Las pizzas están bastante buenas, son muy finitas pero son gigantescas. La pasta al bodka también estaba muy buena. Pedimos el apple pie de postre y me decepcionó bastante, las ice cream cookies muy buenas pero nada del otro mundo.

Sin duda las mejores pizzas, finitas y crujientes, el ambiente es genial, y aunque hay mucha gente y el servicio es un poco lento merece la pena. También tienen carta de cocktails. Muy recomendable

Grata sorpresa la de anoche! De imprevisto fui a cenar al Pica Pica, en Puente Romano y lo que no me esperaba es que no iba a dejar nada en el plato! Dos personas dos pizzas 😋😋 como es posible??? Por su masa fina y ligera, gran variedad para elegir pizzas y con la posibilidad de agregar topping!!! Me quedo hueco para el postre y probé las cookies que por cierto, estaban de infarto! Todo amenizado con Dj y buenos cócteles 🥰

A great place with a pleasant beach-style atmosphere. Very friendly and Spanish-speaking staff. I would definitely classify the restaurant as one of the more expensive establishments. The only downside, in my opinion, was being charged €5 per person for a single bowl of popcorn meant for everyone, which initially seemed like a complimentary treat from the restaurant – at such a high price level, I would have expected it to be free. Even so, I rate the restaurant very highly, not only because of the absolutely fantastic pizza, but also thanks to the amazing staff! I’ll gladly come again.

Cócteles increíbles , la camarera Karima nos ha dado un servicio excelente y muy profesional, el lugar es una pasada y tengo que destacar la dj , su apariencia es perfecta para el lugar y su música con aires árabes es buenísima, hemos disfrutado muchísimo de su sesión y simpatía, volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

The pizza was genuinely good – fresh ingredients and great flavor. However, the overall experience was disappointing. We waited 45 minutes for our pizza, which felt excessive. When we finally asked for the check, we were charged 45 euros for bread and aperitivo that we never received. When we questioned it, we were told the owner charges this to everyone – a very strange (and frankly unfair) way to take money from customers. Good food, but the service and hidden charges make it hard to recommend.

A good American style pizza, the drinks were really amazing and they had a good selection of virgin drinks as well. The service was really good as well and fast which I appreciated. My only remarks was that the pizza came a bit cold so maybe it wasn’t served straight away.

You need to book in advance otherwise you will be turned down or told to wait min 30mins, understandable for Puente Romano. I’ve been told this is the best pizza in town, and was vaguely disappointed. The area, scenery and atmosphere are great, the cocktail was amazing, I tried the No Work Today, and great conversation and company from staff, however the service was a bit slow, I’m sure there were new waiters that day. The pizza was honestly nothing special, but the size is good for the price and the starters are great. I would come back, just with less expectations than I did before.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at Pica Pica within the Puente Romano Resort in Marbella. To begin with, I would like to acknowledge the positives: the food itself was of excellent quality, with generous portions, and the prices were reasonable for Puente Romano or the Marbella area in general. Unfortunately, however, the service fell far short of what one would expect from such an establishment. During my visit, the service was unacceptably poor. Several members of the waiting staff were noticeably rude and not attentive, and the food was served approximately 1 hour later than expected. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect when it finally arrived. The overall attitude and attentiveness of the staff made the experience extremely disappointing, to the point where it overshadowed the quality of the food. Adding to the disappointment, one of the waiters offered us complimentary ice cream sandwiches as a gesture of goodwill. However, we suspect that they were later included on the bill, the same waiter aggressively took the bill away immediately after we paid, leaving us with no opportunity to clarify or contest the charge. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also left a very unpleasant final impression. Given the resort’s reputation and the otherwise high standards of Puente Romano, this level of service was both surprising and unacceptable. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues. We hope for this issue to be resolved.

Gastvrouw was niet heel vriendelijk, ze had duidelijk geen zin om te werken. Erg mooie tent verder waren de serveersters wel aardig. Pizza was oké maar voor 29€ had ik wel meer verwacht. Er stonden ook weinig soorten op.

Meh… the pizzas were good but very overpriced, as were the cocktails and drinks. Service was quick and efficient. Not much of an atmosphere. I wouldn’t bother going here again.

