The staff are friendly. The drive thru can sometimes take a long time so I usually go inside if I can and will drive past if there are 4 cars or more in the drive through. The inside was clean. I was able to get my order quickly.

today is July 7th, 2025 at this drive-thru again and it takes for flipping ever so far I've been sitting here for well over 10 minutes, the vehicle that was second in line, right in front of me just drove off and I had been thinking about it and I still am, this is ridiculous a drive-thru should not take soul clipping lawn now I think the people that are at the window might be leaving the brake lights just came on, who knows but a person should not have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 10-15-20 minutes or more it's just ridiculous and the place is not even busy there's like two cars on the other side. I've been coming through here for years on a regular basis and more often than not it's just a horrible horrible weight, something needs to change here there's just no possible way this makes any sense whatsoever. Dairy Queen corporate okay please look into this holy buckets this is just nuts, there is obviously some training that needs to be done or something cuz this is ridiculous. yep the car that's been sitting at the window just drove off without this food to get food here is such a challenge. spend 10 minutes in the drive-thru once you do make it to the window it's another 10-minute wait cuz even something as simple of a burger could not have been started so it's basically ready by the time you get to the window. I'm not kidding on these times, presently still waiting at the window and it's been 10 minutes. have been through this many times here. they need to get somebody to come in and show them how to streamline their processes so food is flowing out of that kitchen at the rate it should be cuz this is just terrible. people are polite that the process is here are terrible it's just that simple it should not take this long to get a shake or a burger or whatever. You can easily tie up close to a half hour here waiting for food

Waited 30 minutes in drive through for 4 items (all small from 2 for $5 menu). Fries cold and coated with black grease (was not an actual part of the potato).

SUPER SLOW. I get they were probably understaffed (as is many places) but we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru AFTER we ordered. There was a couple vehicles in front of us…. Ice cream was good. Hard to mess that up tho.

After new ownership took over, place has gone down hill. The store is absolutely disgusting, food stale and cold. Never again.

Never eat there again they can take their food and shove it rude server's... We literally waited over 40 minutes to get pretzel sticks and dip and a cheeseburger each that was a regular cheeseburger the two for five there should have been no reason for it to take over 40 minutes on a Friday afternoon at noon. Pretzels were so salty I couldn't even eat it and I love pretzels big time so that would be too salty I don't know The people through the drive-thru were horrible... Never again I used to love eating there I used to eat there every time I went through the town but not anymore

Horrible experience. Drive thru we are only ones there. Took 20 mins for a chicken strip basket to come out. Then they forgot something and just went and got it and came back no my mistake sorry or anything. On top of that a chicken strip basket meal is over $12. Seriously messed up place.

Stopped in to just grab some ice cream and use some online rewards points. As I was placing my last order, Morgan asks if I needed help with a bothered attitude. I said I had a couple online orders and was finishing up the last one. "Well you need to tell us!" She snapped. I said I wasn't finished so I planned to when I was done. Anyone coming to the counter was met with distain, seemingly for just existing. A friend was with me and she ordered a blizzard. Not very busy, didn't expect it to take long. While we were waiting, Morgan and another employee were chatting and looking at us like we were annoying them for being there. 5 minutes later they realize the order was put away in an under counter freezer. The order was wrong. My friend let them know it was wrong. Morgan scoffs very loudly and barks at the younger girl working the counter to make another. She rolls her eyes at us and storms off from behind the counter. No apologies, annoyed with having to remake an order she took and did not listen to what was ordered. This is a very common experience at this location. Not thrilled with it anymore.

They gave me a barbecue chicken strip basket instead of a Parmesan garlic chicken strip basket. I don’t know how you messed it up, but thinking about not going back and on top of it didn’t give me my toast so here I am buttering my toast in my kitchen by myself because they didn’t give me my toast and I’m not very happy about it. I would like a refund. Thank you. And on top of that, they didn’t put ice in my Dr Pepper There’s a really good worker there though she really gives the 10 out of 10 service and this girl that I had today just gave me one and a half star service really

It's so very nice that they employ so many mentally challenged people at this location. But when 9 out of 10 times they give you inaccurate orders, you might want to do something about it!!! I go to this location maybe once a month. And every single time my order is messed up. You pull up to the window and the employees seem like they're in another world! They seem like they're just trying to guess at your order rather than put together what you actually asked for! And to top it off, you have to sit and wait forever to get your messed up order! And they never wear gloves while preparing your food! They handle your money and then prepare your food! Come on people! It's not that difficult!

It took me 23 minutes to be exact to get my food. The cooks had a terrible attitudes about the customers coming in and out. They were working slow. People were coming in and getting their money back. This is not professional at all. I will not be going back there anytime soon. Get better DQ get better
