Came in with some cash and was a dollar short. I said id be back for my wallet when I came back in the receipt was already printed and my cup was on the counter. Corey said it was on him and to not worry. They were short on ranch and he said hed be back to go get more from the back without me even asking. Much more could be said about how polite he was all I can say is if hes not already a manager someone like him is exactly who I want to see in charge when I walk into any establishment.

I'll start off by saying that I have not been a fan of Wendy's (for no particular reason), but my son LOVES their nuggets, so we visit on occasion. This location has made me a fan. We have visited twice inside and it's really nice! The restaurant was a little messy looking our first visit, but the customer service was AMAZING, so we went again today and were not disappointed. The dining room was very clean and stocked this time. Everyone (cooks, manager, front register, drive thru...everyone) looks happy to be working and is so friendly! On our way out, my son dropped his frosty and the manager offered us a new one :). She also made my daughter's day by tagging her back after my daughter "got her." Overall, very impressed with this store.

This location is always efficient and the food has always been hot. I’ve never gone inside so I can’t speak on the atmosphere or cleanliness but it does look less then 5 years old based on the exterior.

The employees were cool, laid back and respectful. I bought the Fish Panko sandwich meal. The fries were kinda mid… but fish sandwich? Damnn, cooked to perfection! Surprisedly really good

Drink carriers are faulty and customer service subpar. The spaces for the cups are too big even for a large soda. I was alone in drive through and got two frosties and a drink so I asked for a carrier. The coke immediately fell out of the carrier and onto me and one of the frosties on the passenger seat. I’m not blaming the employee, but a warning would’ve been nice because they obviously know their drink carriers are faulty. The employee was holding my food at the window watching this all happen and didn’t even apologize or ask if he could get me extra napkins or anything. Not sure if the drink carriers are an issue at other Wendy’s or just this one. It’s been a few years since I’ve gone to a Wendy’s, the food was overall hot/warm and tasted good, but not impressed with the cheap drink carriers and poor customer service. Will not dine here again.

Why are both of the exterior doors locked from the outside in the middle of the day? I watched several people do the same thing I did, wasting their time going to each of the locked entrances before figuring out that they want you to walk all the way over to the gas station doors to go in, then walk all the way back to the restaurant. It makes every customer feel foolish when they can't walk in through the front door. I saw one whole family turn around and walk out without ordering any food. The ghost pepper nuggets are good.

The baked potato was well over cooked - hard on the edges and dry. The chili had a sort of sweet taste to it, not appetizing. The guy who took my order (inside) was polite and professional.

Arrived about 445to get some lunch. Food was cold. Nuggets were old fries were semi warm. Threw away the food and let counter know. They seemed not to care. Called the facility and spoke to a manager named Corey and advised him about the situation and he replied next time don't throw it away. Rude customer service. This facility needs trained management. Wendy's employee should not treat customers this way. So warning to all who visit this facility.

Ordered a Biggie bag at drive thru for my daughter. When i received my food didn’t get my receipt. I asked the black guy with locks who brought my food outside. He got mad looking crazy with an attitude! Drove down the road and noticed the wrong burger in the bag. Brought the burger back nobody wanted to help. Two black sitting across the seats legs on top of tables like they own the place. Neither one tried to help until I got their attention. One of them didn’t even look up he was the same guy who brought the food out. The other guy decided to help. Another employee in the kitchen was eating on the clock. I don’t who the manager was on duty but they need to be wrote up. Everyone on the clock looked like they didn’t want to be at work. Now i can see why this restaurant has a 2 star rating. Lazy workers go find another job. This is a place of business not your mom’s place!!!!!

Employees have bad attitudes, entered the establishment stood long enough to figure out an order and when i approached the counter i was told the lobby was closed and that i had to go to the drive through. No reason as to why and the fact the the doors were unlocked and i stood for almost twn minutes before being told the lobby was closed is a joke. Not like they are understaffed you got people on their phones and arguing with customers. I wont be surprised if its shut down before too long.

I don’t think there is one time that I have stopped at this particular Wendy’s and they have chili if it is 9 PM and y’all don’t close till 12 AM why are you out of chili especially if it’s cold outside like tonight then he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t make any because it takes two hours to make it Don’t believe that’s true, but I’ve never works at Wendy’s, so I don’t know but good management will have the little light go off in their head that is cold outside and some people might want chili. Maybe when it ran out earlier in the day you should’ve made some more so I will never stop here again. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

I had never been to this Wendy's before but I went here tonight, I ordered the biggie meal and the guy gave me my drink as soon as I got to the window and then asked me to pull up and that my order would be brought to me at the fence line. Well I pulled up and waited at least 3 minutes and my food was brought out to me and it was cold. How in the world does the food come out cold when I just ordered it and had to wait for it?? The guy handing me my order seemed out of it and was holding the bag of food for the next car in his hand but in no hurry to give it to them.

Fast food places need to get it together. When your paying over $25 for two burger combos you should be getting hot fresh fries and a burger that is put together half right. My experience wasn't very good at all.

I asked for fresh food and the lady in the drive thru confirmed it was fresh and it was not fresh nor was it hot the burger cold the nuggets cold the fries are decent at best

I was charged 30 dollars for 1 meal and 2 snack wraps there is no way 1 meal and 2 snack wraps cost this much at Wendy's. The fries were cold and they always forget the sauce when I request it so I double checked my bag due to previous experiences and low and behold no sauce per usual, asked the guy who handed me my food for the sauce and let him know its not in the bag, he responded What!? With an attitude. This is the last time I'm coming to this Wendy's. The guy at the window was pleasant and smiling though, he is the only positive experience about the stop

Walked in and the workers were sitting at a booth watching TikTok. I walked to the counter and they went behind the counter and went to the back of the kitchen. The young lady that was there kept peeking out almost as if to check if we were still there. After about 5 mins of that we left. Only customer there and they hid from me. I see why these ratings are the way they are..

Fries were reheated and dried out. Half of the lettuce in salad was brown. Chicken was not good. Only positive was they gave me a lot of ice in my tea! I have stopped at the Manvel Wendy's numerous times and food is always disappointing (same for the Alvin Wendy's).

You really outdid yourself. The combo I ordered came with a side of attitude from the staff, and the aroma of unclean restrooms. The food here literally sent me to the ER. Manvel’s food poisoning Olympics. I'm pretty sure the Frosty's machine is just a fancy cleaning solution dispenser, because that's exactly what it tastes like. Kudos on the creative sanitation methods – I'm impressed you managed to poison me without even trying! ! 🤣
