So I went today to get their special the triple combo and a double combo I have not ate a thing since this morning because I have been running around doing my errands so I stopped to grab lunch at Jack in The box and this was about almost 1:00 p.m. I get to my parents house and I start checking the hamburgers because it did not show which was a triple and which was the double , to begin with there was hardly a leaf of lettuce even though it says on there it comes with lettuce ,,paid extra for tomatoes and onions and the double I had asked for my mom was a single that made me really upset when I got to my parents house in Olivehurst,, so I thought call them which I did three times nobody picked up the phone, with all this traffic on the bridge there was no way I was going to go back there but they really need to check what they're doing before they put people's orders in the bags that is very important that they revise that so the picture that I'm showing that was my hamburger that was supposed to be a triple not a double! I typically don’t make reviews but I’ve been having a bad craving for Jack in the box. I used to work for Jack in the box as AM so I understand how stressful and busy it can be. But literally got no added buttermilk sauce to my spicy chicken and got no cheese on my even though I ordered it. Also they gave us no taco sauce. I will give it to them that they didn’t include tomato or mayo like I requested and they were relatively quick.

This store is always so slow and incorrect. They make you park out front to rush you through the drive through and still end up getting your order wrong. Just went there again but this time I ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes and when I finally got to the window they did not answer the window for 10 minutes and I seen my order sitting on the counter just getting cold. They finally answered the window with my order in hand and handed it to me with attitude and then I leave and check the food and it was completely cold! Never going back to this store

There is a hiring sign on the window but the drive thru window employee said the manager wont hire anyone, they are out of cheese, hot sauce packets, sourdough bread, and I could go on, employee at the window was as nice as she could be but the manager was beyond rude

Their dining room stays open till 10pm according to their sign. I went inside as drive thru was packed and cars were parked. He denied me ordering inside and told me I had to go to drive thru at 7pm. I never have a good experience here you know it’s unprofessional when employees answer the drive thru with “jack and the crack what can I get you” -that’s did not happen yesterday but in the past. Looks like I’ll be driving across the bridge to Colusa jack and the box.

Slow to get orders done, food most likely to come out wrong, they make too many cars park in the front at once, and they tried to charged me for the wrong order after telling them my name 3 times. Very likely the workers are high during the shifts past 11pm

Had to wait 30 minutes in line to get my food. Once it was my turn I was there for another ten minutes, only for them to try to give me someone else's order. Then after a little bit longer I got my food only for them to get it wrong, forcing me to wait even longer. Even after they fixed it they STILL got it wrong. Won't be coming back here

They are slower than a sloth. They make you park in front because they’re being timed. They never have but two employees working at any given time. The only plus is you can order a milkshake at 2am and actually get it. The food is cold 90% of the time. Their fries taste like they cook them in the microwave. None of the “cooks” can read or they just don’t care about any special requests. Just a horrible experience every time I go there. I do not recommend this jack in the box.

On Dec-25 they had a Santa 🎅🏽 who was packing fries with both bare hands so wouldn’t spill and taking order and touching the money during my 30 minute wait two costumers complained about receiving their orders wrong, and people with online orders were just waiting Employees kept cheat chatting with one another and trying to figure out their orders 🫠 The chubby white lady with a bun on her hair was speaking roughly to clients even a little girls who was picking up an order They had a bunch of orders ready but nobody was packing Nobody wanted to acknowledge costumers question about orders they just replied “I do t know mam I’m just going off based on the screen” The cheese on my burger was cold and not melted it could easily break

Food was disgusting egg rolls were burnt fries were half full and were supposed to be curly but as you can see they were regular all of our 6 tacos we broken. None of our sour sour Jack's were butterd when they where toasted then we got your new special sandwich on sourdough with the onion ring and bbq sauce on it but you were out of onion ring and the sandwich was torn to pieces as you can see....and then your store was out of all dark soda onion rings ranch and milk shakes taco sauce apparently taco packaging becouse my becouse were put in fajita bags 2 at a time... and then you drive thru person was putting his fingers ing my drink cup spilled stuff all over my cup and gave it to me dripping wet.....I worked for this Jack in the box before I know things get busy but it was not busy at this time I tried to call the phone was off the hook
