I had an amazing breakfast bagel at this place! Quality is great. Atmosphere of the joint is a bit so so but nothing to complain about. It could use some deco and music if you ask me :P

Stopped for breakfast here after a long flight! It was so good! I also got an iced latte... IT WAS STRONG ESPRESSO! LOVED IT. Literally the perfect pick me up breakfast place after an airport flight!

I ordered the nova lox and bagel on the jalapeño bagel. It comes with cream cheese, smoked salmon, red onion, capers and tomato on your choice of bagel. I recommend knowing what you want BEFORE you get to the counter. This is a busy spot with fast-paced ordering. Food comes out pretty fast!

As someone who dearly misses living in NYC and the NYC bagels… this spot is everything I need. The bagels are huge and easy to bite into! I recommend the sausage, egg, and american cheese on an egg bagel! The iced coffee is also delicious!

I think this place is great. I usually order the Hot pastrami they have, and every time I always end up wanting more. The staff are friendly, food is good, and they have some outdoor seating to enjoy your food outside.

My family’s favorite bagel spot in Marina!! The manager/owner is such a sweet person, he’s always friendly and attentive with my kids (and us too)! The bagels are fresh, soft and tasty. Menu is pretty decent with multiple meals to choose from (both hot and cold). We’ve been going here for several years and will keep coming back - see you soon!!

These bagels are so fresh, so delicious. If it’s a blueberry bagel, there are real, and big, blueberries in it, if it is plan, it is not dull. The people are very gracious and the environment is clean and hospitable. I drive 10 miles to get there.

Stopped in for my first time this past weekend and thought they were pretty good. It’s true that this is not my favorite bagel spot in LA but I live very close by to it so it’s conveniently located for me and it really hit the spot this past Sunday morning. They don’t really have indoor seating, and it’s not very large on the inside because it is more of a to go type of spot however it’s not quite as quick as some of the other bagel spots. They seemed to have less staff than some of the others, so that could be the cause. The menu is quite large and they have a lot of great bagel flavor options. It’s located in a shopping mall so there’s plenty of free parking attached and close by. The lady behind the counter was polite and there were a lot of other customers in there as well so it seems like it’s a popular place. My first visit I chose an Everything Bagel with cream cheese, avocado, and chorizo and enjoyed it. I wish the chorizo would’ve been spicier and had a little bit more flavor, but the other components were really good. The Everything Bagel was a little bit heavy on the sesame, but still I enjoyed it. We also tried one of the Garlic Bagels, and thought it was actually very nice. It was not overly garlicky but well balanced. I would give this place another try in the future and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Quite a long wait but as to be expected with the ordering line going all the way to the door! I subbed cheese for cream cheese and wow it was very messy so make sure to grab napkins if you do the same. The bagels themselves were very delicious but the sandwich wasn't anything special. I'll definitely be trying something else if I return

An absolutely passable bagel for the west coast. I was most impressed that they had salt bagels, and they’re generous with the lox. Certainly not the amount of cream cheese a New Yorker would expect, but I prefer a lighter hand so it was just right for me. Highly recommend a double toast if you want any color.

The staff play favorites.. Hot chicks get FREE cream cheese, while old men have to pay $2 for it.. Two kids run this operation for the owners right now. A hard working young woman makes the sandwiches, while a snarky and arrogant male takes your money..

Ordered a New York Bagel on everything bagel. Although they put a lot of lox, egg and cream cheese which I appreciated, so much so that its hard to bite into the bagel without spilling every time, the taste was more bland than my expectations after trying a Lox in NYC, I think no capers was a dealbreaker for me. Too overpriced for this quality. Service was friendly though!

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Checkout girl didn’t know what corned beef was when my husband asked and when he ordered she looked at him like the menu item he stated was made up. He repeated it three times to her. Additionally, it took 20 minutes for 4 bagels. We all 4 people stood waiting and they didn’t call our number then lied and said they did. We heard every number but ours and I’m glad I asked or we would never have gotten our food. It was cold by the time we got it. Mid bagels regardless, not anything to write home about. They need more seating. People outside sat and took up the only two tables for the whole time and they were already done eating when we arrived. There’s plenty of other bagel spots, won’t be back to this one.

I used to love stopping by but recently I went and got a bagel and it tasted like mildew (like they used a dirty washcloth to clean the knife). They take a while to get your food so I was already running late and couldn't go back to complain, it made me so nauseous so I tossed it and I've never been back again. I hope this isn't everyones experience.

Had been going to East Coast Bagels for 6 months to the point I am now a regular and they know my order. Unfortunately I had a piece of plastic found in my bagel one morning and I called up super professionally to save embarrassing their business in front of paying customers to the point a very helpful member of staff told me to bring the bagel back in. It was the managers who welcomed me and instantly recognized me to take the bagel and take it back in the kitchen to inspect it, to at which point he threw the bagel in the bin, came back out and told me he couldn’t see anything but was going to make me a new one. At this point I marched back and took the bagel out the bin and failed to find the plastic so they could see how large the piece was and they re assured they ‘Believed’ me and would replace. They didn’t even offer me a refund. They handled it extremely unprofessional and I will never be eating at this spot again. Regardless if a couple staff members are nice and the food is great. The management and respect to customers is not up to par. Well here is the photo I’m sure you didn’t miss this opening my bagel before throwing it all in the bin. 👍🏼

Never felt more nauseous! Ate half the bagel then 30 min later went back to finish it. Looked and it and noticed it was bluish. I later realized it was mold from the bagel! That was a $16 bagel!

It was my go to place until someone working there lied to my face. I ordered 3 egg and cheese bagels: they made them with bacon; mistakes happen. But instead of remaking them, the person lied to my face when i asked her if she just took the bacon off (bacon was on the counter). I watched her taking the bacon off and re-wrapping all 3 bagels while she was trying to cover it. Now, my issue is about trust and poor customer service. I don't care how good your product is if I can't trust you. Honestly, the manager reached out and was nice and polite, but she also tried to blame it on miscommunication and she offered to remake them with a refund. Once again, it is not about the $, it's about trust and respecting your customers.
