This McDonald’s really depends on who’s working that day. Sometimes the food comes out great, but other times the burgers are soggy and the fries aren’t fresh. It’s hit or miss depending on the staff and timing.

Not ready to serveb advertised sandwich; the McRib. POS info was everywhere last week but no sandwich at two different stores. They told me to wait until Tuesday. I came in at 1130 and they were surprised and asked me to wait for 10 minutes. I did. Not very organized for the availability and launch of the product. Glad I waited but frustrated a bit. This tells me that I have to be more patient and ask about signage before ordering.

About a week ago, I visited this location. Since I waited for my food, I was expecting at least hot fries. However, when received my meal, it was barely warm. I literally started eating the second I left the window. I ordered chicken nuggets, fries, and a value burger. I didn’t have time to go back in and ask for it to be remade. I usually don’t have high expectations, but this experience felt like no effort was made at all.

if I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I bought a medium fry and a double cheeseburger the double cheeseburger burger was burnt, and the fries were cold and old when I asked for fresh fries, half of the container was dumped out and fresh fries was dumped on top of the old fries.

Worst McDonald’s in the metro Atlanta area. Evening shift staff should lose their jobs because of how incompetent and rude they are. They always forget items in our order (yes, multiple times) and they have the slower turnover than the corporate average. The franchisee needs to do something about who they hire.

But the smart McDonald’s employee told him “re-order and get in the line again”. You must be kidding me lol The he called a lady (skinny &tall) she was able to get the order. McDonald’s owner replied to my review asking for details. You don’t need any details, you have cameras around your restaurant, check the drive through line between 10:00 pm to 11:30 pm on 12/24/2025. And I AM NOT CONTACTING YOU/McDonald’s for any reason or details. Because, you are NOT GOING TO FIX IT, UNLESS YOU REPLACE THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF (EXCEPT THE SKINNY LONG LADY) with A PROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT CAN DO A FASTER AND MORE ACCURATE JOB.

It's shit, I never order a milkshake, I asked for a STRAWBERRY one, and it came from VANILLA, on top of that I called their number, and the idiots didn't answer. Terrible service, not the first time. On top of that, the potatoes came a lot.

3x in a matter of days, my order was screwed up. Ignoring the instructions on a simple order is simply unacceptable. No sugar is no sugar. Not only could you be harming someone with diabetes, in my case its exposing me to food im intolerant to.

Part of my order was a 6 count nugget and when I opened the nugget container all there was is some sort of disgusting mix of mayo and mustard sauce in the container.. no nuggets at all, just some sauce that looked like vomit, there’s no way that was not on purpose, it was disgusting.

After visiting this McDonald's, I wondered why. My order: Two McChickens: Why did ordering both McChickens with no mayo result in receiving extra mayo. Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese: Why was the meat old and dry. Large Fries: Why were the fries half full. Large Coke: Why was this so watered down. That is the simplest way I can summarize my visit and experience at this McDonald's. I hope yours will be better than mine.