A lot of mixed things to be said about this place. It falls victim to the overarching Puente Romano cash grab and pricing, where there are goodness knows how many different restaurants within extreme proximity. The pizza itself is actually very good, however no pizza should take 45minutes to arrive, which is what happened to us. I think they put popcorn on the table for this reason. Water arrived after soft drinks. Starters arrived after the pizza. Dips are average and the spicy honey is literally just warm honey. From a service perspective it is poor, not because of the servers themselves (our server was really nice) but because they are significantly understaffed. Again typically PR - high price, lowest cost. There is no justification for a basic pizza to cost €30+ I will go back only because I live close and I’m too lazy sometimes to go further for dinner. If they fix the service and timing, reduce prices by 25% on things that are clearly overpriced it will be worth 5-stars. Again, the pizza was really good.

Food is very tasty, still too expensive And bad service

We were recommended this restaurant but were sadly very disappointed. We were shown to our table but after 20 minutes of sitting there, we went searching for some menus as no one had approached our table. We were told there were no English cocktail menus, which was incorrect. Our pizzas arrived long behind our cocktails and drinks. The biggest insult was the bill being put on our table 1 and a half hours after we had arrived. We kept repeatedly asking for our table to be cleared and were still waiting for desert. Our actual waitress was friendly but struggled with all the tables. Overall poor attitude of senior staff.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Pica Pica. Upon arrival, I was told there would be a 30-minute wait for a table. While I was prepared for a short wait, what followed was absolutely unacceptable. I ended up waiting an hour and 45 minutes before being seated, and that was only after repeatedly begging the staff to find me a table. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were multiple empty tables throughout my entire wait. The staff either ignored me or offered vague excuses, showing a complete lack of concern for their customers. To top it off, the service was downright horrible. I’ve never experienced such disregard for basic hospitality. I would strongly advise against dining here unless you have hours to waste and enjoy terrible service.

Definitely not going to this place again! They charge you for things that they dont bring to the table and the price from the menu and your receipt are different! The pizza price on menu was 35 and on the receipt they put 45! They charged 10 euros for bread and butter on the receipt and when we said you did not even bring it to the table, they said it is not supposed the be brought to you!! When we complained to the waiter, she said the manager told us to do so even though many customers have complained. Normally i pay good tip for the waiter, but because of this we were so disappointed and did not pay any! We are not tourists and they still do this! I will definitely tell our friends not to go!

Poor dining experience at Pica Pica. The food itself is fine, however, they are trying to extort money out of you at every opportunity. For a small bowl of popcorn, which we didnt ask for, we were charged €10. I ordered a ‘pepperoni pizza’ but switched the pepperoni to a halal pepperoni for dietary reasons. They charged me for a pepperoni pizza + €6 euro for halal pepperoni. When I questioned the waitress about this, they said that is how they do it, however, they could have charged me for a margarita pizza + the halal pepperoni given that i had no actual pepperoni. The pizza came to €41. This was a poor dining experience and I will not return.

However, when we received the bill, we were shocked to find that they charged us for the small bowl at 20 euros per person for three people. The manager justified this by stating that it is standard practice in all international restaurants. She even compared their establishment to a well known international restaurant, which is not comparable. El sitio está en un lugar encantador, como es Puente Romano, por eso decidimos reservar allí sin conocer el restaurante en sí, y por supuesto dispuestos a pagar más de lo normal a cambio de pasar un velada agradable en un sitio agradable. Esto se vino a bajo cuando nada más pedir, nos trajeron los entrantes pedidos, antipasti y plato de jamón de forma rápida sin ni siquiera haber servido la bebida, que tuvimos que reclamar dos veces, pero una vez estábamos dispuestos a disfrutar un poco con los entrantes y la bebida reunidos, nuestra sorpresa fue que nos trajeron inmediatamente las 4 pizzas como si estuviéramos de rally o más bien los restauradores tuviesen prisa por doblar la mesa de inmediato. Te traen además dos soportes de hierro y te colocan las pizzas en altura y cubriendo los entrantes con lo que no te dejan disfrutar de nada y tienes la sensación de estar en un concurso de retos. 350€ por unas pizzas sino disfrutas el momento, ni el entorno, no merece la pena de ninguna forma!

17€ una copa de vino de una botella de 20€…un robo.
