Wild Mariano Comense Reviews
The staff was friendly and super helpful. A lovely and friendly girl served us. The drinks were good! I recommend it for an evening with friends and great music.
We chose the place at random from those suggested by Google Maps, and what can I say? It was a great choice! The cocktail was excellent, and the unique atmosphere made you want to stay. The only downside was the sheer number of pizzas and focaccias to accompany the food. We can also vary the quality, and it will be top-notch! ☺️
Perfect evening at Wild! 🎉 We were here to celebrate our friend Barbara's birthday and couldn't have chosen a better place! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food excellent, and the service impeccable. A special thanks to Alessia, who was super helpful, attentive, and always smiling: she made the evening even more enjoyable and made us feel truly pampered. 💫 Congratulations to all the staff at Wild — we'll definitely be back! 🥂🍰
A very unique location, as are their aperitifs. The only downside is that they have two sittings, so if you go for aperitifs at 9:00 PM, they tell you you have to leave your table.
We had a truly positive experience at Wild di Mariano. The drinks were truly delicious, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The aperitivo was plentiful and varied, with perfect options even for a friend with lactose intolerance and a friend who's vegan—a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated. The value for money was excellent, and despite it being a busy Friday night, the service was fast, attentive, and meticulous. Special praise goes to the bartender, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful: he expertly answered all our questions and recommended cocktails tailored to our tastes. We'll definitely be back!
Super,super,super
VENUE: Spectacular, welcoming, spacious, comfortable, truly beautifully and elegantly decorated. COCKTAILS: Not at all ordinary, balanced, tasty, and beautiful to look at. FOOD: All you need to know is that the owner is the same as "Il Pizzaiolo" in Mariano, Giussano... there's nothing else to say, except that if you don't know what I'm talking about, go eat pizza there!!!! STAFF: Professional, polite, and always smiling, even at the entrance where you're greeted with a sense of security, super friendly!!! What more can I say? Try it and you'll see... there's something for everyone, from a €7 pizza slice to a €600 champagne. The entire place is truly beautiful, and the decor makes it unique. To you, dear Francesco, I want to congratulate you and wish you only the best; you deserve it!!! See you soon 😎💪
The place is very quiet with a relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and a wide variety of drinks to choose from.
A quaint location, good drinks and platters to enjoy... welcoming and helpful staff... Great music and a talented DJ... the heated outdoor space is charming, the only complaint... the inside was cold, we spent 4 hours drinking and eating, wearing jackets... it loses a star for the low temperature in the room but I recommend it...
A youthful and unique venue with a large dining room and a well-stocked central bar, plus two additional outdoor areas for smokers, not set up like Indian huts. A wide selection of cocktails and unique flavors that I highly recommend trying; I opted for a special violet one. The aperitif is generous, with unique and crunchy homemade chips and mouth-watering hot fried gnocchi. My only recommendation: the portion of gnocchi on the platter for four was a paltry one; I was disappointed; it was perfect with a few extra pieces, which never hurts. They also offer delicious-looking pizza slices and burgers. Next time, I'll try dessert too. I also enjoyed the background music; I was satisfied with the excellent choice.
The setting itself is very well-kept, but the seating (a small table on the walkway) was a bit cramped, and the aperitif was rather lacking.
Marco, Alessia, and Daniele are exceptional: friendly, helpful, efficient, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working in the venue, and for a party booked long ago, it was a truly significant inconvenience, undisclosed and discovered by accident. I had to bring fans from home to keep the guests from melting!
We had a company Christmas dinner at Wild, a lovely place to spend an evening with friends, but I don't think it's the perfect place for dinner. It took four hours to eat an appetizer, a main course, and dessert. Unfortunately, the wait was long and the prices weren't affordable for everyone. Dinner cost €40, including drinks. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance isn't very visible, but the place has a shared parking lot with other venues where you can park your car.
The drinks were good, the location was nice, but the service and reservation/waiting system needed a complete overhaul. The entrance, however, felt more like a nightclub (bodyguards in the queue) than a bar. After checking our green pass, we were told to wait 10 minutes (with a reservation), and after a 30-minute wait, we were seated. There was a further wait when ordering drinks. NB: First drink is €10. Alessandro
Greeted with arrogance, put out in the cold, expensive service, extremely slow, being a pub, I also expected some music, since I found it in the toilets and not where I'm drinking, I won't say anything else.
A terrible and completely dishonest experience. No one warned us about the mandatory €10 first drink: the waitress didn't, and we weren't told when we ordered. It was just written in small print on the menu, which we didn't notice, but such information should be clearly communicated to the customer, not hidden. The bill was absurd, to say the least; the prices listed on the menu weren't the real ones, disproportionate for what was offered; even a small bottle of water cost €10. To make matters worse, with the cold we're experiencing these days, the outdoor seating was practically unusable: no heaters, except for one that didn't heat anything. You end up paying high-end prices without getting adequate service or comfort. A place that relies on a lack of transparency, exorbitant prices, and zero customer service. I definitely won't be returning and I strongly advise against it.
I'd been to this place for an aperitivo years ago, since it wasn't that close and convenient for me. I returned tonight with two friends and our teenage children, remembering the abundance of the aperitivo and the originality of the location. Unfortunately, we didn't make it. The aperitivo for seven consisted of a few squares of pizza and focaccia and maybe a little else (which I didn't see because the place is very dark) and two bowls of chips from the bag. Of course, with the kids being hungry, we added two portions of chips, followed by two pinsa and a charcuterie board with four sciatt (not even one each!). Things change over the years, but I really remembered the aperitivo as being very different. Their excuse is "the menu may vary based on availability and seasonality of the products"... when these seasonal products could have easily been replaced with olives, or easily available snacks, for example... Or with more slices of pizza or focaccia... When I asked for an explanation and to apologize, they offered to offer us one of the two pinsas we ordered. Okay. Then we were brought an additional pinsa margherita, not requested, but, according to them, "offered". Too bad, however, that when we asked for the bill, we found ourselves with two pinsas to pay (we had agreed that we would only pay for one pinsa!), plus the second drinks at the price of the first (so all 10 euros, even the bottles of water!!) If it had legs... There was a mistake, and they corrected it, but to err is human, yes, to persevere, however, is diabolical!!!!! I'm still not convinced that the amount paid was correct, but, in order to leave without further issues, I didn't want the 4 euros change. The waitress's final comment? "They even left us a €4 tip!", said ironically? Surprise? Disgust? I don't care. Never again!
