Fantastic local Mexican place that started as a humble food truck and was so popular they were able to expand into a restaurant. Authentic and just stellar flavor. Portions are huge and the price is not. We come here every time we visit friends in Kingsport. Go there. Right now. Really, you won't be disappointed.

Pretty nice place in rural tennessee. servers and waiters are very nice and patient. food is very solid. and they play some lovely mexican songs. highlight recommend!

Mediocre atmosphere, Food looked really good taste was bland, portion was good. We waited 2 or 3 times on things that we didn't get. Solid Mexican food but not Great Mexican food. The shrimp chip dip was the overall hit for us.

Great place to eat, my picture was taken after I took a few bites. We went on a Sunday after church and they only charged lunch prices. The restaurant itself is nice and inviting, the staff are friendly and prompt in their service. They start with big bowls of salsa and chips. We will eat here again. Coming from a local.

Average food. Basic prices in this economy. Service mediocre. Still not the best Mexican food around here.

Last year it was great , then one day it wasn't.. I keep trying to see if it has changed since I live nearby but unfortunately as of Jan 10 26 it's not so good .. I never knew bell peppers and white cheese go in a taco salad .Taco b just down the road guess we have to make the extra miles .. sorry loco pollo . Where did the cook go ?

Our waiter was pretty good, but food was not that good and the cantarito was not good at all. Wouldn't stop by again

We were sat and waited about 15 minutes or longer before our server came and he asked if we were ready to order without asking for our drinks first. After the food came, they didnt check on us again. I had to go to the front and wait until the server was off the phone to ask for refills for drinks. The next time we saw him, he gave us our checks. The checks had a "Hospitality Fee" and an 18% gratuity already added to them. The food was bland and the beans tasted bad.

I think its a little ridiculous that I paid 6 dollars for a cheese dip and got a half bag of chips so when I asked for more to eat with my salsa and 6 dollar cheese dip I had to pay for more. Be for real and do better. I said this is all I get is a half bag of chips for my salsa and cheese dip , they said yes, you can buy more. Ridiculous. And my cheese dip came in a little small container used for extra sides and not even full. And get all way back to hotel and np cutlery. DO BETTER!

FYI they do not have margaritas there 🤧 That food was okay but we have definitely had far better food at other Mexican restaurants. Two of the people in our group got dishes with chicken & steak... Both were sick the evening and the next day and we had just chicken and were fine. Considering we didn't eat anywhere else that day it's easy to narrow down the problem
