Food is always very well prepared and the staff is top-notch.

Shout out to the chipotle team. I went to go pick up lunch for the lab staff and they did my order in less than 15 minutes. They hustled and were super friendly. Staff enjoyed the surprise from the Supervisor. Everyone has been working very hard during this COVID time, so a little lunch went a long way. Thank you everyone at chipotle.

This location is good. Clean, nice staff, good quality food, easy parking. It gets super busy because it's close to a bunch of offices, so be prepared to wait between 12-1pm.

love this location they are always super quick even when the line is long and their food isn't bad, ive been to other locations and salsa was all foamy because it went bad and they were still serving it to people. this location I saw them even testing the temperature to make sure the meat was still good which I had never seen any other chipotle do

This is the only Chipotle that actually gets my order right. I order a different sort of burrito and every other one has a problem with it, this one gets it right. It is usually pretty busy too but very good food.

The food was fresh and the serving size was adequate. I enjoyed the consistency of each spoonful. I recommend this Chipotle as a winner!

Amazing job!

i’m a local here in martinez and get chipotle very often a couple times a week. This is my go to location fresh, clean, good service, perfect portions. I always look forward to this location and appreciate all the employees hard work.

I really enjoy their Burrito Bowls! Did you know that they have a secret, vinaigrette dressing you can pour over your food? Ask about it and they'll give it to you for free. It gives your food a nice extra flavor and you'll never want to go without it ever again. ;)

The manager asked what was wrong, and how he could help me.I explained, that I was just waiting for someone. My sister arrived, and began to place her order. A young man, Luis, prepared her order. (We both, ordered bowls) There was no, sauteed bell pepper and onions. Luis stopped and grabbed a fresh tub of raw mix, from the refrigerator , and began to cook it for her. I was pleasantly surprised, I observed Luis, change his gloves! WOW! I appreciate his food handling safety! I told Luis, that he was doing a GREAT JOB! My experience with the manager, Luis, and the cashier, was excellent. *I had no intention on visiting Chipotle again, after terrible service, poor management, and filth, at the Pleasant Hill location. However, this Martinez location, has given me a change of heart. The icing on the cake, I received a substantial military discount!!🪖🇺🇸 I absolutely will return!👍

I really enjoy their Burrito Bowls! Did you know that they have a secret, vinaigrette dressing you can pour over your food? Ask about it and they'll give it to you for free. It gives your food a nice extra flavor and you'll never want to go without it ever again. ;)

Good healthy food options. Fast friendly service. Usually crowded for the most part clean. Nice outdoor seating.

Good food. Sometimes inconsistent with portion sizes but overall leave satisfied. Parking lot is tiny especially mid day when other businesses are open.

It's Chipotle. Good food, good portions, you can order online and pick up without waiting in line. What's not to like? (Aside from the "you might get sick and die" thing).

Okay burritos for the go. However it may be pricey for some. If you are looking for authentic and cheaper I would highly suggest Todos Santos Plza in Concord. There are a bunch of Mexican / Latin restaurants there.

website would not take payment, had to enter several payment options before it accepted the order, then the order was not even started when we showed up on the scheduled time for pickup. It took 20-30 minutes from the time we arrived until we walked out with our order (3 items).

I would give it a five star but but between 9 an 10pm there sold out of everything they start closing up early 45 min till is way to early

I had the vegetarian burrito and it was delicious. The service was fine and the wait time was fantastic.The portions were huge so bring an appetite. The place was not very clean, counters, floor and restroom could all use a power wash.

So stupid that they charge extra for mediocre tortilla chips, but the food is good especially since you can customize it anyway you want. It’s all about the shredded beef!

Chips tasted days old. Very stale. Chicken taco was good but the chips cost more and were quickly thrown in the trash.

The Fajitas were completely raw, with massive hunks of onion (see photo) that completely ruined my burrito bowl. The guac was also incredibly chunky, with large chunks of avocado that clearly was not mixed well. This made for an incredibly unappetizing meal. I've never experienced this at a Chipotle before and will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.

They always have a ton of people doing what looks like pointless tasks and only 1 person working the line. Seems like they raised their prices my burrito bowl was 15$, should not have to pay 3 dollars for guac!

Rice was not cooked all the way. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Take the short drive to the one in Concord it is much better!!!

Why is my food consistently cold? Why do the people who work at Chipotle act as if they couldn't care less? Why do I waste money at this place? I'm never going back. I recommend others skip this place.

Horrible place to eat. DONT bring your children here. All the workers do is cus and joke around . The tall guy cooking my chicken picked his butt and flipped my chicken with the same hand! What is that!!!! I will never goto another chipotle agian COMPLETELY dissatisfied with the food and service

Just got home with my food and what a disappointment. Smallest portions ever. Burrito is slightly larger than my credit card and the same size as iPhone 8, without the corners. Burrito bowl is pathetic and maybe not quite half full. Not returning here even though my local restaurant. I usually tip but no tip when they can’t give a worthy meal.

I was charged 40 dollars for a kids meal. The worker had me tap my credit card twice because “it didn’t go through” and did not provide me a receipt. I thought nothing of it and went to eat my food. Later in the day I check my recent charges and it says I spent $6.50 and then another $32 at this Chipotle.

Just picked up an order off their app, ordered extra steak and got a bowl with maybe 3/4s of a regular serving as well as maybe 1/4 of everything else. This location is scamming people. Its insane to me to be paying for extra condiments, steak queso etc and receiving this low of a quantity.

This place is run by mostly kids. Our order was all wrong. Both plate the rice was raw, non edible. I guess if you flirt with them you get more food/meat. Not a good spot.

Last night I ordered 2 chicken burritos, the worst I have ever eaten. They weren't chicken, I didn't ask for it to be spicy and one was, the tortilla was super hard that you couldn't even bite, it was cold and lacked ingredients. I think they didn't follow the steps to get it right because the order was ordered by DoorDash

I walked in HAPPY thinking about the salad I was gonna order. I walked out disappointed. The salad lettuce was extremely withered and had turned brown. Basically old lettuce. I told the guy that I wanted a salad and expressed that the lettuce didn't look like it was any good. I asked if that was all the lettuce they had. Without hesitation he replied, "Yeah." I walked out. He didn't offer to switch out the rotten lettuce. So, they'll be serving brown lettuce for the night. No thank you.
