Horrible service! Was told after 30min of waiting that the food was being worked on and would be just 10 more minutes.Waited a whole hour and never got our food. Turns out our food was never even in their system. (We ordered there in the restaurant to dine in.) Manager was dismissive about the whole situation and kept over talking us to give excuses about it being busy.

Order online and quoted 25 min wait and I’m there at 25 but their order service is so far off that when I get there the staff tells me 40 min more likely due to amount of orders. What is point of receiving an expected order time that far off? Not only that I get there 45 min later since I live nearby and I am then quoted about 15 min more after a ten minute wait. They don’t let me cancel even though it’s way past my quoted ready time and I receive order closer to 30 min wait after I arrived the second time. I get home and food is so cold it feels like it’s been there 30 min waiting of course. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else or even another Wingstop somewhere else…this isn’t my only time receiving bad service at this location I had just forgotten. Will never return to find out how bad their service is again.

Horrible service , I ordered they took an hour , they proceed to give me the wrong order , and they threw my correct order away. Did not get a refund and did not make my food again.

Had a Togo order, got home and it’s raw. We called the store and the service to handle this issue and get the refund for the RAW CHICKEN was terrible. If you want salmonella or food poisoning and love to waste money and time go eat there.

It is Utterly ridiculous that when you order online, 3 hours ahead of time, your order is still 45 min late. Watching some people pick up their orders that arrived and ordered after I've been sitting waiting for my Togo order for 15 min is absurd. Would not under any circumstances recommend ordering online and expecting that your order would be ready anywhere close to when you expect.

Estella the manager is HORRIBLE!! My family and I spent over $100 here and I asked for 1 carrot. They started to charge me for 1 carrot. The service sucks. They took forever. The wings were burnt . Overly spiced . Dirty restaurant. Employees are standing around and it’s packed in here. What happened to Wingstop? Wing Barn here we come !!

Managers and employees are very disrespectful to every customer that comes through. Food took 45 minutes and all I got was a sandwhich lunch combo. Atmosphere and food are outstanding except for the person running the place

Worst location to get wings. It’s always something with this location. Something is always missing or wrong with order. It’s like they sell sauce separately or something. Yes they try to make it right with giving you credit but if y’all can’t get it right the 1st time what makes me think yall can get it right a 2nd. I wish another location would be able to deliver but that’s the one DD gets.

I order $70 worth of wings, an hour later after the app itself says it was delivered. They still haven’t even made the order. Called and they had me on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the manager to talk about my order placed over 1hr and 20 minutes ago.. order placed at 7:37pm and it’s 9:10pm and still waiting. I had to call from another phone and they answered while the other phone is still on hold. I told the lady I want to cancel the order since I already bought pizza & burgers. She said 3-5 days for refund. This is ridiculous

Service is trash!! I waited about 30 min to get our food. simplest lunch order they had, I had to get up and ask for my order.. after being skipped multiple times. The girl said, ummm, looks around, and says yes it’s here… Walks away from it, goes to the back, gets nothing, then gives me the food. The food sucked by the way…

Made an online delivery order, once food got home, i opened up the bag and i noticed the fries were very burnt. Wont go to this location in particular again!
