Great pizza, Great service, ordered through deliveroo and they actually stayed open a bit later for me just to allow the driver time to get there as my first driver cancelled 10 minutes before closing time, even sent me some extra sauces for free also.

We looked for something quick and tasty to eat during our walk and we decided to try Papa Johns, despite mediocre reviews. We have ordered a small pizza with chicken, bacon, tomato and onion. After 10 minutes it was ready. Pizza was crusty, delicious and flavorful. Amount of ingredients on the top of it was satisfying as well. Very good value for money, we were happy with it.

I orderd for the first time and the staff was extemely kind and cooperating when the ran out of cookies and offered me something else. The pizzas were perfectly cooked and hot when i recieved them.

Nice Pizzas and nice sides, after our first two visits offered a free pizza of any size (through papa rewards), that's great customer retention. Always use a promo code it's what they have them for, if ordering online you can switch around with different offers to see what will work out cheapest for you. Wish there where a few more default pizza toppings. They need to expand the delivery limit however as they fall short of a lot of places even if they introduced a small charge I'm sure they would get more custom.

I received a call from the delivery driver explaining that they've given my order, which contained all my information, name, address etc. to another customer. They asked if I was willing to take their order as a substitute for my order I placed however I explained that I ordered a vegan pizza with vegan cheese and it would not be eaten here. The driver then asked if I wanted to take the incorrect order while I waited for my order as compensation for the wasted time. I said yes and explained to the driver at the door that I wanted my correct order. I was given the other customers order which included his full name, address and phone number too. 45 minutes went by and I received my vegan pizza with no sides, just the pizza on its own. I decided to call the store asking for a full refund as the food was cold and I was tired of receiving the incorrect order. I was told by the manager, 'Si', that I could not get a full refund and I could only have a refund for the garlic dough bites. I declined his offer, as it did not compensate for the time wasted, the missing items and the cold pizza, I told the manager that I would leave a bad review as I was extremely disappointed. The manager then responded with 'okay josh, goodbye' proceeding to hang up the phone.

Waited 80 minutes for our order, whenever we called to chase it up all they did was blame the football for being busy. When it finally arrived it was only just warm, and was missing the drink and dips. Called asking for a refund, their only suggestion was to send somebody with the drink, dips and a free pizza, if we’d wanted more pizza we’d have ordered it! I’ve logged a complaint with head office, see how long it takes for a response. If they’d have said they were struggling with deliveries I’d have happily collected it, not a problem. We usually collect and have no problems at all, but this service was frankly appalling. I’d like to return to them, but not until a refund is given and their service improves.

Absolute joke! took a hour and a half to get here freezing cold phoned shop asked why it took a hour and half to cook and deliver a pizza reply " it was cooked fresh we just been backed up with orders" so why was it cold ? Should of been fresh if you only just cooked it with the backlog ? Do you give youre drivers multiple orders because? when it gets to me its freezing last time was red hot ? Reply "sometimes we use uber and we can't control them and we only give drivers 2 orders at a time" i didn't order through uber and the driver was in youre red shirt with you're logo so I want fresh or a refund because that's a joke! also ordered extra toppings got 10 piece's on the whole pizza which is what we get standard so im paying top money for a pizza and getting this crap! Reply "there's nothing we can do" youre an absolute joke decide to have a treat on payday deffo just gunna stick to Turkish kebab and pizza places from now on least they graft and bend over backwards when there's a issue keep ya over priced pizza won't rob me ever again. You may get a hot nice pizza one day and absolute rubbish the next its up to you if you wanna risk it but they didn't offer nothing for wasting £50 and chucking it in bin

Pizza was running late so I checked on the app it said xall the 01623 number if its not arrived in 5 minutes. First call to them someone answered and just said hello when I asked if it was papa johns he hung up i rang back and this time someone answered saying 'papa johns'. I explained to him that someone had just hung up on me (I suspect it was the same person) he wasn't interested so I told him my pizzas were late, he said give it another 5 minutes. Eventually arrived 10 minutes later cold inedible and now in the bin. I WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN, I said the same after a bad experience from pizza hut and that closed 6 months later. Bad service, bad cold food.

Delivered over half an hour after email said it was delivered. Asked delivery driver to wait while we checked they were still warm but he walked off. Got in with out pizza and they were both cold. Won't be ordering again and advise others to stay away. Very disappointing is an understatement.

the restaurant informed me (through track my pizza) that my pizza was cooked and out for delivery an HOUR before it showed up. After 20 minutes watching the “enjoy” button with no driver in sight I phoned up to explain that it hadn’t shown only to be interrupted in my explanation that it was about to leave the restaurant and would be another 15 minutes. He said some bull excuse about their system being broken (regarding the false delivery information), not actually apologising for the confusion however this has happened to me several times before and I believe they are just checking delivery stages so they can meet company wide quotas and not actually trying deliver on time. Like I said this has happened SEVERAL times to me before over a long period of time however an hour delayed in unacceptable and to be met on the phone with rudeness is ridiculous
