Raising Cane's Mcallen Reviews
Went to another raising Cain the one at University drive in Edinburg they did not make my order correct and the manager here at this store help me to get my order correct at the other store so thank you very much for all your help
It's chicken good! 🐔
Raising Cane's never disappoints! Place is clean and staff is friendly. My kids love it 😋. Only wish we could have more locations here in the valley.
I recently visited Raising Cane's late at night after a long day at work, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the excellent drive-thru service I received from Abraham. After not eating all day until midnight, I was in need of some comfort food, and Abraham's warm and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I placed my order, he greeted me with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to provide great recommendations. His attentiveness made a huge difference, especially at that late hour. He ensured that my order was accurate and even checked in to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service, especially during a busy late shift. Abraham is a fantastic asset to your team, and his exceptional service truly brightened my night. I can’t wait to return to Raising Cane's for more delicious food! Highly recommend! Thank you Abraham :)
My order was on drive thru, fast service and great flavor
Super cool place loved everything of it.
Great food and service. Just that the music was a little too loud.
First time eating at this location. I had the chicken sandwich combo and it was delicious! Highly recommend.
I loveee Cane’s sooo much it’s so yummy and juicy I enjoyed a lot eating there, the service also great and everything just amazing 100% recommend
So delicious witch that had one near by I have drive 45 minutes that close one nearby I don’t give only 5 stars I give them a 10 stars rating
Let's be honest, the menu at Canes is brilliantly simple. You don't have to overthink your order. The Chicken Finger Combo is a thing of beauty: three perfect tenders, crinkle-cut fries, a slice of delicious Texas toast, coleslaw, and that iconic Cane's Sauce. The quality is remarkably consistent—I've never had a dry or overcooked tender here. The atmosphere is always clean and the service is fast. So why four stars? The one-dimensionality can be a drawback. While I love the sauce, sometimes I crave a honey mustard or a spicy option. And the coleslaw is a bit too mayonnaise-heavy for my personal taste. If they ever added just one more sauce or a different side option, it'd be a solid 5 stars. Still, it's a go-to for a nice and satisfying meal.
We visited the Cane's located one block North of Trenton on 1th St. Actually, we are there two days in a row. I really liked it and wanted to see if it was as good the second time. Even though they messed up my son's order the first time, mine was solid. So was it better the second time? No, but was it as good as the first time? You better believe it! Crispy Chicken Tenders, Creamy Coleslaw, Crinkle cut Fries, Tasty dipping Sauce, and Toasted Bread that's always on point. Cane's hands down has the best Tea out there, and if you follow me you know I drink Tea. Also, on both visits our food was ready before we could finish filling our drink cups. Could I eat Cane's for a third day in a row? I'm sure I could but I wouldn't want to. Their tea I could drink everyday!!
I don't know if it's just me but the portion sizes recently have been pretty small. Other than that everything is pretty much the same nothing to rave about.
I was dining in with my wife. It was a great experience. Order two three-piece plates to go for my kids and they were horrible. Fries were cold and soggy chicken had the breading falling off of it when you picked it up and it was very skimped out.
I love Cane’s, so it’s very unfortunate to have to make this poor review. I’ve had the same issue multiple times which is why I’m sharing. I encountered one very rude employee both in the restaurant and at the drive thru window. She’s very short and always rushing you and cutting you off as you place your order. I will say I had time to observe her today as I ate and she seems to be a very efficient employee. I just can’t get over how comfortable she is with being so rude with customers.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Cane’s. The wait time was ridiculous. Standing around that long only to get incorrect and poorly prepared food made it even worse. The chicken tenders were clearly burnt and overcooked. They were dry, nothing close to what I’ve had before. I ordered the Box Combo and specifically asked to substitute the coleslaw for extra Texas toast. Instead, I was given coleslaw, no extra bread, and to top it off, they completely forgot my fries.
