Encantado Brasil Buffet

Great rodizio experience. So many different cuts of meat. Beef, pork, chicken, sausages. Seasoning is very flavorful. Beef ribs, pork ribs, beef tongue, chicken wings, grilled pineapple with cinnamon sugar that tastes like desert! Hot garlic bread on a skewer. You have to move the sign to red from green or else they keep bringing the meat! We went Friday at 6pm with a reservation but there were seats available. The salad bar, hot bar, desert bar was extensive. A wide selection of all kinds of drinks - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Service was wonderful. The servers are watching to see if you need anything and are right there when you wave for help.
