The two ladies working today were very sweet and attentive. They had their hands full and it took a few minutes to get my drink, (There were only 2 working afterall) but I got it and it was delicious!!! Their customer service is splendid, such nice people! My boyfriend and I always enjoy stopping in :)

Had never been in this location before today. Was with a friend who had to drop something off to an employee there. I know a small bit of the history and I'm so excited to see what the new management brings to the table. Because I was not a customer by definition, I chose not to rate or review the food. I will be doing so in the future. As for service, again, I was not being 'served' but I observed the team members as they served their patrons. They appear to work well together, the store is clean, bright and the aromas from the 3 stores (Dunkin, KFC & Subway) were aaaamazing😋
Stopped in for a couple of iced coffees on 9/6/22 at around 11 am. It was prior to the parade that was about to start on Main Street. There were two workers inside, whom I need to take my hat off to. They were dealing with a line of customers out to the door, along with drive through orders that were non-stop; not to mention mobile orders! Apparently they had 3 workers call in , but they were both courteous, efficient, and soo apologetic to each and every customer waited on there in my presence. I wish i could have remembered their names; hoping by the date and time provided, this can be determined, so that this company can see what valuable staff members they have in these two individuals. Great example of great service that did not go unnoticed!

DD is good. At times a little wait but I've never been let down. I love the green iced tea with honey and a shot of coconut and raspberry in it. The service there is great. The workers are always nice to me.
Order was correct, wait time was excessive. However the woman at the window was super friendly and efficient. You could tell she was having a s##t day but was being nice despite that fact. Kudos to her.
Prices keep going up. Some days you can sit in drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes. Mostly the staff is very friendly. And they have never made a mistake on my orders.
I love dunkin!! However , of course I do wish they had more of a variety of like sugar free creamers or vegan donuts .

The majority of the workers are great besides one older, and one younger gentleman, who work the window, that demonstrates they’d rather be doing anything else than that. Mary is amazing!
This is my go to coffee place. For the most part I am usually satisfied with orders, and recieve them correctly. However on several occasions food orders will be rushed and I have gotten bagel minis or sandwiches cold/not fully heated.

Super busy, had several workers but only one on register. She wasn’t able to fix problem with gift card purchase so she got the manager, Lance. He was a delight *sarcasm* Huffed and puffed and literally pushed the girl out of the way. I felt bad for the young cashier. He wasn’t very professional and appeared that he was miserable.
Almost always screw up my order unfortunately. The waitstaff are all very polite but there must be some kind of strangeness going on behind the scenes. We order at work all the time but very rarely do we all get what we ordered.
Not as good as it originally was. I miss the original recipe of their 🍩.. I miss having a good selection too. Before closing the store should do 1/2 price sale on leftovers .
They always run out of many kinds of doughnuts real early . Really need to have more available. Asked for certain I es and they were out if every kind I asked for

Slow service, 15-20 minutes for a drink. Twice now, this location has run out of coffee.
When I was greeted at the drive thru window, I asked if they take Apple Pay. The lady’s response was, “Ummm yeah, but I am not near my register.” To which I replied, “Oh, I will pay when I get up there.” She said, “Ma’am, would you please be patient. I’m getting to you.” A few seconds later, she said, “Ok, so 2 lattes with…” I was confused, so I said, “I haven’t ordered yet.” To this, she curtly replied, “Ma’am, you need to be patient. There are 6 customers ahead of you who I need to help.” I felt like I was in the twilight zone. When I got up to the window, I asked her if she was the person I spoke with. She said she was. I asked her name and she said, “My name is Janice and I am the manager here.” I told her that I wasn’t being impatient or rude but that she was rude to me. She just argued against this and went to hand me someone else’s order. When she finally handed me my hot coffees, they were barely warm. I will not be going back to this Dunkin again.
I waited 30 freaking minutes for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. They made my coffee iced and was suppose to be hot and when I said something I got eyes rolled at me and a big huff of their breath. Then 20 min later when I brought up I hadn't received my sandwich they the lady sat there and told I had already got it and literally argued with me about it. I asked for a manager so I could discuss with them and they said their wasn't one available and low and behold my sandwich appeared. Needless to say I won't be back ever. I know one person not returning will not make a difference but I will get this out there so people can make their decision. Thanks for nothing

My friend and I went through the drive thru. We ordered a large iced coffee 4 cream, and a large vanilla iced coffee 4 cream and 4 liquid sugar. We were handed the coffees and we asked which coffee was which. To which the female associate rudely responded with an attitude "They're labeled" and fastly closed the window. Well both coffees had no sugar and we got the female associate's attention. When we asked if she could add the liquid sugar to the coffee, we were glared at. The woman closed the window and then went up to the other female associate and then they both turned and stared at my friend and I. Terrible customer service.
"Jodi" (if that is her real name) was yelling and cussing at employees in front of customers. Incredibly awkward and unprofessional. Will not return to this location again.
No stars drive threw line around the building I went inside 1 was the only one in their waited over 10 minutes before I got waited on then a nother 5 waiting for 1 coffee and 2 muffins then she told me she didn't have any Chang new help is useless

10/5/25 - you ask for less ice and you get this. They said they can’t fill it up all the way. Guess what, Tim Hortons is up the road so I’ll be going there and telling all my friends about this in social media.

This has got to be the WORST Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Most of the staff is rude and ignore you and they never get my drink order right, ever, then when you ask for what you actually ordered they look at you like you're crazy and you're at fault. The last thing is the drive through. there will be 1 person in line and it's at least a 5 minute wait for anyone to acknowledge you at the speaker. The only reason I go back is because it's the only one in town and I know that's the only way this place stays in business.
I’m super chill, and low maintenance. But every time I come to this particular location I regret it. I can sometimes wait 20+ minutes for a black coffee. The workers generally don’t seem to care and everyone moves painfully slow. Luckily for me this time there is what appears to be a high school girl working and carrying everyone else. I’m writing this while in line. After already having stood here long enough that I used the mobile app to order and moved to the waiting line
Terrible experience today, I am a regular I am there everyday. A worker lied to the police and said we hit the car infront of us. There wasn’t even a worker in the window, and we didn’t hit the car infront of us. Now I will go out of my way to go to Tim hortons instead. I hope this worker is held accountable, we will definitely push the issue to court, and I will make sure what happened is known around town and what type of people management allows to work there.
Honestly I just had such a rude experience. This cashiers name was janice, I went through the drive through and asked got asked if I had a mobile order I responded with no and started my order and I got cut off and told there were multiple people and needed to be patient, I honestly though they were ready for my order when they asked me if i had a mobile order. I ordered a dozen donuts asked them to be kid friendly whixh every other dunkin always made sure thwre wasnt any plain etc. I got told that they dont do that unkess im spacefic. I ordered and assorted and asked,if they could just have icing. I didnt get a single donut that was iced. My coffee tasted like shit and this dunkin sucks

Went here today to order a Carmel latte asked to replace milk with creamer.which if you are going to run a legit coffee shop is called a breve. I have ordered it a million times at other DDs but I was told nope we can't do that ....OK then charge me extra nope we don't do that. Training needs to be done there.
Waited 10 minutes at order counter, not one of the four employees working acknowledged me or the lady that came in behind me. There were no other customers at the counter. After 10 minutes left and went to Tim Hortons. Oh also there were flies in the donut case.
