I mean I don't even like Starbucks but my daughter insists getting something at least every other day :/ I never get a cup because I always feel like it's just mediocre. But once I found this Starbucks, my life changed. This is hands down the best Starbucks location I've ever been to! I wish I lived closer :( The staff is the BEST!!! They are always so sweet, out going, funny, and just make me wanna go more often. Great job to this Starbucks for going the extra mile. Seriously y'all rock!!!!

Awesome customer service by barista Giuseppe ( I hope I’m spelling that right 😂) I’ve noticed he knows regulars by their name and always greets you with positivity. I’ve never encountered anyone like him and he always makes my day when I drop by in the morning. Thank you !!!

Place is good as standard in starbucks. Furniture is adequate for long standings in confort. Staff is friendly and really quick on orders. Food and beverage is good as expected for Starbucks. I liked it.

First time here and it did not disappoint. Staff was very knowledgeable. Pet friendly and the outdoor patio is an extra bonus given some locations surrounding here don’t have much room. Items hot and cold were both accurate. Will definitely be stopping here if we are in the area again. Great morning stop!

Slow Sunday morning and the barista taking orders was rushing me. Every time I asked for a drink she would give me the total. I had to ask her if I could place my order since she gave me a vibe that she was not wanting to get my wait. I was not taking a long time we knew what we wanted. Drinks are great and I had never had a bad service experience here until now. There is room for improvement, maybe she was just having a bad morning.

person who took my order was really nice and uppity. i frequent the nolana location and the conway location and never have i had a quarter of my drink missing bc i ask for no ice? don’t know what’s up with this store and giving less of a drink im already overpaying for, when i ask for no ice mind you half of the drink is already part cold foam.

Ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso. I asked for light ice and they told me my drink would not be filled up all the way. So I asked for extra oat milk and they would not let me get it. Every other Starbucks location I go to this isn’t an issue and they always add extra oatmilk without me even having to ask. Upon getting my drink I didn’t even get an venti they gave me a grande and the drink was 3/4 ice. Only explanation to this is greed. Bad experience and customer service not willing to make the drink the way I wanted.

l placed an online order and was supposed to be ready by 11:02 am when arrived, the order could not be found. It took the guy a while to locate it. I asked for a carrier for the three drinks and was given one for only two drinks. One of the drinks fell. The worst service provided from this location.

Not happy with my experience at this location. I visited this location waiting for an order. I have a bad right hip and my knees hurts. There are no chairs inside for customers to sit while waiting for their orders. I brought in the chair from outside that belongs to Starbucks to sit down while I wait and to rest. An employee approached me to address that no personal chairs allowed in the store while waiting. I let him know that the chair is theirs from outside. I told him that my knee and hip hurt and all he had to say well we have a policy of no personal nor chairs in this store. I told him again of my pain and that I can take the chair outside when my order is ready and he said no. I took the chair outside and sat outside in the dark waiting for my order. Bad customer service.
