Honestly, it's a peaceful place. I highly recommend their rolls and a Kalpy drink, a fusion of various ingredients. After a while, you don't smell the humidity as much anymore, but everything is great.

Little by little, Katana Sushi declined to the point where I can no longer go there. The last thing I went for was obviously the food, especially the Osaka 2Q shrimp roll, but it just didn't taste the same this time, and I can say that I've declared that place dead. I don't know the management or owner, but I think they didn't care about the well-being of the business itself, and it was destined to fail. It had everything to be great sushi, but they let it die. I'll miss that flavor of my favorite sushi, and I'll always wonder how they made it.

Everything was fine and excellent with the food and service. The only thing I saw was a rat the size of a tennis shoe enter the men's bathroom today when I went to eat. I don't know where it came from, but it went in.

More hygiene, there's a lot to improve. The place is poorly ventilated, the smell is stuffy. They really should do something about the cleaning. And the breaded products with highly recycled oil too. Pay more attention to that.
