The best brandy fried chicken and chicken chow mein I have ever ate in my life... Delicious 😋
This place was definitely worth it. Wasn’t greasy. Great service. Perfect!! Thank u ❤️
The Dragon Inn id a hidden historic gem—simple on the outside but warm and inviting inside, with a saloon-style ambience perfect for groups. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere feels like home, and the servings are generous and delicious. I had a great time and highly recommend visiting. Bring your appetite!
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, served fresh, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. My order came out very quickly, yet everything tasted like it was made with care. The customer service was outstanding — our server was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, and I especially love the private booth setup that makes the experience feel more intimate and relaxing. This place is truly a hidden gem with plenty of parking and a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a great overall experience.
If you want some greasy authentic Chinese with some amazing leftovers for the week, go here
Mongolian beef is delicious, hot and sour soup is on point, also ordered the garlic pork. Local gem 💎 going back tomorrow for the peking spareribs and the honey walnut shrimp 🍤
Consistently amazing food! The walnut shrimp and egg rolls are out of this world - BEST in the universe! BEST tea I have ever had! You will NOT be disappointed in the quality!
I had not been to this restaurant in a few years. I just don't pass by this location and it was out of sight, out of mind. But came here a few weeks ago and was really impressed with the food and service. Prices are reasonable especially the dinners for two. Have been back about two or three more times since. Even thought the original owners have retired, the new owner has kept the same recipes and everything tastes great.
I ordered the $35 special family dinner for two. The filling of the cheese wonton was good. All of the entrees tasted good, good portions. Desert was a banana fritter and vanilla ice cream. Clean hardwood floors, clean booths. Staff was friendly. Two clean single unisex bathrooms with baby changing station.
We love this place. Classic old style Chinese restaurant. Quiet no music. Our favorites are the Honey Walnut Shrimp and the birds nest. We also enjoy their pork buns. The shrimp always has a great flavor. Definitely recommend dine in to takeout. Service is always much better that way. We take our kids and they have been very nice about it. Don't just assume they know what you want. Straight up ask if you want more water a box of leftovers ect.
Very good food .quick service wish they had more selection of drinks there was nothing caffien free .when we first went in the lady behind the counter said 3 of you table or bouth we said booth.we set down were she said she give us 2 menues 2waters 2 plates.little puzzles but ok then the waitress comes and says ohh there are 3 of you any way I got Crispy duck was very tender but had a wired flavor mabey cooked in peanut oil just not my flavor every one Easley injoyed it .tho.mom had a bird's-nest it was very good my wife had a calmarie was also good thank you dragon inn I will be back
This was my first time here and I ordered for takeout. Really good costumer service and the food wasn't bad either. I got wor wonton soup,BBQ pork, and salt and pepper short ribs. Can't wait to go back and try more. I think I'll try sitting in the next time
Nice service and hostess. Good beer. Non-spicy spice dishes. Mostly tasted like warm up pre-cooked food. Super salty spice dip. Not freshly cooked anything.
The food was okay, the service…not so much. The lady that greets you (the lady with grey hair) was rude from the start. She grabs menus, places them on the table and says , “Here.” I thanked her still. When she came to our table (I was here with my boyfriend) she asked if we were ready to order, and I asked about one their tofu dishes, she became a little snippy and condescending. My boyfriend noticed that she didn’t have the warmest energy. I noticed how kind and peppy she was with the other folks that were here. When we left, she didn’t say anything like she did with the other patrons. I’m not trying to come off as entitled (and I felt that I was respectful and kind to her), but if you want folks to return, you may want to be a little more friendly. Maybe she doesn’t want us to come back. 🤷🏽♀️Some who may come across this review might say that that wasn’t their experience, to which I say, “Fair enough.” The waitress that took care of us was pleasant enough. I’m just going to stick with Lee’s Canton. I’ve always enjoyed their food and the service is better. The food here isn’t stellar enough to make up for the mediocre service.
Ordered the 3 meat over rice and it is just white rice with nasty meat and some kind of gravy..its terribe idk how this place has 4 stars
I have no idea how this place has 4 stars. I just ordered for the first time and it is absolutely disgusting. I barely got any chicken in the chicken and broccoli. And whatever chicken I got is rubbery. The potstickers are made out of what looks like cornbread gooey batter- they are not crunchy AT ALL and they taste terrible. I am going to try and dispute the charge for this because this was not at all worth $25. Very very poor quality. I am honestly not sure if I should even eat it because I don’t want to get sick.
I’d definitely give no stars if I could. The food was absolutely disgusting. I sweet and sour pork was really hard and tasted really old same thing with the chicken fried rice. The chicken corn soup tasted like straight Worcestershire sauce. The walnut shrimp was probably the only thing that was edible and I couldn’t even eat it cuz I’m allergic to shrimp but my family enjoyed it. The only thing that was good was the white rice and even that looked a couple days old. Lastly and grossest of all the shrimp Chomein was a total joke it was crusted over on the top and looked like it’d been sitting under a heat lamp for a week. I’ve never been more disappointed with the food and service of a place. I’m totally grossed out and will never be here again and would never recommend to my wordt
