The baked chicken tasted great. I would only recommend using a slightly less fatty marinade; it would taste much better because of the natural juices retained during baking. The cashiers and staff were very helpful. I recommend it. And you might even get a free 2-liter bottle of water with your whole chicken order.

El Puro Pollo is a chain that sells baked chicken, crispy chicken, hamburgers, mashed potatoes, their own signature fries, and chicken wings, among other dishes. On Tuesdays, they offer two baked chickens for 236 pesos, along with three small bags of salsa and tortillas. I often order salad, but the truth is the service is terrible. I always end up angry because they never send me the complete set of sides, and it's not just once, it's been like 4 times almost in a row. Do something to prevent this from happening. You wait for your full meal when you're hungry and it's really annoying not to receive what you ordered.

I had a bad experience with a package, they didn't give me the puree, I went and asked and they told me it was weird, we always put it inside, I've been to others, just chicken, and they check me thing by thing, and right there they gave me the bag with the packages and they didn't even say anything to me, well, you trust them, but well, no, it doesn't matter what the puree costs, but if they give you the things that the package says, you're still going to complain and they get upset.
