Great food catered for a recent event.
Great food and breakfast
Good food, reasonable prices, and excellent service.
We stopped by this place today and best service from Avery and team. Pizza was great, food good and drinks amazing. Thank you for your hospitality! We’ll be back!!
Great small town eats. Had the philly steak & cheese. Highly recommend.
An awesome restaurant in Marble Rock! Did not know about this place but tried it for Mother’s Day weekend- we loved every bit of it. The food was hot and came out with good timing, salad bar was fresh and tasty, prices were great, and service was friendly. Had wings, shrimp, and Philly cheesesteak and all were good. Will be back!!
Pat's burger was good and the rum punch was fantastic!
Was there for breakfast with work colleagues for a meeting. Food was excellent, prices were reasonable! Glad we chose Pat's!
Great food, service and atmosphere. Pat's is a really clean and nostalgic for small town Iowa. Really good portions of food.
The food was super good, my only regret from ordering here is not asking for a jar of the Alfredo sauce and more bread sticks 100% better than Olive Gardens bread sticks and Alfredo sauce, and I say this whole heartedly
We highly recommend! Fast, friendly service - there were 3 employees that checked on us, so we definitely had great attention. We ordered a 16" special pizza (half taco, half philly), and had 4 adult beverages for only $35. We even took home almost half the pizza - don't tell the husband, but I'm claiming the leftovers. :)
Food was very good and delicious! Got the 10 piece traditional chicken wings and they were huge! BUT very filling! and awesome. Our waiter was avarie, she was very kind and ensured our food was out efficiently and warm! Bathroom was very clean, Love the new look they have put into this place! Pricing was very affordable as well, Only $34.00 with having the special last night which was ribs, as well as traditional 10 piece chicken wings! HIGHLY reccomend!
The buffet was almost gone and what was there was cold
Good. Food was good, Becca was pleasant and a good waitress. Bad. They ran out of daily special by noon. They really need to turn up the heat so customers can be comfortable eating. I estimate 60 degrees; so I won't revisit till spring. It was hard to enjoy my meal when your freezing in your coat, hat and gloves.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy. Did not taste right. Had kind of a sweet taste. Biscuit was very dry. I told waitress I didn't want it. And I ended up ordering a order of hash browns which were very good. When I got my bill. I was still charged for the biscuits and gravy.
Placed a to-go order and it was wrong — again. Ordered a 4-piece chicken meal that was supposed to come with a baked potato... no baked potato. Ordered a Reuben, and it came with no Thousand Island dressing. When we called in, the waitress tried to hang up before confirming the order — even after we asked multiple times for her to read it back, since it was a larger order. This isn’t the first issue we’ve had here, and at this point, it’s just frustrating. Between the missing items and lack of care over the phone, it feels like attention to detail and customer service are just not a priority. Update: While we understand that mistakes happen, some of this could have been avoided with better communication at the time of our order. If Thousand Island wasn't available, it would’ve been helpful to let us know when we ordered the Reuben so we could’ve made a different choice. Instead, we only found out when the food was picked up. As for the phone call—yes, we did end the call, but only after it became clear we weren’t going to get clear answers or a sincere effort to fix things. If you had genuine interest in making it right, reaching out yourselves (since you mentioned having our number) would’ve gone a long way. We weren’t looking for a handout or to stir up drama, but we felt it was more important to share our experience honestly than risk returning and being treated poorly—or worse. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve communication moving forward.
There were only two waitresses working, and the place was pretty empty, but it still took about 10 minutes for anyone to even notice us and take our drink order. When we finally ordered food, it took around 30 minutes to come out, which felt really long considering how slow the restaurant was. Most of the time, the staff seemed distracted, either on their phones or outside smoking. Other customers actually had to go find them just to pay their bills. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care. We ended up asking for our food to-go because it was getting dark and they were about to close. Sadly, this isn’t the first time we’ve had this kind of experience here. Really disappointing
