To start off with, the person tending the drive thru originally stated my order correctly, but then rand me up wrong. I questioned him about it and again he gave me wrong information. After what should have been a $24+ tax order came out to over $40, I asked him again what he had for my order then he changed it. He then stated that it would be 7 minutes to fry up the chicken (which should have been stated before having me order). It took approximately 15 minutes for a lady to bring it out. I'm not sure if the new Hot Ones Ghost Pepper Wings are supposed to come with the Apollo Last Dab sauce or not (I thought that was the promotion they had going on?), but needless to say there wasn't any sauce just some kind of spice powder rubbed on the wings, and they were not spicy!!

If I Can rate this place “0” stars I would. REALLY BAD SERVICE. I went there with my family and LITERALLY stood there for a little over 10 MINUTES and no one even acknowledge us or said “we will be right with you” at least, totally ignored us. We got tired of waiting and left.

I went to this Popeyes and got the chicken sandwich, when I got the sandwich the chicken was still frozen and raw. I stopped going for about 2 months. I decided to give it another try and again with the sandwich, I told the worker about last time and she had nothing to say. But when I got this sandwich again today the chicken was raw and frozen still on the inside. I’ve been dealing with stomach pains all day.

Worst chicken ever. Chicken tastes like rubber. Just had one bite and threw away my food. Ordered mac n cheese and all garbage.

My daughter found a dead bug in her Mac & cheese. They also failed to put the biscuits in my order. I will NEVER eat at this location again!

I came here for lunch and ordered a 6 piece BONE-IN chicken in ghost pepper and I received a BONELESS original. I went back inside to let them know that my order was wrong and the guy who previously took my order wrong walks behind the new guy fixing my order and has the audacity to say "He said boneless". First, I said BONE-IN Ghost pepper. Second, I repeated my order to him to make sure he gets it correct (and yet he still got it wrong). I've worked in fast food chains for 6 years before, so I'm just trying to make it as easy as possible for them. For $20/hr, at least get people's orders correct and show some good customer service even if you're having a bad day. Definitely do not want to come back here.

I ordered a three piece and they gave me three wings. The food was cold the french fries were saggy. The staff were on their phones nobody knows customer service there.

Try to give the Manteca Popeyes a chance to prove themselves but every single time I put an online order in they never have it ready on time and they always seem to be out of certain sides and food. There customer service also sucks. Not sure how this location is even profitable or is open. Been to many Popeyes locations and this one seems like the most unorganized location and the slowest one too even when they are fully staffed compared to the other locations. Take my advice and stay away from this location. The locations that I suggest is the one in Tracy or Lathrop they always have my order on time and are they always have all their food in stock.

waiting in the drive thru for more than 40 minutes. They handed me 2 wrong orders. After that they just mention that they don't have sides that I ordered anymore. After giving me my order I was missing the Large extra gravy on the side so I told them, but they were mad and gave me a small cup with just so little on it that I paid Large.

I ordered my meal from Grubhub, and when I picked up the back, the green beans were smashed. It was everywhere, but at least the sandwich was still edible and the Mac N Cheese. Won't order from them again.

Small portions and horrible wait times - ordered online and still had to wait for 35 minutes in the lobby. Management doesn't have a clue. Maybe the employees should put their cell phones away.
