12:00 3 pizzas on buffet,atleast 20 people in restaurant waiting for pizza, pasta look like mashed potatoes, asked if they had fresh pasta said no,when this one finishes!! Then lady working picks up pasta on counter drops it in the fresh pasta they just brought out instead of throwing it.What happen to quality! Never again!!!

Well the manager is very nice. He has a new crew and it was evident that they don't work well as a crew. The place got crowded and loud. The family next to us had a tablet going full blast for the kids. The new crew had problems keeping up with fresh pizzas. Hopefully as the crew learns it will get better.

There's always this manger. That looks like he hates his job. Always has an attitude. He's very rude. He ignores customers. The last time we were there. There was plastic on my Autistic daughter's pizza. Thank God, I saw the plastic on time, or else she would have eaten it. Now there's this other manger. I think his name is Jamie. He's always very friendly and great customer service. He's always checking on customers to see if they need anything. And also the staff is great. It just that other manger.

My mother and I were informed that would have to wait 6 hours for brownies to be put out on the buffet as per they're policy which was told to us by staff and store manager. Mother explained how physics wise brownies don't take that long to cool. She was then told she would need to sign a consent form that she would eat them at her own risk.

We always go to Cicis pizza never have I had an issue till we went to eat & got over charged for my 2 year old $8 when I called to Weslaco spoke to manager told me it was 1.98 for a kid asked if price varied through different location he stated that all had same price. I spoke to Armando. T manager from McAllen and was try to tell me I was wrong when I had other manager on the phone telling him he was wrong didn’t wanna refund my money till ask for his manager mind you this man had an attitude from the beginning & told me he was the manager nobody was there. I was just asking nicely. Overall food was also very cold .

There was no pizza when I entered I waited 20 mins at the line for pepperoni all the booth where dirty and the floor it's not the employees fault it's management there was only 4 people one in the back making dough one making pizza one preping pizza and one cashier but no busser and the restroom are in need of a good cleaning and the trashcan shouldn't have a lid due to the lid being full of poop and just to top everything off a hole in the wall I never said anything but dam the higher ups need to step in and get stuff done since the management they hired to do the job can't do it ps over 4 soda where out of order I really loved this place and now it's going down hill I'll give it a other chance but later in hopes it's improving

This place is the worst. Not once did they have pepperoni pizza. No salad, no ranch, pizza trays empty. The workers seem over this place too. The soda machine only had a few working sodas. Never and I mean never again.

It used to be a great place to go and eat and have a little fun, but the last two times I've gone, the food had changed. The flavor was off, and they would only put a few options on the buffet. There were only three employees for the whole restaurant. It's a lot of responsibility to put on some young people; it's not their fault they work with what the higher-ups give them. But I will probably look elsewhere for pizza; it's not good enough for a place to really enjoy myself and my family.

I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years. I was very disappointed. This time that I came floors were filthy. It was hot no Ac, new staff which had a no customer service very rude. I asked for two pizzas and they just threw me the paper and pen. I never got my pizzas. There’s a little window where you can see the “cook” Young guy was scratching his head in the back picked up his cap then rubbed his forearm with his nose. Disgusting. Sorry, Cici, you just lost a loyal customer. Look at them all just chilling there. Where was pizzas?

I really hope the owner sees this post. It’s a 6:40 PM on a Sunday evening mind you this place closes at 10 PM at night and it seemed that there was 15 minutes to go before closing . Upon arriving only two employees, one making pizzas and one cashier helping the other gentlemen making pizzas were only in the front. There were no pizzas on the buffet, table no lettuce , no vegetables, no soups and no pasta and not to mention the whole entire place was dirty and filthy. After waiting around for a few minutes, I asked one of the two boys to ask for the manager. The manager Maria Ocanas walks out from being in the back with her son (also a worker) and another worker, I then explain to her that her establishment that she is so-called running is a filth and is disgusting, I tell her she needs to be a manager and be out here and manage instead of being in the phone in the back! She then really rolled her eyes at me is very rude disrespectful and seems as if she hates her job! If this place has cameras in the back I would ask corporate and to go back to this date and time to verify her on the phone instead of doing her job! I would never come back and i will make sure that everyone knows this about this CICIs in McAllen Texas! I would not even give this place 1 star to be honest!

Would love for the owner of this establishment to see this. Owner of the Cici’s pizza, I’m sure you’re a great person and thank you for giving my friends and family good memories, but unfortunately other than the great workers, this place has been in a steady downfall. I went thinking of playing air hockey but the table was so sticky and unclean it was downright disappointing. Most of the games just down even work and the pizza isn’t cooked long enough the dough is very soggy. If the owner could see only one review i’d want it to be this one. Please at least ACT as though you want this place to do better. for future families and future customers please: cook pizza longer, fix your games and soda dispenser, and please fix up your establishment.
