He ido ya varias veces para comidas de empresa y siempre he salido muy contento, tienen menús que van cambiando y platos que no sueles comer en casa y todo riquísimo

¿Qué decir del Sangiovese? El mejor restaurante de Mataró, sin duda alguna. Platos elaborados y variados, sean de carta o menú. Combina tradición, innovación y un punch culinario que se traduce en una gran contribución para la oferta gastronómica de mi ciudad, Mataró. Para ir y volver.

Pedimos el menú degustación Festival y fué increible ... nos sorprendió gratamente la delicadeza de la presentación y la fusión de sabores del menú. Repetiremos seguro.

Sangiovese was amazing! The ambiance was nice, and I liked how the restaurant was tucked away in a less touristy spot. We tried the “summer nights” menu. I really liked the gazpacho. Its texture was perfect—not too thick and not too watery. The wine was delicious. It was sweet and smooth and had a cotton candy aftertaste. The croquettes were delicious. They were super crispy on the outside and warm and cheesy on the inside. The contrast was nice. The cheesy filling also had some spinach in it. The lettuce tacos were nice and light. I liked how crispy the lettuce was. The mussels were soft, and the cream had a nice kick to it. The salad was refreshing, and the sardines were flavorful. The tortilla was delicious; I loved the mushrooms that were in the tortilla. The meat was really soft; I easily bit into it. The BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet. The meat was also cooked perfectly. The food was not heavy at all. I enjoyed my time here!

Been to this restaurant on a Wednesday evening. Had the taster menu. Food is nouvelle cuisine. Although the portions could have been just a little bigger, everything was tasty, light and very clean. The waiters didn't speak any English but they were very polite. Go on a day when you're looking for quality rather than quantity. It was a big pleasure to eat at sangiovese. I'd rate it's price/performance ratio as reasonable.

Lugar elegante con servicio atento y agradable. La proporción de las raciones algo justas pero correctas y todo en su punto. Acceso bueno, ya que disponen de ascensor para la primera planta. Lo único difícil es aparcar gratis, pero es lo que tiene la zona centro de Mataró.

Hemos pedido el menú de degustación, no se puede decir que esté malo. Algunos platos tenían su magia, pero otros muy planos. Nos ha parecido poca cantidad. El vino sugerido estaba bueno. El restaurante muy bonito.

Haute cuisine, but too expensive for what you get served. 2nd visit: staff overloaded and not particularly skilled. Food alright but still overpriced. Brownie with ice cream is in reality a mousse with a tiny tiny scoop kid vanilla ice. 3rd visit: very good food, can really recommend the Tomates del Maresme course menu. Correcting from 2 to 4 stars.

Fuimos cuatro personas a comer el menú Festival. Es una bonita experiencia gastronómica. Te hacen quedar bien cuando viene familia a visitarte de lejos. Me quedé con hambre, aunque esto es más cosa mía que como demasiado. Les quito una estrella porque el nivel de los camareros era demasiado dispar. A la hora de explicar los platos, alguno se hacía excelentemente, dando ganas de comentarlo en la mesa, pero otro se limitaba a decir el nombre del plato rápidamente. Les quito otra estrella por el precio del pan. Nos salió a 75€ por cabeza y los pagué encantado, pero que me cobren 1€ por un pan que no he pedido, me molesta.

Teníamos muchas esperanzas en su restaurante pero acabamos decepcionados. El hombre que nos dio la bienvenida es un gran profesional pero no así los dos camareros (chico y chica) que nos sirvieron la mesa. La chica al servir el agua cogió el vaso con su mano como si estuviera sirviendo agua en su casa. Eso nos sorprendió desagradablemente. Elegimos hacer el menú que se comparte al ser horario nocturno y creo que nos equivocamos. Nos trajeron un aperitivo cortesía de la casa (estaba bueno) pero la sorpresa surgió al ver que el producto estaba servido en un plato de Nespresso ( creo que no es de recibo en un restaurante que se las quiere dar de cierta categoría) Nos trajeron dos croquetas, dos castañas y un crunch. El Crunch se notaba que estaba hecho hace unas horas puesto que estaba muy duro y difícil de masticar. Preguntamos al chico que era lo que llevaba el crunch y tuvo que venir otros camarero a darnos la explicación: creo que mínimo has de saber los ingredientes principales que lleva un plato de un menú degustación. La ensalada venía en una hoja de lechuga que no era práctica. Hubo dos platos que estuvieron a la altura: los calamares y el brioche. Todos estos aspectos se lo comentamos a la persona que nos dio la bienvenida al local y nos dio una serie de explicaciones que no nos convenció pero que entendimos y agradecimos. Le preguntamos si tenían acuerdo con algún parking y nos indicó uno que es diferente al que aparece en la página web del restaurante como aparcamiento cercano. Dejamos el coche en el de Santa Ana que aparece en la web del restaurante pero que no es con el que tiene el acuerdo el local. En definitiva quedamos decepcionados con la comida y el servicio.

