This was the only taco bell I gave my money to but after today I wont. There was a small ROACH fried onto one of my nacho fries so until that situation gets taken care of I will not be back. 🤮 Had to make my husband dissect it to make sure I wasnt just crazy.

The customer service at this specific location has got to be some of the strangest energy I have encountered. The man running the drive thru last night 12/13 was acting erratic. He didn’t say anything and then started barking the total due. We thought he was talking to a customer on his head set because he appeared to be having many conversations at once? Food isn’t worth the service.

while this Taco Bell happens to be my favorite location in the valley and the only one I will go to, I will not hold back when it comes to exposing the lackluster customer service when I experience it. I am so sick and tired of watching this specific employee put the darn dustpan outside of the drive-thru window and making people wait for him to cheat lie and steal on the clock while we are spending our hard earned money supporting a business that we happen to give a crap about. I would like to think I may give more care about this place than this employee himself with the fact that he cannot be an honest worker, and he cannot accept the metrics for what they are without cheating to get ahead. I’ve included plenty of photos where you can see that he puts a dustpan in front of the customer that was in line before me which was for at least 10 seconds and then he did it again after me. I don’t know who thinks this is a good idea but last time I was here, I asked a female employee why they do that and she couldn’t give me an answer. I just think it’s a shame for this employee to encourage his team to do things like this when they can easily work hard like the rest of us and prosper just the same. what a disgrace to the community. Taco Bell should be ashamed! not to mention, when i got to the window he didn’t even greet me, he just read my total. disgusting.

The food was alright but man those employees are so disrespectful! There was a poor homeless man in there and the employees were laughing at him and giving him weird looks. They went up to the table he sat at to clean it but the girl covered her nose with her shirt while the man was still there. Hire better people with good morals.

Was in drive thru and no one answered for a good while. Passed the drive thru windows just to see the person was turned their backs and just standing there not acknowledging us. could of at least acknowledge us to say to wait a minute or we are busy for a moment. But got nothing.

Ordered 2 crunch wraps on ubereats. They put extremely little to no meat the other wrap was even less like specks of meat in it.

not the greatest experience as someone who loves taco bell I came expecting so much better but was very disappointed I always get a quesadilla and chicken chalupa and for both I had to go on a wilderness explore to find the chicken in both the fries were extremely soggy the only thing i enjoyed was the baja blast can never do me dirty do as you will with this review 👎🏼
