Bake A Bagel Maspeth Reviews
Pastrami was tasty and the service was great. Guy behind the counter was friendly and quick!
They are amazing ! Make everything fresh and make you feel welcome and that’s what I love the hospitality and amazing service from eleni
I have ordered here many times at work. Always friendly service and the bagels, sandwiches are out of this world!
Place is small but clean The two guys in front had real good chemistry working with each other Food was good Would definitely repeat
super delicious bagel, and i am in LOVE with their brownies!! only thing is its kind of loud otherwise no complaints :)
I’ve been coming here since they first opened back in 2018. Fast forward to now, they are our only bagel shop and the only place I would trust with my coffee. They are a family owned business and treat you like family. The bagels and spreads are perfect, they have a large variety of flavors, all of which are super tasty. Bake A Bagel is the best bagel shop of all time, hands down.
The best bagels around. The specialty bagels are amazing. My favorite is the garlic knot bagel ! Yum. Great people and service always friendly.
Amazingly tasty bagel sandwich. I got a sausage egg and cheese. Staff was super friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in for my first time. They are open super early in the morning too which is great for an early bird like me. I recommend everyone gives this place a try.
I had to change a tire close by and i got really hungry, we were just heading to the Dunkin near by, and thiss place save our lives!!!, what an amazing breakfast place the bagels are just amazing, i had the Fresh Toast Bagel which was surprinsingly good and this business is family-based which makes a pretty welcoming space i wish i lived closer to this place, keep it up guys!!☺️😁
I arrived at a school early and wanted something quick to eat. There was a local Dunkin' Donuts right across the street from this place but I wanted to support locally owned businesses. I did not regret coming here. The guys behind the counter were warm and friendly (and funny at times as I noted their interaction with other customers). I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel. The coffee was the best I've ever tasted! No joke! I dined in and when I was finished, I wasn't rushed out. I will come back here again!
I visited Bake a Bagel recently and was pleasantly surprised! The bagels were fresh and delicious, and the cream cheese was amazing. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. An added bonus is that you only need to spend $10 to use a credit card without a fee. Overall, I had a great experience at Bake a Bagel and would highly recommend it.
From the moment I walked in the place smelled amazing. Not only the smell of baked goods was in the air but the coffee too. I could hear the staff take care of some regulars and strangers and you could tell they were genuinely taking care of them and they were also efficiently communicating to get everyone in and out. My almond milk iced coffee was incredible and my egg sandwich was fresh, crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Love it. I was just visiting a friend but I might come back to this area just for this place! Leave a like or follow me if this was helpful. Check back for updates and new reviews of places around town.
I almost never go out of my way to write a bad review so this is pretty telling. I got a bagel when I asked for extra butter, he didn't give me more than a little bit so I kindly asked for a little bit more and when I got back in my car opened up the bagel to break off some pieces for my toddler to eat as well I noticed what look like a beard hair, it's clearly margarine and upon further inspection I ended up just scraping off all the margarine cuz we are hungry and still wanted to make the best of the situation and I actually still found like Lint looking light gray hair and then like a white hair that looks like it's from like fabric or something. I can't believe how disgusting this is.
I ran here this morning in search of a solid b.e.c near me and open at 6am. Never been or heard of. My absolute GO TO is Brooklyn bagel and coffee. I will now stick with my go to from here on out— this isn’t to say this is a bad last minute bagel shop. Over all I had a good experience here. Though, the guy taking my order did not ask for specifics on my bacon egg and cheese. No “how do you want your eggs cooked, what type of cheese” etc. I do prefer soft scrambled. But it was too late to mention as he was already on the griddle. I appreciated the hastiness. Now, the bagel was a bit small, though the flavors were 10/10 of the sandwich. Absolutely great. BUT would I pay 9.50 for a bacon egg and cheese plus a bare everything bagel? Never again. I’m so sad I did. This store has a $10 credit card minimum. The reviews and google menu indicated $5.00 for a sandwich with egg and cheese. Come to find bacon is $2.00 extra. And at that. You need to meet a price minimum. Only 45% of adults under 50 carries cash on them at a given time. Newsflash, we are in a digital world. The consumer should not be held responsible for business fees. Now, I get that you have a fee to pay, but apparently you (didn’t have to pay it or did you) charging me $9.50 instead of $10 isn’t doing me a favor; this is absolutely crazy. I feel ashamed to pay so much for a breakfast sandwich and I honestly should have just went with Mac Donald’s or Brooklyn bagel where I could have gotten wayyy more for my money and an enjoyable experience. Again, ok if ur in a crunch and have cash on you but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this.
