Ho fatto esperienza del loro ristorante. Struttura molto bella e caratteristica, "calda" ed accogliente. Immerso in una cornice naturale stupenda. Cibo molto buono, nel rispetto della tradizione locale. Porzioni adeguate. Attenti a chi ha esigenze di regimi alimentari particolari, quali ad esempio intolleranze alimentari. Personale gentile, disponibile, dimostrano professionalità.

In una posizione magnifica con una vista sui monti divina! Sei in montagna ma i piatti sono presentati come se fossi in un moderno ristorante milanese pur mantenendo i sapori della natura.

Noi siamo andati per un pranzo. Il posto è stupendo sia fuori che dentro. Fuori c'è un bel verde con divani da rilassarsi o fare colazione e aperitivo. Ci si può rilassare con lettini molto comodi. L'interno lascia a bocca aperta, i soffitti sono ad arco e in pietra. Gentilissimo il personale. Si mangia due antipasti, un primo scelto tra due, un secondo anche scelto tra due con due verdure e tre piccoli assaggi di dolci con caffè e piccola pasticceria. Vino a parte. Andateci se siete amanti di posti tranquilli e mangiare sano!!!

A fantastic dinner with select dishes, many vegetarian variations, and something different, not always the usual Piedmontese dishes. We met a very friendly host and chatted with him about the house, his love of wine, and his wife's excellent cooking. Perhaps it was an advantage that we lived in the same province and could converse in his native language. The restaurant itself is furnished with many antiques from bygone times. It creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent. The young staff were attentive, prompt, and friendly. We felt completely blessed for a few wonderful hours. We promise we'll be back!

A charming and unique restaurant in the Maira Valley. Impeccably clean and tidy. The interior decor, with attention to detail, is one of the restaurant's most appealing features. The wait staff is extremely friendly and well-trained. The dishes are generous, beautifully presented, and made with excellent ingredients; perhaps a little more flavor would elevate them to excellence. The prices aren't among the lowest, but considering the setting, they're reasonable. Outside, there's a lovely, well-kept garden with chairs and loungers, perfect for relaxing after your meal. P.S. And I forgot... a well-stocked list of excellent Italian wines. Recommended

A little gem where everything is in the right place and where they make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and cozy. Perfect dinners, with a wide selection of well-prepared dishes made with top-quality products, and an excellent breakfast. The staff was attentive, courteous, professional, and extremely kind. I forgot... the very well-stocked cellar. We were sad to leave; for the first time in 50 years of traveling the world, we found a place that inspires calm and serenity. It’s a little gem where everything seems to be in the right place, and they make you feel the same. We had a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Perfect dinner with a wide selection of different foods, well-prepared with excellent quality products. The same goes for breakfast. The staff was attentive, kind, and professional. I forgot the cellar... very well-equipped! We were sorry to leave; having traveled worldwide for 50 years, for the first time, we found a place that inspired peace and serenity.

Unfortunately, I only stayed one night. The rooms are very well appointed, in a mountain style with lots of wood. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. The only small drawback was that the buffet was very compact, and there was little room to move around. The products were varied and high-quality.

The best food we had in the Maira valley - by a large margin! The menu changed everyday based on produce availability, and each and every single plate was a delight: succulent pork ribs, juicy roasted veal or chicken cacciatore that fell off the bones, a hearty minestrone, mushroom or orzo soup, zingy trout salad, you name it. The contorni changed each day and there was always an abundant choice of antipasti and pasta dishes to complement the secondi. To boot, Marco bakes the best polenta bread to soak up all the sauces, olive oil and butter! Breakfast was also great, and the prepared lunch package with the two small sandwiches and homemade cake were the best to fuel our hiking adventures in the region. The staff is incredibly friendly, and made excellent negronis and spritzes at their bar - this place really hit all the buttons and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a restaurant for dinner or a place to stay several nights.

I went there for one night with friends on a tour along the Franco-Italian border. One night was way too short! Beautiful place in a cute village where they know how to attract tourists for sure...in a good way! The chalet is beautiful, nice grounds, amazing food, beautiful bedrooms. The breakfast room is rather small but you'll get over it :-) Everything is homemade and after a good start of the day with a full stomach, you can hit beautiful trails along the Occitan country.

Location stupenda, luogo tranquillo e rilassante con giardino estremamente curato con meravigliosi fiori e piante. Noi siamo stati un sabato a pranzo. All'esterno i tavoli sono disposti in modo da concedere ai vari ospiti privacy e tranquillità. Menù fisso e non proprio economico...ma il luogo è davvero incantevole.

Purtroppo servono il pranzo solo nel we, non nei giorni infrasettimanali, l'esterno è molto bello, è stata effettuata una bella ristrutturazione, anche la sala da pranzo che abbiamo potuto vedere è molto graziosa, ordinata e pulita. Nel prato antistante ci sono alcuni tavoli. Telefonate sempre prima di andare, evitate di fare come ho fatto io che non ho potuto pranzare. La locanda è immersa nella natura, godrete di silenzio e pace rigeneratrici
