I wouldn’t feed my dog item from this Churches! The food is always old like it set up 3 days. Chicken stink and stale like old grease! Just horrible. I thought they were having a bad day but after going back I’ve realized it’s just a bad location!!!

Terrible… l ordered a 4 piece Breast, Wing, Thigh and leg, but I got a Thigh, Wing, and 2 Legs. The Chicken was terrible fried too hard and cold plus the mash potatoes taste like the cup

These people don’t pay attention worth anything I came here. I ordered two peppers. They only put one in the box. They constantly do this all the time and this restaurant is trash.

The chicken had no flavor at all. I mean none. Mash potatoes were good though. And biscuits.. staff was very nice.. just need some flavor

I stopped around 7:48 to buy, doors were closed even though sign said open and door had signs that lobby closed at 10. I was going to drive away until I saw someone pull up through drive thru. I was told that they close the doors by 7 pm due to homeless. When I paid for my food, was told to drive to the front and food would be taken out. Food was on the counter waiting for biscuits and got food around 8:02 pm, almost 15minutes after.

I don't even want to give this place a one star. I just brought some clients through they fought $45 worth of food and I bought $5 worth of food that's a combined two orders of $50 and they not only through my sandwich in the large order even though it was a separate order grease everywhere all over the bag all over the sandwich they could have done better they need to do better and then they weren't even like couldn't even acknowledge if they were wrong. They were defending themselves after spending $50. Do not go to this place stay away from this restaurant the employees are trash. I took two bites of the chicken sandwich went in the restroom through that in the trash wash my hands because of all the sticky nasty stuff on the wrapper of the sandwich that they put in the other bag. It's just ridiculous and they should have really done better. Customer service 0 value of money maybe two out of 10

Absolutely Terrible Experience I had one of the worst fast food experiences at this Church’s Chicken location. First of all, the food and biscuits had no flavor whatsoever. Totally bland and disappointing. The service was even worse. The older Hispanic lady taking my order was more focused on having a full-blown conversation with another employee than helping me. I kept saying “hello” multiple times, and she just ignored me while chatting away. Extremely unprofessional. She told me they were out of biscuits after charging me for them and said I could get them “next time” – seriously? I asked how long it would take for fresh biscuits, and she said five minutes. I waited in my car for ten, then went inside to check, only to be told she had forgotten about me. Also, the parking lot entrance is a mess – it’s so steep that your car will scrape just trying to get in. Between the flavorless food, poor service, and bad layout, this was a total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Got charged an arm and a leg for greasy dry chicken. There was a little girl maybe 5-6 years old that kept climbing the counter and going into where the food is. Service was trash. Highly disappointed.

1Went to drive thru the speaker wasn’t working waited too long I finally drove to the window then a lady said sorry the speaker isn’t working ! I ordered A 10 piece chicken but when I took a bite it was burnt and tasteless! And I Was given 3 very tiny legs ! And the thighs were huge! Totally horrible experience never ever will I come to this location!!

Several layers of wrong l try to keep it short. 1) took forever to answer the speaker 2) I had to repeat my name several times and then spell it out for Carmen 3) I ordered spicy chicken, I got regular 4) I ordered a LARGE mashed potatoes, I got the small so good bye $2 5) CARMEN had a really bad attitude because she doesn’t have the ability to listen and clearly cannot read either. It would be more passable if it was a busy drive thru but it was me and one other car. Work ethic is absolute garbage. I KNOW that small container isn’t worth $4.99.

I grabbed my lunch here , this place is a mess... only homeless people is here , I understand it's very hot out side , but as a customer stand point if they are eating in that place is ok , but roaming around... affecting rest of the customers... bathe room is really filthy no soap to wash the hands .... Food ... I order #1 menu... with 2 piece of chicken... looks nice , taste really bad used spoiled oil to cook... very disappointing....
