The Subway is well....a Subway. What sets this one apart Eric. He is a true "Sandwich Artist". My girlfriend and I went in on a Friday night and Eric was solo at the store. He had customers in front of him, us, and about 5 people behind. He was very polite, and kept a smile on his face. The sandwiches were fresh, the salad was good and this guy made the wait worth it. Subway should have Eric train new employees, because he is doing it right.

My 3 boys and I decided to go get Sandwiches before heading to the park. So we showed up and all of us ended up having complicated orders today 😂 & they took the best care of us! Thank yall so much for the amazing sandwiches and good laughs. I really appreciate it! ❤️

I love the new faces they’re so nice when I came in today Nick and I think the managers name was Noah was they made sure I was taken care of and was so sweet you could tell Nick was new but the manager was helping him making it he wasn’t tryna boss he was more like giving him pointers which was great to see all time five outta five everything was clean and the food looked fresh thx you guys

The sandwiches are so delicious!!! The sriracha sauce is spicy and yummy! The olives are the best. I only wish they didn’t run out of guacamole. My hands and face got so messy! This is a good thing. This means I enjoyed the food.

Food is alright, kinda hard to screw up a subway. Customer service needs improvement and they have the hallway to the restroom blocked with the chip stand. Also have a table behind it where they chill after they're done serving. Some of us would like to wash our hands or perhaps use the WC.

Does not honor coupons in newspapers, understaffed during lunch breaks.

I like Subway, but they aren't putting as much in their sandwiches as they used to.

Clean location but they are always out of cookies.

Their knowledge about their specials or any promotions will be met with no response... They just want you to order and get out! They do not even talk or response and react with you when making your sandwich it is very flat...

Ordered on the app. My turkey bacon guacamole wrap was ordered as is had almost no guac and was DROWNING in ranch. I called and the guy said it was on there. I see that, but barely. I'll be travelling just a 1/4 mile further to go to a different one in the future.

The girl was kinda rude didn't have enough meats. I won't go back to that one

Sandwich was a mess bread wasn't cut and it was nasty had the teriyaki... but the guy was nice

They didn't have much no cookies and not enough bread choices but they was nice the other tjing is the lady that was working sneezed amd touched the paper my son sandwich would be wrapped up in a huge no no I had to tell her unh unh!

Worse place ive done 2180 Uber deliveries and this is the first one to give me a 👎last night because i just broke my ankle and i had someone go in with my app and pickup the order the girl was so rude im doing this part time to support my mom who suffers from Alzheimers and Stage 4 cancer i had to go in to get the food even tho he had the order on my phone and the app i have a hard time walking after my ankle was broken and she is reporting me and gave me a bad review trying to make my ratings go down truly bad ppl in this world

Bad customer service, One of your emoyees try to fight me and hit me because I ask for a water cup. He should get fired its a shame there was no manager there to see that. Not coming back ever.

Apparently this subway closes whenever they feel like it and don't go by the hours posted on their sign or Google maps. And according to the worker inside after I walked in, they close at 7:22 p.m. on a Tuesday.

Worst subway ever. Couldn't even get the order right. Put veggies on my husband's that he doesn't eat and that we're supposed to be on mine. They put jalapeños on mine which I can't eat because of a stomach issue. Hence why I asked for veggies. So, I payed for a sandwich I couldn't even eat. Will never order from this one again.

My husband and I went to this location last night. There were two African American girls working. The one with dreads greeted us with "how many sandwiches are there" which we replied with 2. The employee went on to let us know what type of bread she DID NOT have which i really didnt care on that because the bread that i wanted was available. My husband got a foot-long and i got a 6 inch. She cut his bread very bad and ugly. I ordered a steak sandwich, she put all my meat on the bottom which eventually resulted in the vegetables being all over the place. I worked for subway for 5 years and very familiar with the process. I wont be going back the greeting was terrible and they just put the sandwich together. I spent about $15.00 here. I will just continue to go to the one by my job on Trinity blvd. The service there is outstanding.

Super dry sandwich even with 3 dressings. Tried calling them back to complain,no response. Even requested extra dressing on the side and did not get it. This was online order. Very frustrating.

1 year later and still the worst Subway I've even been to, it shouldn't take 20 mins to make a 6in sandwich smdh. Zero wasn't available, come here everyday for lunch as I work across the street, Employee was sitting in lobby talking to a friend when I came in today to order my lunch. All the vegetables tasted old counter was dirty bathrooms for dirty and employee took sweet time even address my existences. So i waiting for my kid to get out the bathroom so we can go. Originally I was here to eat a steak and cheese sub but after the rudely behaved employee Im not coming back here.. Subway what happened. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS restaurant. First of all we tried to go there Wednesday evening ( June 2,2021) the hours say they close at 9. That means the doors shouldn't have been locked at 8pm so the young man could start cleaning up. Then, we put an online order in on Thursday, June 3,2012. They totally messed up the order. I spent $29.00 on sandwiches that were TRASH! It's like they didn't care about their work. I'll NEVER RETURN to this subway. Oh, and they NEVER have What's on the menu

