see photo). Such a rip off. It seems that this coffee shop has no idea what coffee is.

Hopefully, I will get this resolved since I am a pregnant moody person who got breakfast messed up at many levels. The cheese on my muffin sandwich was burnt so I couldn’t eat it, and my iced oatmilk latte was served hot. The order was placed at 8:30AM but my husband came back from the drive thru at 9:15AM…so even the hot drink was neither cold nor hot. I couldn’t even think of having anyone go back to sit through the line to fix the order. Instead I took photos and videos to leave as proof in hopes to rectify the issue.