From the moment I got in,I waited around 5 minutes just to get taken to my table and got our menus after another 10 minutes, another 8 minutes to place my order. This place is way to crowded, making it way too loud. The tiramisu tastes like the one I got from dia. Other than that, the price was awesome and the portions are huge.

Maybe a sort of slightly too ambitiously pretentious menu with a mid- level quality result makes the experience a bit disappointing. We had the gyoza and fiori di zucca as starters, not so rich in flavours, slightly plain. Surely lacking of some wow effect. Not bad at all, but not great either. The "arroz seco con gambas" sufficiently tasty but the prawns were definitely overcooked, chewy and tasteless. So, all in all, disappointing. Atmosphere: not too sure the corner were we were close to the kitchen was the best spot. Maybe other areas in the restaurant are much more cosy and less noisy. The kitchen door was clinging constantly everytime a waiter was using it to get in or out the kitchens. The decor in general a slightly tacky, at least referred to the area where we were. Service was sufficiently good without boasting any Excellence: waiters kind and prepared on the menu, which is above the average service quality in the area. Bill: overpriced for what we had. 60€ per person with no wine just 1 glass of "cava", 2 starters and 1 "arroz" definitely way too high for what was objectively the quality of the food was. Parking in the area is sort of easy, there is a parking area right round the corner.

Mucho ruido y pocas nueces o mucha fama para lo poco que es. En teoría un restaurante de categoría pero nada que ver. Los platos no sorprenden en absoluto aunque trabajen con buen producto. En cuanto al servicio la verdad, me sentí un poco abandonada porque a pesar de darles información para mejorar la experiencia no la utilizaron. Pues comenté que era vegetariana y me trajeron el aperitivo de marisco, lo retiraron y no trajeron nada en substitución. También comenté que era mi cumpleaños y ni una vela me pusieron en el postre. Por otro lado, me sorprendió que la carta fuese con plásticos protectores y papeles (más típico de restaurante chino que de uno que aparece en la guía michelin) y en las mesas centros de flores de plástico. Sin comentarios. Lo único que se salva es la carta de vinos. Nada más.

If ever a place needed to be told to chill out, it’s this one. This place is pretentious as hell and expensive for absolutely no reason. The guy running the show is condescending and pretentious. The food, while just okay, was not up to the standards this place tells you it is. This place insists upon itself. Lighting you’ll find in a doctor’s office. Our server explained the hydroponic process before serving us two courses of the same course… lettuce with 4 types of vinegar…. The best part of the meal is something you’d make for breakfast…. a freaking turkey sandwich.. is this a subway or a wannabe michelin star restaurant? In the end the server tried to get us to get another bottle of wine with just the dessert remaining… he was cool but this place left a bad taste in my mouth. In the end I give it a WHAT DA HELL/10

Fatal. Hemos ido hoy ha comer y éramos 13 adultos y una niña de 3 años. Nos hemos sentado que eran las 13:45. Teníamos menú cerrado porque ya habíamos hecho reserva. Una lentitud increíble, entre los entrantes han tardado más de 15 minutos entre uno y otro. El plato principal nos lo han servido a las 15:30. Entre cafés y postres hemos salido de allí a las cinco de la tarde y ni si quiera hemos hecho sobremesa. Nos hemos ido crecien acabado el café. A la niña le han traído un plato de macarrones que era pasta sola y tomate aguado sin carne ni nada y nos han cobrado nueve euros por un plato ( ni bebida ni postre ha tomado la niña ) . A todo esto a 43 euros el menú. La carne fría y dura como un leño ( no pongas que es ibérica cuando no lo es ) No volveré desde luego.

Quite frankly disappointing for the 4 items we had: Crouqette spinnach & gongonzola Crougette iberam ham & honey Noodle paella with munkfish and mussels Iberian tinderlion with chorizo and crust I would have giving food 3/5 if that was what we had. You could hardly taste the gongonzola in the crougette. There were prawns in the paella that still had its intestines with shit in it. Worst of all, there were squid in it, that wasnt declared in the menu, so I fully expect a day on the toilet Tomorrow. The tinderlion was cold but tasted good. While you could argue back and forth about most thing, the prawn intestine disqualify everything. You cant serve litterally shit for your costumer. We left to find dessert another place The restaurant itself felt super pretentious. The waited insisted on speaking spanish, but we would find out later, his co-workwe had no problem speaking english. Why are we using sign langside to communicate, when the other staff could use english? We are tourist and naturally are leaving soon. But if we were Ever to be nearby or have friends/family asking for recommendations, this wouldnt be it