ordered a 12 in (foot long) roast beef, they gave me 1/2 the meat, should be 4 "rolls" or "stacks" which is 2 pieces folded together, she gave me 2 and unfolded and spread them out so i got ONE layer of meat when i questioned it she told me it was ON THEIR SHEET - yes but you didnt INTERPREPT IT CORRECTLY., called and verified with 4 different subways before posting this. when i tried to call the phone wont even ring!! just hangs up on me!! go to another one. might as well tell you this, my nail place is next door, and NOT ONE of those girls will eat there. they drive to another one. maybe they know something we dont??

Went to this location 10/22 at 12p lunchtime for a meatball sub. Was told that the meatballs were not ready. How and you been open 3 hrs already?

The lady who is kind of big with short hair and glasses was rude and VERY slow . Talked way too much to other customers and very slow to make the orders. When it came time to make our orders to help push the line along she just waited until her other employee could help out just to avoid us. Really bad service honestly.

Ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and a oven roasted turkey with added guacamole for delivery. Delivery time was about 40-50 mins and about 30 mins after ordering i get a text from i guess the subway worker saying how they didnt have turkey nor chicken for the sandwiches. After a few texts, we come to a agreement of giving a 3rd sandwich for compensation, the food gets here and i have two sandwiches and no guacamole on my oven roasted turkey sandwich. Just veggies on both. I would give 0 stars if I could. I came to this location twice and they’re always out of something.

Its sad that the employees ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES are extremely slow they have 2-4 employers and one persons is attending the costumers but I swear I been here 5 times already so many different employers have worked slooooow and they can’t ever stay prepare every time I’ve been they run out of lettuce mayo tuna etc, so DO NOT STOP By if your in a hurry because you’ll be there longer than you think. It’s aggravating to see 2-4 employers and they are either on their phone taking breaks or working on things in which could wait till after they take care of all the costumers. All the positive comments I believe are made by the employees mangers themselves I lived near and it’s the closest subway to my house I would like to see a change as a subway costumer who goes out her way to find better service. Ordered online got charged and then the app says no order placed tried contacting the store and no response showed up to the store and claimed that there is nothing they can do about it. So now I tried calling their customer service line is horrible they actually told me they do not know how to handle the situation due to the fact their supervisor is not available. Craziest experience.

If I could give less than a star I would. The little boy that worked the night of 2/10/19 closed the store early before 10pm. That store will continue to lose money. The owner should look into the situation , I would. I will not spend my money there any more.

The eggs on the sandwiches were rancid smelling and the cucumbers were black. Everything was still extremely cold despite having been toasted. And to top it off one sandwich was drenched in mustard and mayo when asked for light drizzle.

Website says they close at 9pm but the employee just locked the door and turned off the light at 8:24pm with people still inside. My sister made it in time before she locked the doors and the employee bad a comment to the other employee say “I don’t wanna make anymore orders”

I did online order Sunday 1/28/24. Is the store refused to give me my online order. He told my wife he does not do online orders , but he had the receipt in his hand. So why did you store pull up online for leads to order from? He refused to give me my money back. Told me I need to cancel the order. I got no phone call back no email nothing from subway corporate. I sent them three emails and you cannot get a hold of nobody when you call. The store was very rude to my wife also. Please do not give subway at this location any of your money. They're very rude , and don't care about the customers that put a roof over their head.

Doesn't deserve even one star but can't comment with out one. Order online for mobile pickup get home with my order and it is all wrong. Phone number is no longer in service so can't call. I said not to toast my bread but they did i asked for all the veggies got none. Only meat and cheese. Wow why can't people read plain English? Never will be back to this location. I usually use the Collins and Bardin but this was closer. No more short cuts for me. Update: I took the sandwich back asked for refund the guy said come back in the morning at 8 we did and the lady took the sandwich and said someone would call later that day. That was Monday still no call no refund no sandwich nothing. Rude employees that lie and cheat you.

Scammers ! I ordered, went for pickup, he said someone else picked up my order when I showed him the order ID, paid amount transaction everything. When I asked for refund, he said it's not possible. So, I didn't get my order neither Got my refund and had to walk out the door with nothing but disappointment and frustration. If someone know how I can contact any higher authorities, please let me know so I can sue them.

Every ingredient is a guessing game: asked for turkey. got olives. asked for no mayo. they baptized it in mayo like it was joining a condiment cult. the toaster? decorative. emotional support heating element. no actual function. watching them make your sandwich is like watching someone defuse a bomb with instructions in Wingdings.

This place is trash. Only one worker. Older gentleman smoking outside and didn't even wash his hands before going back to work. No veggies. No pepperoni. It's like they got peanut but no butter. Koolaid but no sugar. Dont waste your time or money here. And only had two chips to select from.
