Excelente comida Indu, buenas raciones, buen sabor y buen precio...
One of the best hotels i have ever been. Astonished by the ambience and architecture where they mimicked a real jaipur palace. We took the King's suit here and was really spacious and grand. Service was good and we had a homely welcome from Anjala mam.
We had a great stay! The rooms were very nice and the food and tea was delicious. The service was really good. The hotel is also very close to all the markets and city attractions. The cab service arranged by Vikram sir was very nice too.
Rajasthan Palace Hotel feels like stepping into a royal era! From the décor to the hospitality, everything was top-notch. Definitely one of the most charming heritage stays in Jaipur.
Such a peaceful and classy stay! The hotel beautifully preserves Rajasthani architecture while offering modern comfort. Great service, clean rooms, and perfect for a royal getaway. 🏰💫
Loved my stay at Rajasthan Palace Hotel! The rooms are elegant, staff is super friendly, and the entire property has a royal vibe. Ideal place to experience Jaipur’s true heritage.
Excellent property, very well maintained, comfortable. Very hospitable and warm staff. Enjoyed the stay and the morning breakfast, tea in the courtyard.

A beautiful heritage Haveli converted into a hotel. Comfortable, beautiful, good location and Value for money. Check-in: Check-in in process was old style ina large register so it a slightly longer than a modern computer based check-in. A light welcome drink would add a lot of value make the experience memorable. The rooms: It's a low rise heritage building. Rooms are very spacious, bed very comfortable. There is TV, mini fridge, drawers and in room slippers inside the room. Bathroom also was quite spacious with hot and cold water and some.limited amenities. There are no soap bars only liquid soap. Our room was at top floor easily accessible to the pool. Overall maintenance and facilities: Just outside entrance there is a front yard converted into a lawn. Beautiful for having your morning breakfast in a Royal style (if hotel permits). Courtyard in the centre of the property is nicely maintained and nice to hang around in the evening or for having outdoor breakfast. There is also a small swimming pool at the terrace although it's not heated so not.much usable in winters. Breakfast: BF wasn't included in room charges and was INR 600 per person. Nit very elaborate spread but simple Indian breakfast. Overall property was well-maintained and clean. Service was quick. Rooftop poolside is very good taking pictures. Property is pretty close to many attractions including Albert museum, City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Choti and badi chaupad. Rates: It costed us 9000 per night inclusive of an additional bed in one room to accommodate 3 people. Overall quite a good value for money with heritage flavour.
Food was delecious.Hotel ambience was peaceful.Staff ie really good.Really enjoyed ND great value of money.location was really near to city.
Overall the ambiance is good, the property is well maintained. Every corner of the property describes the rich cultural heritage of Rajesthan. The only problem i found was the inadequate staff, we …
dinner on terrace on poolside, in rimzhim barish, awsome experience aur uske upar the food and hospitality super good.

The hotel looks too beautiful from outside and the facilities outside are good as well with a pool facility. The room was not as good when it comes to experience. It was not very clean and has to explicitly ask certain amenities like drinking water, dental kit as they were not allready placed. The service is not very prompt either and I had to call twice for the water bottles to be kept. The cups were stained and the glasses were having patches. I opted for breakfast as it was not included but was not worth 460/-. The location is great though. I would still call it a reasonable stay and above average for the overall experience.
Rooms are excellent, very grand! Biggest drawback is the service, staff is not good, they misunderstood the food order and then argued it's as per menu which we did point out to them that it was not. It's a beautiful hotel however if you don't keep good staff there is no point having a good property. Was there just for a day and because of this experience entire stay was forgetful.
3 and a 1/2 stars actually. This is one of the nicer heritage property hotels outside of the 4 and 5 stars. Family managed, the property is well maintained and offers value for money. The service is exceptional. I must specifically mention Vijay Sr. and Jr. The menu at the restaurant needs more attention, specially the breakfast and the portions served for the prices charged for the rest of the menu items. Overall, with it's central location, it is a good place to stay in Jaipur.
