Nice location, staff were helpful when our card payment wouldn't work on the machine. Lacking atmosphere though. Coffee tasted a bit weird, but I think it's the milk they use

Very busy when we went. The lady was very good with us as we didn't speak the local language. They have numbers on the meal deals which made life much easier. Refills on all pop and you just fill it yourself. Not so clean hence the only 4 star rating.

Un Burger King muy justito. Este Burger King, que se sitúa muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y del centro de mahón podría ser un poquito mejor. En cuanto a calidad se refiere. El personal aún no sabría qué decir la verdad porque unas veces son más majos que otras, pero nunca les caracteriza la amabilidad. Las hamburguesas están buenas, la verdad, todo hay que decirlo, hay dispensador de bebidas … hay otros locales de las mismas características en Menorca que sean mejor.

Cada vez que pedimos el long chicken con queso, NUNCA se lo ponen. Pero bien que te cobran los 0.60

If you make your order using the self service point it makes life a lot easier. The servers were over worked and the service slow but eventually when our food was delivered the order was right and food hot.

Only one cashier at 13:00 when 20 peoples are waiting in line. The personnel looked tired, but were friendly and patient. It looks like they are very badly organized, many people also returning food because they didn't got what they've ordered. It happened to us also, we asked for Chicken Wrap and we got a Crispy Chicken. Appart from that, the restaurant is nice and the food was ok.

There was a few things wrong with this vist. First it opened 15 mins afterthe posted opening time. Next, I was not able to get my order made correctly. I ordered only to find out my order could not be made and had to change it after I had to pay. This is a busy spot however only two workers make for a long wait. In addition the two employees one was on there phone for over 5 mins where I could see them.

Siempre SIEMPRE SIEMPRE, FALTA alimentos en el pedido, revisar bien porque no el ketchup te ponen.. chesseburguer sin cheese.. SIN QUESO, helado Sandy sin sirope... El pedido ahí reposando porque el camarero borro el pedido de la pantalla mientras se estaba haciendo.. Siempre es deplorable... Ya siendo comida basura currenselo un poco que parece que lo llevan cuatro retrasados...

Cada vez peor! Le hemos tenido que quitar la lechuga porque tenia muchos trozos que empezaba a estar podrido (Adj. Foto), el pan quemado por lo que la hamurguesa tenía sabor como a quemado... Las hamburguesas no se parecen a las de las imágenes, muy pequeñas.

Ayer por la noche comí aquí y pocas horas después empecé con diarrea fuerte y continua. Desde entonces estoy yendo al baño cada pocos minutos, literalmente agua. No he comido nada más raro en el día, así que todo apunta a la comida que me dieron. No tuve fiebre ni otros síntomas, solo una diarrea exagerada que me ha dejado fatal. Muy mala experiencia. Deberían revisar la calidad y el estado de los ingredientes, porque algo no estaba bien. No vuelvo Horrible

El servicio a domicilio de Burger King ha sido pésimo. El pedido llegó incompleto, faltando un menú entero. Llamamos para reclamarlo y, cuando finalmente nos lo trajeron, aún así se olvidaron de la Coca-Cola. Es muy fuerte que, después de equivocarse una vez, no revisen bien para no volver a equivocarse. Además, tuve que esperar mientras los demás comían para que su comida no se enfriara, y al final me tocó comer mi menú más tarde y encima sin la bebida. Una experiencia decepcionante para un servicio que debería ser rápido, fiable y revisado antes de entregarse. Desde luego la última vez que pediremos Burger king

he ido a pedirme un helado con una oferta , en la oferta ponía 5€ , voy al personal y me he topado con el chico de excaso pelo y le digo q me estaban cobrando de más , su contestación ha ido : hay que leer antes las letras pequeñas y sabrás lo que pides , pedí un oreo shake y no sabía que venía con chocolate , y pedí extra de oreo le pido porfavor que si me lo puede cambiar ya que el chocolate le mata todo el sabor y su contestación ha sido nefasta y super mal educado , diciendo : mírate mejor las cosas antes de pedirlas , no puedo cambiarte el helado porque está está hecho , le dije q no venía con chocolate ya q en la máquina no especifica nada , su contestación fue ; quieees ir y te enseño cómo sale en la foto ? de manera super maleducada , hay que mirar cómo se trata al público y la gente que se contrata

Ordered 2 meals, said I only paid for one burger meal and cheesy bacon fries, still arguing over 30 mins, and I got a new receipt with refund and proved I was right but got no food before boarding and wife crying because of her anxiety! Staff was really abusive and rude to me

Wasn't busy but was incredibly slow. It was as if they didn't realise they were in a departure lounge. We ended up having to bolt down our pricey order whilst queuing to get on our flight. And we ordered in good time.

Never go here, Worst experience at a burger king ever. Waited a while to get served, then when I did the cashier did not smile or welcome me and had the worst attitude I've ever seen. I ordered the king bacon and a beer which yes it was quite cheap for burger king but everything else was terrible. Should have taken 5 minutes to make the burger but took over 15 minutes to make a burger, beer and chips. Once I did receive everything and sat down to eat everything the chips were cold and the burger had less than 4 tiny bits of bacon, went back inside to replace the chips for hot ones and got really dirty looks from most of the staff. The beer was flat and the burger was terrible. If you want bad service and an even worse burger, come here.

The most filthiest burger king on the planet. This place is worse than disgusting. As soon as you enter, you're hit with the most foul stench ever and when you look past the counter where they make your meal, I've seen cleaner kebab shops with a 1 star rating. The toilets have never been cleaned since it was built by the looks of things and excrement on toilet seat. If you even dare to eat here and decide to sit outside, be prepared to be sharing you ecoli with the pigeons who have more balls than most UFC fighters and will take you on if you dare to challenge them!

Worst experience in my life. High price for no reason in this sad and ugly place! 2 euros for 0.5 liter water. Asked for a paper empty cup but said it's no possible. Mc donalds 1000 and over times better.

Not the most helpful staff, standing waiting to get served and staff walked away from counter. Tried to force us to buy 8 chicken strips when we only asked for 4 as advertised. It doesn,t cost anything to be helful or nice to people or tourists.
