My first time here. I asked about the tender meal. The lady working the register was so nice and explained the sides and showed me the rolls or biscuit.My order was take out and she had it ready just as I finished getting my drink. Never had such a friendly experience at any fast food place! Chicken tenders were hot as good!

Food is really good. I love how to cook food with service. That all is not sure if there's perfect. Never had problems with the food water service. Load the ice cream. Love the best kiss, take it enough for that. I give that place 10 stars a load. A place where my guard goes up ever 2 weeks to go? Eat fair delicious. Sometimes the price too much, but maybe you have to work on that fighting way too. Make food cheaper. But delicious

Love Chicken E but DON'T get the pickles! They got a new supplier or something. But they exchanged them.

Go here every day for a tea. Great service the only thing I do not like is you get only 2 cheese sticks in a regular order and have to pay like 4 bucks. It would be a game changer if they went back to 4 for a regular order like back in the day ! Because their cheese sticks are amazing and their okra is super good with the hott serendipity 😋

Other than it being a blast freezer inside. Was a nice place. Staff are Friendly. Service is great. And the food is good. Would have been 5 stars, if it weren't so cold.. Definitely do recommend..

My husband really enjoys Chicken E. He appreciates the locations that have the school specials (e.g. Mustang Special). Even with a long line they know how to keep it moving. They never seem to disappoint my family, unless they run out of items, but that won’t hold my family back from returning.

This place is super fast and food taste good, the place is usually a little bit on the dirty side and it pisses me off that they don't have things out where you can get them, like sweet n low, napkins, whatever it is you have to wait in the food ordering line to get more of anything, would be nice if they'd just have stuff out like they do at the Chicken Express in Burnet. Personally I like the Burnet location more

Always had great experience at the restaurant. On this day, the total was different at the window than posted on the menu at the drive thru. The young lady said the prices had changed and they hadn't the the drive thru prices yet. I paid for two fish dinners. The catfish is great. After a couple of minutes I was told my fish would take six more minutes and could I pull forward. Sure. Eleven minutes later, no fish. I called and asked after my order and the guy laughed and said it was just being boxed up. No explanation, apology, nothing. Probably won't go back.

Disappointing experience this evening at the Drive thru. I ordered the chicken tender meal with a side of macaroni and rolls. Ordered an extra side of rolls. Got my food and traveled all the way home only to find that my extra side of rolls was missing. The macaroni looked like it had been run through a blender and was bland. The chicken was the only good thing about this order. The manager of Chicken Express needs to thoroughly train the employees to better serve the customers. Won't be coming back here for the a while.

2 tiny tiny chicken legs/2rolls and tea $10. Wish I could upload pictures. My rolls are bigger than the chicken legs!!!

Not impressed. Ordered the boneless buffalo wings and got overcooked dry boneless nuggets with no sauce. Ordered 2 meals (1 boneless wings and the other 2 piece fish) and the girl automatically upgraded both orders to 44 oz drinks. Then tried to tell us the 32 oz is what came with the meal. Had to show her the receipt where she charged us for the upgraded drinks. I ate 1 nugget that was so dry, I went up to ask for some buffalo sauce and I got offered ranch or gravy. I said gravy then they tried charging me a dollar for the gravy. I said to keep it. I was only able to eat 2 nuggets and then threw it in the trash. The mac and cheese was so runny that the cheese wouldnt stick to the noodles, ended up throwing it on the trash. The girls working were more excited about touching and hugging each other than they were in trying to help anyone. So not impressed with this location and prolly won't stop there again.