The property is beautiful. The rooms were great. The only problem was the upkeep. Though it was decent, for a hidden gem like this if it was more maintained it would have been like living in a palace literally. The breakfast options were limited but no complaints. I just think they could have banked on the opportunity that they had a palace property and the upkeep is everything. A must visit. The best budget palace property.
Staying at this hotel in Jaipur felt like stepping into a palace with its stunning architecture and regal ambiance. The exterior and interior design were truly impressive. However, the experience w…
No volveremos.
This hotel shouldn’t be classified as a boutique one it’s more of a dharamsala where guests doesn’t maintain the decorum only noisy since morning breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced due to less number of staff the service is completely disappointing It’s not worth paying so much Totally disaster
We are three women from Canada who booked a 2 room stay in advance. Upon arrival there was no management staff at the hotel, all staff was untrained and was only maintenance staff with no training or ability to communicate. The picture shown on websites is deceptive. The rooms are really crammed, dark and small. We took a refund from agoda after almost fighting with them for 2 hours. They refused to help and wanted us to pay a price for an upgraded room ( very well knowing we have a senior citizen and it is peak tourist season to go around with our luggage to find another one). There was no one willing to listen to since all staff was absent. We had to call the owner of this hotel and the management team to get our refund processed. Such a traumatic experience specially when heritage hotels are known for their hospitality and attention to detail for guests coming from over seas. Very disappointed and would sound caution if you want a truly awesome experience in Rajasthan .
This hotel is not worth the money they charge. They don't have a car park and is in a very narrow lane. Giving water for free is bare minimum when you charge a hefty amount of 7k+ for a room. Water is chargeable if you want more (above 2) The hotel is also in very narrow lane. Not a very friendly hotel for Travellers who wanna halt in jaipur for a day.
This is the worst place I have ever stayed in . Neither management nor staff is sensible, sensitive or up to the mark , they shut food services and not even ready to give chai forget about room service. If u order outside food they r not even considerate to give u a single plate or a glass to have food . In house food is third class , especially at a place like jaipur which has such eminent reputation for food . Above all the staff is rude and careless , they won’t clean ur mugs / dust / table and when finally u complain they say “ aisa hai ap phone kar ke manager ko bol do “ won’t do refill and randomly call u at 11:30 pm in the night just coz other room person is not picking up the call . Breakfast is same everyday and if it gets cold they won’t warm it up if the food timing is mentioned I.e. bf / lunch / dinner apart from that not even give u simple chai ! There is no changing room at pool area / wash room etc .one of the third class places I have ever visited, I would say u can try other places in this same price range.
This is a highly unprofessional hotel. Since our flight got cancelled at the last minute, we requested for a refund through Agoda. Even though Agoda agreed to refund their commission from their side, the hotel outright refused to even acknowledge our request. It’s not even about accepting our request, the way they responded to us was extremely rude and unacceptable. Even after requesting repeatedly, the lady at the desk refused to even escalate the complaint. Also, she denied to even talk to me saying that since I booked through third party, I can’t contact them directly. In spite of me telling her that Agoda has contacted them directly and they’ve been rude and unresponsive to them as well, she displayed the same attitude towards me. I’m never going to stay at this hotel ever again. We’ve lost 35k to this rubbish hotel.
The pictures on all websites are not what the hotel is . All show and no soul .Jaipur known for hospitality but here is a lifeless and guiltless hospitality. Staff functioning on auto pilot . In full season hotel functioning like off season . wonder whats its like in off season . Dirty rooms , Dirty pool , bad & limp bed linen and towels , dusty rooms , windows not cleaned . While serving dinner , no water was given , no cultery, no salads . had to ask . Then ants in the saunf and mishri. uff endless trauma . One of the worst hotel in jaipur in my experience . And worst they dont bother about customers complaint . Avoid this place if one can .
My experience at Rajasthan Palace Hotel was nothing like the pictures. The rooms looked completely different from what was shown online. The washroom was extremely old, poorly maintained, and honestly felt unhygienic. The bedsheets were old, smelly, and not cleaned properly — it was really uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had compared to all other hotels I’ve stayed in. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
